We stayed on a Travelzoo deal which was fantastic value. We had the tasting menu and flight of wines which was superb. Each and every one of the staff at the hotel and spa were so friendly and extremely helpful, we could not praise them enough. A wonderful experience which is highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

I have never stayed in a hotel where every member of staff is so friendly and professional. All the very young members of staff had clearly received excellent training but were really natural and engaging. It was the best hotel experience we've had in a long while. We booked a 1 night stay with a tasting menu and a flight of wine with Travel Zoo and it was amazing. I had asked for a quiet room at the end of a corridor and thats exactly what we got, the room was lovely, large, modern and very comfy. The food and wine were delicious and the trainee sommelier Joyce was a joy. Breakfast was also delicious although the eggs did take a while to come, that was the only thing that could be improved. Fabulous stay, thank you all.

The Yarrow is an impressive hotel with an interesting history. The management have recruited a splendid workforce who instantly made us feel welcome and nothing seemed too much trouble. The hotel is immaculately clean and spacious, a short walk from the main High Street in Broadstairs. Breakfast was included in our stay and what a superb breakfast it was! The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable with all the amenities one would expect. A very professionally run hotel and one in which the students who help run it must gain an immense insight into the hotel business. My wife and I would certainly stay here again.

We stayed on a travel zoo deal for one nights b and b and the tasting menu with wine. We would have paid more as it was a great value deal. The hotel is very relaxed, the public areas are spacious and very well furnished, the bar area well spaced out and the restaurant comfortable with a semi contemporary decoration. The bedrooms are well laid out and equipped, the beds very comfortable but quite hard which suited us but may not suit all. Personally the bathrooms were slightly small and only had a bath with shower over. Would have much preferred just a nice large shower. The tasting menu was superb, the quality and taste of the food delicious and the wine accompaniments were well chosen and good quality. In addition all the staff we came into contact with were thoroughly professional, helpful friendly and knowledgeable. We could not recommend this highly enough. Thank you for a great stay, it’s a shame the weather was awful but it did mean we didn’t venture outside the hotel and stayed in the bar ! Also appears convenient for the beach front area a short walk away.
