Oceanis Park Hotel is celebrated for its spotless rooms and diverse pool options, earning high marks for overall cleanliness and entertainment from guests. While the attentive and friendly staff are frequently lauded, some visitors have raised concerns over the noise from roads and ongoing construction.
The hotel's location is predominantly considered convenient, yet opinions on value are divided, with extra costs for certain amenities influencing guests' perceptions. Despite some feedback about loud music and the need for more sunbeds, the welcoming atmosphere and diligent service are often noted highlights.

Detailed Reviews
Apologies for the head turning title, but I needed to get your attention. As a first time traveller I have to tell you all about this little gem of a Hotel. Yes of course there are flaws, but that is true of everyone as we have different needs or wants out of a Holiday and the same could be said of me. Initially on arrival I was upset that myself and my travelling partner were put in to the same family room as an 'upgrade', even though we were two males needing independent rooms and we had paid the supplement. However, that aside when you get to interact with the staff at the Hotel, every single one of them was a breath of fresh air. Anitta and her crew in the dining hall were always attentive, present and keen to help as were the Bar staff, the Poolside staff, housekeepers and the Reception staff. They all had radios and communicated well. From me getting a pool towel voucher at reception and walking to the Pool, the chap was there to greet me with a towel which I swapped with the voucher, all very efficient. I could have a moan about people reserving their sunbeds, I could moan distinct lack of actual Greek food at the dining area. But I have to remember what I paid and what I expected. I have to bring myself down to earth slightly and remember that it is a Hotel for families, not all members of a family want to have distinctive Greek food and would prefer more domestic foods, especially the younger traveller. There will be people writing reviews that the Beach isn't sandy enough, which can hardly be seen as the Hotels fault seeing as we could review the area before booking. Some may complain regards the noise from the evening entertainment, but again, we could all research the Hotel prior to booking. The rooms were especially clean, spacious and airy, far better than what I had expected. The WiFi in the rooms worked flawlessy as did the Air Conditioning and the shower was a high ceiling rain shower head which was a gift at the end of the days tanning.
In essence, Oceanis Park provided as much as it can, to as many as it can for a fairly modest price. You get far more than what you pay for , its clean, the food is fresh and varied with theme nights. Entertainment is varied also with the Jazz on Sunday being my personal favourite. The reason I gave the maximum stars is purely because although it is indeed a four star experience, I have to remind myself what I paid, and therefor that is why it I upgraded it to five.

Amazing hotel. Really nice decor and rooms. Clean. Reasonably priced and friendly staff. Would definitely visit again. Just wish we had longer. I chose this hotel as I didn’t want to stay in a huge resort, its got everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Nice pool, good design and architecture and good food. Free wifi in room and communal areas.
I travelled with a friend and they kindly put our rooms close to each other. Also there weren’t a lot of children or families which suited us, more couples and older groups. The main pool is great and the dining areas are nice too. Not sure about the music choice around the pool during the day though, but its only for a few hours. Check out is 11am but you can pay to extend if you have a later pick up depending on their availablity.
The hotel is set back from the road which is great as its fairly quiet and the main pool is behind the hotel which backs on to greenery, not overlooked by any buildings. Really good location, 20 mins from the airport and you can get a bus to Rhodes Old Town from €2.50 each way. Beach is really close by, but it was a bit choppy from the wind when we went. I’d highly suggest doing a package tour from the main town to Symi Island while you’re there.
Having read some of the reviews I was worried about the food, but I have to say it was great. Wide selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner and it varied each night. Vegan and vegetarian options too. They also have pizza, pasta and salad every day if you are a fussy eater but I really enjoyed trying each of their new dishes (pilaf rice and fried zucchini was lovely). Also snacks and drinks by the pool during the day if you get peckish (melon, cakes and biscuits).
The only downside was the alcohol and evening entertainment, the inclusive drinks weren’t very nice, I wouldn’t bother. But if you’re looking to have a drink there’s plenty of bars in the area.
There was no problem finding a sun bed, we tended to sit on the grass bit behind the pool. What I would say is the hotel could do with astro turfing it like the food terrace, as it was a bit muddy and also providing more parasols as some of them were broken. All all in all, great stay.

We are still here but going home tomorrow, the hotel and its staff are lovely. Mamos in reception is a fountain of knowledge and any questions he can answer it. Kostas in restaurant is the head of service and is very nice, but our favourite girl is Anita, she is friendly, happy and an amazing lady. We will miss her the most. The boys in the lobby bar Tsampikos(Darling) and Stamatis they will remember your drink before you get to the bar. Glannis in pool bar is lovely and helpful. Food is great you will always find something to eat if your vegetarian or vegan or meat eater like us. You have to wear masks and they provide you with gloves for using utensils. The staff wear masks and gloves everywhere in the hotel including housekeeping, which our rooms were cleaned every day and spotless. We would like to thank them all for a lovely time.
The bus service is amazing we have been all over the island by bus from rhodes town centre. Ktel goes all down the side of the island to all the coves and beaches .Enjoy

I booked this hotel for a 11 night stay with my brother as we both like Rhodes.
We'd booked a side seaview room with a request for a room were I could sit and watch the sunset.
When we went up to our room on the 5th floor it had great views but no sun at all throughout the day or early evening & no view of the sunset!
After going to reception 4 times and being shown various rooms by the receptionist's young assistant, we were finally allocated a room by the duty manager (who was lovely) on the 4th floor which had great views and I could watch the evening sunset.
This meant such a lot to me as I'm recovering from a spinal operation and at the end of the day I'm very tired and in pain so I like to sit on the balcony and relax, watching the sun set.
The noise from the evening entertainment is quite loud as it's directly below the front facing rooms but it doesn't go on all night & it was a small price to pay!
The hotel isn't as big as it looks on the photos but it's spotlessly clean.
The restaurant manager is really lovely and always has a warm smile & greeting for you when you walk in the restaurant, the food is average (as it is in most all inclusive) but it's hot which is great as I hate lukewarm food and there is plenty of choice. The plates could do with being warmed as this would keep the food hot as it goes cold so quickly on unwarmed plates.
The young guy who works in reception was so lovely & had lots of patience as he must have shown me about 4 different rooms but they either didn't have the seaview we'd paid extra for or were too far for me to walk to.
My brother said the bar staff are friendly and helpful too.
The only negative we had (once the room was sorted) was the fact all the outside seating areas do not have any cover from the rain, including the outside seating area in the restaurant.
We've had a few days of heavy rain whilst being here and everyone has had to dive for cover. One night, the live band had to finish very quickly due to this!
Whilst the hotel can't control the weather 😊 they could do with an area were guests are protected from the rain as there isn't enough indoor seating for everyone so you just have to go to your room.
All in all, a nice medium sized hotel which has been refurbished to a nice standard. There is a bus stop directly outside the hotel which is really handy for getting to Rhodes so you can explore the wonderfully historic old town!

My partner and I stayed in this hotel at the end of June. We were welcomed well, staff are friendly. Hotel is beautiful including rooms and pool areas. The food was lovely in the evenings as they had themed nights such as Mediterranean, Italian, Greek etc… however breakfast was the same every day, it would have been nice for a little change up in the mornings. More choice in deserts in the evening could have also taken place. All sunbeds by the pool were taken by about 8am, however there is a garden area which usually has a couple of spaces. The snack bar served great snacks. However the same every day again. The quality of food was lovely though.
Points to improve:
• Although booking a family room, on arrival we were told that we had been moved to a double room with a better view (which we had no issue with as it was just 2 of us.) however, being a couple we expected a double bed, yet we’re surprised to see 2 single beds. After trying to sleep in them for 4 nights, I went to reception to see if there was anything they could do, a lady told me there was nothing they could do as they were fully booked, and she will let me know if any rooms come available. A few days later we were still struggling with the single beds, so I further went back to speak about the same issue, another lady on reception was amazing and had us moved to a room with a double bed within an hour!
• Entertainment was the same every week, so if you are staying for anything over a week (which my partner and I did) you will have repeated entertainment after your first week. Perhaps this should be switched to different entertainment for 2 weeks at a time instead of 1 to prevent this happening.
• cocktails were basically juice. Little to no alcohol is served in the cocktails nor any all inclusive alcoholic drink. We made friends with one of the day time bartenders tony & he was amazing at meeting our drinks needs!
• you must be quiet by 11pm - this was frustrating as we liked to sit in the entertainment area as did many people and enjoy our night, however we were repeatedly told off for ‘being too loud’ when it hit 11pm. Although we were just chatting and playing cards.
Apart from these small errors, overall the hotel was very good. I would certainly recommend & would go again, however we probably will not revisit as we like to travel around to different places.
I would personally rate this 3.7 stars, however I can only rate 4 on trip advisor.
A big thank you :)

Myself and my partner arrived in the early hours of the morning due to a flight delay and went straight to our room which was a side sea view room.
The room was in good decorative order but small and very basic witn a small wardrobe which wasn't enough space for our clothes. The sea view was good but the balcony was so small.
Good points:
Food and drink was of a good standard and the restaurant area was large enough to accommodate everyone.
The staff throughout were very welcoming and pleasant.
The Michael Jackson tribute act in the evening entertainment was brilliant and a must see act.
Bad points:
Our air conditioning packed up in our bedroom and even though it was repaired it never worked properly.
The WiFi in our room which was 501, so please avoid, kept cutting out and the reception staff kept promising it would be sorted it never was.
The pool area was always too busy and definitely not enough sunbeds so I can't imagine what it's like during peak times as we went off peak.
The bar area opened at night has a small bar and gets busy with people queuing for drinks. Needs more people serving!
The area itself is nice and a good location as it's near Rhodes Town which we visited a few times during our stay. I would recommend going to a different hotel in this area as most of them have their own spots on the beach with sunbeds etc unlike this hotel.
We personally enjoyed our holiday in Rhodes but would never return to this hotel again

Dear Tony Thank you for choosing Oceanis Park Hotel for your stay in Rhodes and for taking the time to write a review! Regarding the negative points you mention, we would like to point out the following: 1) The dimensions of the closet are in accordance with the prescribed measures, after all nobody comes for holidays and bring all his wardrobe. 2) The balcony is also as provided. If you wish a huge balcony, you need to book a suite in a 5 star hotel. 3) There was indeed a problem with the network for a while in May but this was a general problem of the area due to maintenance work and not a problem of the hotel. 4) all our guests who are here for vacation it makes sense to be in the pool area and have fun with the animators so that there is an atmosphere of fun and not as you say busy. As for the sunbeds, you could ask our lifeguard to help you like many others and then be served immediately. 5) Four people work at the bar during rush hour and no one has complained. Instead, they value their effort. 6) Any damage reported to the A / C of the rooms is recorded, checked and repaired. In our archives there is no file for room 501 during your stay. In closing I would like to point out that preventing other guests from avoiding the OCEANIS PARK hotel is inappropriate and malicious on your part and we reserve the right to act appropriately for your actions, if we deem it appropriate. Our score of 4.5 on the travel consultant and the traveler selection award do not come by chance. That should tell you something. Regards Oceanis Park Team

Well, where to begin? We was a little sceptical about this hotel reading recent comments on Facebook. Having stated at Avra Beach Hotel last year, we knew this place had a lot to live up to. It certainly did live up to it! When we arrived, our glass balcony had cracked, this did not bother us but thought we would inform reception as we didn't want to be held responsible. The lovely receptionist Maria insisted that we move rooms due to health and safety and immediately upgraded us to a beautiful Seaview room on the 5th floor (507) and what a view we had! Yes there was a road between the hotel and sea but despite this, it was superb. Since this day, the manager, the wonderful Manos has been brilliant, helpful, friendly, makes a point in coming over to us to talk. Manos is a pure gentleman and runs this hotel beautifully,he shows respect to his staff, he assisted us when our safe didn't work which was dealt with immediately. The respect he shows his staff shows through as every single member of staff are amazing, friendly at all times, I have never been to a hotel where every member of staff is as friendly as they are here and there is not 1 exception. The lovely Bar men particularly Namik are excellent, the bars are well organised and they always have smiles on their faces and the lovely waitress Giota (apologies if this is spelt incorrectly), was incredible, what a lovely beautiful lady. Food and drinks were absolutely fine, we have no complaints, so much choice, even the fussiest of people would be hard pushed not to find something they like. OK, entertainment wasn't the best but was OK, we generally watched the evening entertainment and went out afterwards, nice few bars and restaurants very close to the hotel, our favourites being Sebastians and Double Deuce. Sunbeds, I read people struggled, we had no issues whatever time we came down to the pool, sometimes 10am, sometimes 12pm, sometimes 2pm, we always managed to get sunbeds. Can use the hotels towels for a 10 euro deposit and can get fresh ones each day from Ervin the lovely sweet pool boy. Safes are free of charge, free WiFi throughout the hotel with good connection. Rooms are kept spotlessly clean, fresh towels each day. I really could go on. Our last day today and we have arranged to keep our room tomorrow as we have a late flight, cost is 40 euros which I feel is average compared to other places we have been to. Thank you so much Manos and to all your staff, we have had a fabulous holiday and will definitely return. Mandy & Tim

We just got back from 2 weeks at the oceanis as a family with an 8 year old. It's our first ever package holiday and the first time we have used TUI.
All in all we had a fabulous time and all loved the hotel. Its very clean and tidy and I think jas recently had a big renovation. The staff are amazing, from the reception to the restaurant staff they always have a smile on their faces and work really hard.
We checked got our coach transfer no problem and it took about 20 mins from the airport as we had to drop off at a few other hotels first.
Checked in no problem and got shown to the room which despite ensuring we had a family room with TUI when we booked (deal breaker) we were given a double room woth a single bed next to it. The room was fine but not what we asked for when you're going to spend two weeks in it.
I tried to change it at reception but they were fully booked so couldn't. I tried contacting TUI who ignored me as well as speaking to the rep in the hotel who couldn't do anything.
They do have rooms with a separate room /space for families as I saw them walking to breakfast as they were being cleaned.
Like I say this is TUI's fault not the hotels.
The pool is awesome and has a really good vibe with music playing and water aerobics every day if that's your vibe.
They say you can't reserve Sun loungers but like 99% of hotels it's the same you get down for breakfast and every single one has a towel on it with no one to be seen. Generally 7-8 am and you'll get one. We liked the bit up the top slightly further away from the pool as more shade and a but quieter.
Food was excellent and the beer is pretty nice too. When I saw it was a buffet style restaurant I did think it would probably get a bit repetitive for two weeks but there is so much variety and choice it really didn't.
Also my son has a nut allergy so we were worried about cross contamination and maybe a language barrier when checking food. No need to worry, special thanks to Anita who everyday would walk him round anything he couldn't have which to be honest wasn't very much. A few deserts had almonds or Nutella but I think the savoury stuff was a nut free.
You can get snacks, food and cocktails throughout the day and we spend quite a few days just lounging by the pool.
The evening entertainment can be a bit cheesy with a personal low point being the guy dress up as Michael Jackson dancing to his songs. My son loved it but it was laughable.
Would definitely return we had a brilliant time, we would probably just book it ourselves next time and avoid using TUI as they were shocking.
I won't go into details about the flight home as I haven't got enough time to list the disaster that was their customer service.

Stayed for 10 days a really nice hotel, stayed in the main building with one lift which only fits 3 people which can take awhile to use when busy. The reception staff and bar staff were very nice and pleasant. The bedroom we had was ok but unfortunately I found the cleaners didn’t do a very good job couple of occasions I had to ask for toilet roll not sure why they didn’t notice? Also the toilet brush was broken when we arrived so they must of never cleaned the toilet otherwise you would notice? Also there was 3 of us but only 2 cups in the room and they would leave us 1 plastic spoon and sometimes they didn’t replace the spoon for nearly 3 days nice…. They left us the dirty one. Also they had put sandwiches in the fridge for us but we didn’t no and hadn’t looked until day 3 and they were covered in mould so why not check and chuck them? And we knew they had been in the fridge as a bottle of water had gone and we hadn’t touched it? There is two pools one is much nicer as it’s quiet and less kids and it’s more relaxing it’s not big which is annoying when people use inflatables they should use them in the main pool near the restaurant. The food was really nice and lots to choose from. All in all a nice hotel and not far from Rhodes which is a great place to visit and there is a bus stop outside the hotel and only €2.50 to get there. We also visited Lindos from a near by excursion place much cheaper then using tui it was a great day out. The entertainment at night was good Michael Jackson night was really good.

All the staff do amazing work from receptionists to bar staff to restaurant staff and cleaners. I have to give a special shoutout to Annita (restaurant manager) who was always on hand to welcome you and have a lovely chat and help in anyway. Also the two barmen on the evening do a fantastic job serving you with a smile and make you laugh.
Our room had a side sea view and was lovely, plenty of room for storage.
Food was amazing with a different theme each night (Chinese, Mediterranean, barbecue, Mexican, Italian, Greek and gala). Chinese and Greek were our favourites.
If you want a sunbed with a umbrella, you need to be down for 6.30 to 7. On a couple of occasions the lifeguard removed towels which were just left, which was good to see. The rear pool does get busy with ball games and inflatables but people are on holiday and enjoying themselves and there is always space to do something.
Some nice bars and restaurants are only a couple of minutes walk from hotel if you fancy a change of scenery (turn right out of hotel). Bus is only 3 euro to Rhodes town and only takes about 15 minutes (well worth a visit).
The only negative for the hotel is the evening entertainment, this is repeated weekly, so if you stay for two weeks like us you see the same shows. Would be nice if there was a fortnightly programme.
Overall the hotel is wonderful and we will return one day.
Thanks for a lovely Holiday.

Yes it was if you were situated in a room towards the back of the hotel. However, not sure about the front of the hotel as this is where the outside stage is located where the main evening entertainment takes place.
Good evening
The hotel does not have its own private beach.
The nearest one is a 5-minute walk from the hotel and you can find sunbeds at a price of 5-10 euros / sunbed.
The beach is not sandy but pebbled.
Thank you
