It is a spectacular cabin, with an incredible view, surrounded by nature and giant trees. I loved this stay and everything the place had to offer. The room is very comfortable, pleasant and very spacious, perfect for resting. I recommend it 100% for couples who want to spend some time alone and with more privacy.

The place is nice and cozy. However, I am left with the bad taste of very bad customer service from the administrator David. Upon arrival there was no water in the entire cabin and when I wrote to them about this their response was "you understand that if you leave there is no refund" instead of giving us options for basic service. Finally, 2 hours later, Mr. Walter, very kind, managed to install the water for us. We were never able to have hot water for the jacuzzi and shower. They told us that the heater was damaged. What I highlight is the fact that they later left us in the clear and blue in the official chat of the establishment and I consider that as customers we deserve to have our questions answered and resolving them kindly is part of customer service.

I went to Kooteja to disconnect from everything and it really is a place where you have a great approach to nature and can enjoy calm and fresh air. I highly recommend it for anyone who enjoys connection with the environment without losing comfort.

My experience at Kooteja was amazing, the beautiful nature and minimalist design of the Kooteja cabin made my stay just perfect! The remote access to the cabin make it super easy. I loved the nespresso machine, the quality ofevery kitchen accessories, the bed was so comfortable and I absolutely loved the fact that you can shower while having the view of the jungle! Jacuzzi and firepit are super cool as well!
