We booked this hotel as we wanted a treat for our 10th year anniversary, so somewhere slightly more luxury with a boutique feel, which the hotel fulfilled in every way.

Set a little outside Adamantas, it relieves you of the hustle and bustle of the port. It is walkable but it’s a good half an hour. There is a wonderful car park should you book a hired car, which I thoroughly recommend whilst in Milos. Beautiful, open and airy reception area staffed with very courteous and well mannered reception team that take care of every question, beside there is a smaller area for breakfast but you also have the option of eating outside too which is quite nice in the mornings with the breeze coming off the bay.

We were in room 424, slightly further up a gradual hill, again with parking below should you wish. The room was just stunning, bright, contemporary and the most exceptional view over the bay and the stunning pool below. We loved sitting on the little balcony with the complimentary wine from the mini fridge as the sun was setting. The bed is ultra luxurious with a strong AC to keep you cool. Plenty of space for unpacking and storing your belongings. We loved the open monsoon shower, which was both powerful and plenty of hot water. Beautiful finishings and fabulous amenities. Housekeeping do amazing job every day and also restocked complimentary water daily too.

The pool area is simply gorgeous, plenty of sun loungers and a big open space. The colour of the water, a picturesque aqua marine, tempts you in to cool off but even better than that is the temperature of the water just perfect to get in to. It has a wonderful gradual slope ascending in to a deeper part of the pool which which is great to sit in whilst you sip on a cocktail. Leading me on to the ever-present bar man, Lavathos, who makes STUNNING cocktails every time….there wasn’t anything he couldn’t make neither should it not be on the menu. He was so friendly, always asking how our day was and generally chatting to us making us feel at home. Complimentary chilled water always handed to you when you arrive at the pool.

Breakfast was plentiful, lots of different things to choose from and a strong Greek/continental theme everyday. The breakfast girl always topping up items and chatting away to us was very sweet indeed. We looked forward to seeing her everyday.

This property is simply stunning and Stavros has done an amazing job at delivery exceptionally high standards making our stay unforgettable.

Cannot wait to return!

We stayed here for 4 nights a few days ago. The hotel is conveniently located - right across the street from a local beach, and about a 20 minute walk from the center of town.

We were immediately greeted and made to feel at home by a lovely young lady. Everyone was quick to answer our questions, make suggestions or just to say hello.

We stayed in the jacuzzi room, which was in the front of the hotel and had an amazing view of the sunset. It was great to come home to and wind down at the end of the day.

The hotel followed all the COVID guidelines, and as such, the breakfast buffet didn’t exist, but you could select up to 10 items for your served breakfast (I ordered 6 and was stuffed), which you can eat outdoors in the front porch or back by the pool area.

Bed was comfy, room was super clean and the shower was warm and modern. I’d totally visit again.

BTW, rent a car. You’ll want to visit some of the most breathtaking beaches ever.

A lovely hotel on a beautiful island!
The staff are just amazing, all so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble - they helped us book cars, boat trips etc and gave us lots of information about the island, and even great restaurant recommendations.
The rooms are modern and tasteful and spotlessly clean.
They have a fridge which is handy to keep drinks cool. Ours had a huge terrace, a view of the pool and out to the bay. It was wonderful to relax there in the late afternoon and watch the world go by.
The pool is beautiful, kept clean and has a lovely view of the port and bay.
The hotel location is just outside of Adamas - around a 25-30minute stroll which we did most nights.
I would 100% recommend Olea Bay and would love to go back. We were very sad to leave there.

We stayed 2 weeks at Olea Bay and loved it - we highly recommend it. A modern and clean hotel, but warm and welcoming, we had the most relaxing stay. Pool area is great, very quiet and never had a problem getting a bed - both sun and shade always available too!
The pool bar is very handy throughout the day.
Our room was huge, with everything we needed and cleaned everyday, including robes and slippers available. Breakfast had good choice - with cooked bacon, egg, omelettes etc, as well as cereal and yoghurt, toast, fresh fruit, salad, and mini pastries. Breakfast is on the little terrace with beautiful sea views.
Location - it’s 15-20 minutes walk to Adamas port, an easy flat walk along the road, with a good choice of restaurants and a few nice quiet cocktail bars. We would recommend hiring a car (through the hotel as it’s cheaper than before online) though to explore the other beautiful beaches and towns like Plaka and Pollonia. Staff were really helpful with suggestions and organising car hire and taxis for us.
Just an FYi, The beach opposer is a rustic beach, both locals and tourists using it, with no beds. But sea was clear and there always seemed to be space. Overall a lovely stay at a great hotel, will definitely be back!

During our summer holidays in Milos we stayed at Olea Bay in room 317 which had an extraordinary sea view and an amazing pool view especially during the night as it was lit up!A brand new hotel greatly designed in a Cycladic design with big rooms and big bathrooms designed with rain shower and marble.
Great way to relax by the pool with comfy sunbeds with curtains and outdoors rain shower provided with hot water and all these surrounded by a relaxing music.
Friendly staff ,breakfast variety and central location close to amenities and places of interest!

The hotel reminded me of a hospital. Everything in the room was white, even the one and only central light which was blinding. Although they cleaned our room every day, they forgot twice to replenish our towels and soaps in the span of five days. To say that we were disappointed to have this service for such an expensive hotel is an understatement. The shower did not have a curtain resulting in water going everywhere. The breakfast was very poor quality. We had to eat elsewhere every morning. Our room was at the first floor. The breakfast room was right next to us. The soundproofing of the room was nonexistent. We could hear everyone having breakfast and would wake up very early due to the noise. Would definitely recommend a different hotel to spend so much money on.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and felt brand new. i think we had one of the best rooms with a sea view overlooking the pool. the pool was the best with adequate and comfortable sun beds. the pool bar provided great drinks and snacks. Breakfast was perfect with everything required. The staff; Stavros, Melanie and the pool barman were friendly and very helpful. They organised a rental car (Milos Car Rental) and gave us recommendations on beaches to visit and restaurants to eat. every one a winner.
The hotel was a €10-15 taxi ride from the town but this made it very peaceful.

Hotel is super clean and very new and ultra modern. It is in a great location and offer sea views. We were in room 421. The staff and front desk were very knowledgeable and helpful. They booked us a beach club and dinner reservations and Recommended how to get around island and made sure we were well attended too. The beach towels were full blanket towels and can be taken off property. Lots of parking available. Pool area is super clean, comfortable chairs and umbrellas, outdoor bar, washrooms, showers….loungers and sofa beds…..large infinity pool. The beds and linens top quality…..very comfortable. Rooms cleaned daily, fresh linens and towels. Couple of minors cons….not a lot of drawers to unpack suitcases and full length mirror would be nice. Well appointed breakfast included….only minor complaint it would be better if eggs and meat can be kept hot on buffet. Hotel is a very peaceful vibe and I would recommend it.

We stayed at the Olea Bay Hotel during our vacation in Milos in July 2021. The hotel is about 20 minutes far on foot from the centre of Adamas and nearby the airport, very easy to reach. It is located in front of the quiet bay of Adamas. The hotel is comfortable, very clean, with a small but very nice and quiet swimming pool. The personnel is kind and every morning told us the wind conditions, giving us precious suggestions about what coast was better to visit. We would definitively recommend staying here!

Stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel is perfect for relaxation after the hustle and bustle of a weekend in Athens. The staff here are some of the most attentive we have experienced. Cannot fault them. Nothing is too much trouble. Room was basic but had everything we needed. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. View from our room and from the pool is amazing. Breakfast provided is a selection of eggs, bacon, sausages, bread, pastries, cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit and some random bits that we didn't touch. All good.
Visit OChamos restaurant nearby but be prepared to wait an hour to get in- worth the wait.
Be careful of the taxis- 10 Euro to get to/from Adamas unless you are coming from or going to the ferry when the price is up to 18 Euro. Felt a bit ripped off but too late now!
I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Milos.
