Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Low price in November. They gave 1000 liras. Only two rooms were occupied in the hotel. Breakfast is not a buffet, but was prepared personally. Clean, rooms are not smoky. Quiet place despite the city center. The staff does not speak Russian and speaks English with difficulty.

The waitresses and busgirl were great but when the cook didn't have what I ordered, he just brought me a different dish, without telling me what was happening. I returned it. No big deal. The accusations and insults came later. So instead I ate most of my travelling partners dish and we both got incredibly sick, but I ate most of the meat so I got the worst of it, and I had to go to the hospital from rancid, old meat. It was my only meal that day, so there is no question what caused it. A complete nightmare for travellers, vomiting in my airbnb, on the international bus, in my next airbnb, and now a hospital stay (I'm fully covered by insurance, there will be no bill after I get reimbursed) and three days of holiday destroyed. The absolute worst. To their credit, when I first messaged them asking them to throw out the meat so nobody else gets violently ill, they said they would pay my bill, which is nice, but it's only 20 lari(7 dollars) after insurance. But these nice gestures of trying to pay me to take down my bad review were overshadowed the next morning when I woke to a message calling me a liar. Because I hate posting bad reviews and have never done it before, I was going to take it down in the morning. Then I woke up to them calling me a liar, saying my story wasn't believable, that you could not possibly travel 155 kilometers in the time I described( you can get there in half the time I described) , that quality food products can't spoil, and that I lied because the 11 dollar meal was too expensive for me(this was the cheapest meal I've ever ordered, even cheaper than Mexico or Romania or Georgia). This was literally the worst case of food poisoning I've ever had or seen. After losing what seemed like gallons of water from diahrea in the night, I finally threw up at ten am walking to my bus from SURMENE to sarpi, then a cab. I threw up my only meal of the day before, my pasta and meatballs. I could not keep water down and my muscles were so cramped I almost could not walk l. I fainted when I got out of the cab to the room, then puked again( I puked on the bus too) then my host was so worried he called an ambulance. i sent the pics of me in the ambulance, the hospital, and my paperwork from the hospital and they still called me a liar and refered to it as my 'alleged experience'..I was going to take my bad review down because food poisoning is an accident, but the horrible accusations about lying and the crazy lies about travelling time and food safety were the biggest insult I've ever experienced. They actually said that I lied because 11 dollars was "expensive" for me- and this was literally the most inexpensive meal I've ever eaten in a Restaurant, even cheaper than Mexico or Georgia or Romania..Sadly, my only goal was to let them know they had bad meat that needed to be thrown out, but they insisted that it was not possible that their meat could spoil because it is "quality product" - which shows a shocking lack of knowledge about food safety and guarantees that this will happen again to other customers. Food poisoning is a preventable accident, but telling someone they lied because the couldn't afford 11 dollars is something truly offensive. Then they refused to talk about why they called me a liar. They deflected, gaslit me, and would not accept responsibility, crazily thinking that calling me a liar was ok because they offered me a free meal. I recommend avoiding this place. At no point did they ever mention throwing out the meat, their only concern was giving me free food to take down the review about poisoning. They said I demanded money from them, but I said "please refund my 11 dollars, and you can pay my hospital bill if you want to"- which is the opposite of a demand, plus I knew there would be almost no bill due to insurance. As a restaurant worker, I just wanted them to tell me they identified the problem so no one else would get deathly I'll. I have included the whole crazy conversation, minus my hospital records because I assume there is personal info on there. It's in georgian language. I've taken food safety courses in three states, worked in hotels for 8 years, and worked in about 12 restaurants around the world- when a customer does you the great service of letting you know your meat is spoiled, you should thank them, throw away the meat, not say that it's not possible because you only buy quality products. Food poisoning is a preventable mistake- calling a sick person, someone who got sick at your Restaurant, calling them a liar- that is the #1 most offensive thing you can do. There are no Restaurants in the world where that would not get you fired. Well, maybe one. I have to leave out some of the screenshots because I understandably started using some mundane swear words after the called me a liar while lying to me. I never resorted to name calling or accused them of anything other than food poisoning. This was the worst possible response to a business being informed that they had spoiled food.

The comment of your friend who came with you. I'm sorry to say that you are displaying inconsistent behavior. We still love you.We have told you many times that if there is any situation caused by us, let's fix it. What you say about our hotel cafe and restaurant does not reflect the truth. your girlfriend ate from the same plate as you, she left here very happy. You were very happy too. We said we can do anything for you if we are wrong. You just want to play games with us. But we loved you so much, we are waiting for you again Алтынай Бегім Google üzerinde 2 hafta önce 5/5 Her şeyi teşekkür ederim, her şey mükemmel!
