Kayakoy Pension has 8 rooms and an outdoor pool located in our garden, total area of 1500 m². We welcome our guests in Kayaköy, which has become one of the favorite places of Fethiye with its nature and historical texture. In addition to our large and communal garden adorned with beautiful flowers and trees, there are terraces where you can watch the historical texture of Kayaköy and the sunset.
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.

Kayakoy pansiyon is a great place to stay. It has a great location, it is a walking distance to the old town, cute local cafes and to the village restaurants . The distinctive characteristic of this pansiyon is you feel like home. Clean rooms, extra comfy beds , amazing and very friendly staff, yummy food and the stunning vibe made us addictive to the place. It also has a very clean nice pool helps to cool down and relax. During our stay there ( we were 2 families and total 4 kids) , we have explored the old town, did some hiking ending in beautiful bays and swim breaks, visited the Afkule manastir.
We also did kayaking in the beautiful impressive bays ( the staff helps you to contact with the kayaking team in Kayakoy) which was a great experience and we all loved it! People there are extremely friendly ready to help anytime for anything. Special thanks to the amazing people Cem, Hatice Abla, Can and Ayfer.

Lovely place. Nice owners and staff. Made us feel really welcome. Room was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. We stayed for a night before a kayak trip and a couple of nights after. Food was great. Also a good base to explore the local ruined city.

Has a terrific couple of nights at the pension. Beautiful gardens and pool. Plenty of shade and sun spots in the garden. Comfortable chairs and beds around the pool. A proper little oasis. The staff were great and the food was terrific. Very atmospheric bar.

Yesterday we checked in and went to the Kayakoy Ancient City. We walked through the remains of the Ancient City which is honestly spectacular. It was incredibly hot and was quite a strenuous walk. We returned to the Pansiyon for a swim. The pool is lovely and was so refreshing after our walk. We then took a stroll to a nearby restaurant for a perfect dinner. The owner at the Pansiyon is lovely and so hospitable. This is definitely a most worthy stop and perfect stay. Thank you for having us.

We had a wonderful stay here the night before and after a kayaking trip. The staff were so friendly and welcoming! Rooms were big and clean with a lovely pool and the food was great. Highly recommend!

We have walked parts of the Lycian way and I wanted to spend the whole day + night in Kayaköy. If you visit the Ghost town here, you will most probably digest the atmosphere of that unique place somewhere nearby, with no rush back to Fethiye or Ovacik. Therefore we have chosen to stay in this pension...and not regreted it at all. Sinan, the owner and his family were absolutely beautiful and caring during the whole of our stay. Tea or coffee, whenever you want, fruits, biscuits... After swimming in a pool you can relax on the wooden terrace. Comfortable room, sleep and rich breafast. Definitely perfect stay in all details.
