Very spacious, clean and well maintained hotel. Beautiful lobby with modern decor. Covid safety measures in the lobby and public areas, and touchless check-in and check-out.

The staff was wonderful and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and relaxing. We had 1 bedroom suite with two queen beds, a separate living / dinning room with TV, sofa bed, kitchen area with microwave and fridge.

Parking was free, and location was very convenient with variety stores and restaurants within walk-in distance.

Overall it was an excellent experience, would definitely go back and recommend to family and friends.

Stayed 1 night in the fall for a trip to Niagara falls. Booked large executive suite - Mountain view suite on 3rd floor. Very spacious, we loved the room. Large dinning table for 6 people! However, maybe due to covid, no glasses, no utensils, so we were drinking the wine using plastic cups.
Breakfast was included, order from menu not buffet - could be because limited guests for Sunday/Monday.
Check-in and out was super easy, this will be our preferred location if we travel with pet next time.
Room tips: On 3rd floor, only 2 suites at the 2 corners are the largest (88 sq meters suite), 3118 is Mountain view suite. 4th floor maybe more rooms are 88 sq meters.

Despite being over an hour away from Toronto's airport, Lufthansa saw fit to place a number of folks here including us after our inbound flight from Frankfurt was 2 hours late causing us to miss our connection. We protested, but were told there were no available rooms in Toronto or closer. To say the least we arrived tired (we had been up for 23 hours after leaving Budapest in the morning) and hungry and quite frustrated with the way we were treated by almost everyone at the airport. I will say our shuttle driver, who also questioned the hotel choice, was quite nice.

Once we arrived we were greeted by staff and for the first time since leaving Budapest we felt like someone cared. We were all quickly checked in and provided a salad and pasta entree. We were told by a very kind gentlemen (night manager? concierge?) where and when to meet the shuttle for our return rides--because of flight times there would be two different pick-ups.

Our suite was very nice with a large seating area, a working area/desk, small refrigerator, coffee maker etc.. Bedroom was large and nice as well, and so was bathroom and shower. We slept well and although breakfast was not comped by airline we enjoyed a good buffet breakfast with a very friendly hostess/waitress. In other words we felt human again. Checkout was easy and driver appeared a few minutes early. I know it is not part of a hotel review, but I want to post that he too was very friendly. At the airport he refused my tip offer saying his company had a contract with airlines and he would be paid accordingly. I insisted and he accepted. I write that because once we returned to the airport the headaches resumed. Not sure we will ever fly through Toronto again or use Lufthansa or Air Canada, but we would definitely stay here again!

After being here for 10 days the hotel staff had become rude and just plain disrespectful.we had been paying daily for our room.after booking on hotels.com one day and accidently doing it for the next day the manager called the room and told us we had to leave after that night cause we had not paid and has been having to chase us.This is and was the first time He had even called us about the room.
The night before my wife who is in a wheelchair with a broken ankle was doing laundry downstairs with their one washer and dryer wich to come find out the dryer didnt work after washing 2 loads the staff at the front desk offered to dry the laundry in their dryer..So she continued to finish the laundry the next day and the night auditor dried one load for us and then said she didnt know how to use the dryer, so the next night we asked the staff to dry one load that never got dried and he snapped at her and she of course said something back so we were left with a bag of wet clothes that smelt moldy and need to be washed another 3 or 4 times to get the smell out!.when drying them would have taken 2 minutes of their time.we have 3 kids with us so we have laundry and since they have no desire to fix the dryer when I actually believe it just needed to be emptied they shouldn't offer laundry. For 3 days we have been waiting for clean sheets and towels 2 nights ago we were given one towel and one had towel for a family of 5.
The hotel staff have not cleaned the room once infact my wife once again in a wheelchair had asked for the vacuum wich came with the bag full not emptied and just left for her to use herself it sat parked outside of our room door for 3 days along with our garbage and then finally got picked up.we are still waiting for clean sheets and towels and its day 4 thank goodness wife actually packs that stuff.
The restaurant is closed but they offered a bit of things that u had to pay for you would think for the inconvenience they would have it for free considering others hotels are offering their breakfast now.
They charged us a dog fee everyday we had been there..when I asked what the dog fee was for they told me for cleaning but they havent cleaned my room once not once since I've been here.they also told me cause they do an extra clean cause people have allergy that would be done once we check out not on a daily basis.,online it states the the dog fee is 20 dollars and they have charge dme 25 plus tax to my dog with us everyday .
If the hotel staff can learn some better customer service skills and maybe if they had a clue what they are talking about I would suggest to stay here the room size is great and it's not in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city but close to it so location is great oh and the Tim hortons across the street isnt open either so all there was to order from was McDonalds.

Don’t know where to start! Stayed at this hotel on New Years Eve 2019. The website did indicate the hotel was undergoing renovations however that was an understatement! You had to enter the hotel via a side door. Signage was paper signs everywhere! Even a paper sign on our room door. Typically we get an email asking us about our stay and we did not. Probably afraid to ask! No discount on the room rate for all the major inconveniences. Only 2 elevators and 1 was broken for our stay. The “front desk” was in a dingy office. The rate for bringing our dog was $50.00 + tax which we were told was a Marriott policy for extra cleaning. The extra cleaning is never done. I know this because when my dog entered the room she cleans up the extra crumbs left on the floor. All in all we paid close to $300 for one night at this hotel. They should be ashamed of themselves!

Our experience was awful. We stayed three nights and were told that we would only get housekeeping after 2 nights. After 2 nights, we went to the front desk to confirm that we would be getting housekeeping only to be told that we were not on the list to get it done. When we asked why, they said it was because it was a holiday and they were low on staff. We asked to speak to the manager who said that after 2 nights, we would only be entitled to a "refresher". This meant that we would get new towels, our garbage would be collected, and supplies would be refilled (coffee and such). We would get a light cleaning of the rest of our room. However, our sheets would not be changed. When we returned at the end of the day, we got towels dropped off and left on our desk, and nothing else. Our beds were not made, garbage not collected, living room a mess, no supplies replaced. There was basically no "refresher".

In addition to all this, the elevator is dangerous. The elevator door doesn't reopen if it starts shutting and any part of your body is in the way. A couple of times, a part of my body or my husband was in the way as the door shut and it just kept shutting. We had to jump out of the way.

This is an expensive place to stay for what you get and where you are. It is unacceptable that there is virtually no housekeeping. Stay at an Airbnb - that is basically what you are getting.

After booking at this location 3 1/2 months ahead of time to attend a wedding being held near by, we arrived at check in time at 3pm. Only to be told along with 15 guests that there were no rooms available for check in.
No reasons were given other than they couldn’t tell us when we would have rooms or why 3 hours after check out there were no rooms.
After waiting 90 minutes we were finally able to check in but were no where near any of our family or others in the same block of reservations.
Once in our room it is a little dated and could use some fresh paint on the doors and covers on the AC could use to be fixed.
Definitely not the type of room the cost warrants.

Disappointed in an understatement for sure. While checking in we found out our room wasn’t ready, no issues there as there were baseball tournaments going on, they were busier than expected. We waited and got our room on the first floor. We walk in, long black hair all over the floor, Cheerios and chips on the floor, hair in the bathroom, more food in the bed room, pull out sheets on the bed were dirty. We complain to the from desk who asks to see it as if he doesn’t believe us, he see the visible mess and gets a cleaner to come by. Cleaner obviously doesn’t want to clean, stands around in the room doing nothing, awkwardly trying to interact or scare my son, couldn’t tel to be honest. After “cleaning” there is still visible mess and we point it out, she then hands the broom to my wife to clean, awesome service. We complain to a different front desk person the next day as we found out that someone we were there with got breakfast vouchers for their room not being ready. We ask for the same gratitude, nope, money off the room and Mariott points. I asked well how much do the cleaners get paid, knock that off our price as well as we had to clean our own room. The front desk person had nothing but attitude and referred to their policy, I then asked if cleaning the room was part of their policy, he basically ignored me. We will never go back to this four points ever again. Service was terrible, cleanliness terrible, the breakfast was also terrible.

After driving home from Florida we self isolated here for the required 14 days.
Mr. Ayub Atcha general manager welcomed us and quickly registered us offering a free room upgrade to make our 14 day stay more comfortable. The hotel has apparently gone through renovation and is looking good. Due to the pandemic obviously everything in the hotel is closed however what ever they could help us with they were more then happy to do so. The rooms are all suites and if our room is any indication of the rest they are very spacious. Bedroom was separate from the living area. Bed was very comfortable and had a good sleep each night. I look forward to staying here once we are through this pandemic and the hotel is back offering all it's amenities.
Again Thank you Mr Ayub Atcha for a wonderful stay during a difficult time.

Very comfortable room, quiet. Problem was that we could not find any accessible sockets in the bedroom nor any USB ports. We unplugged the clock radio so we could use its socket. Otherwise, the room was great. Comfortable beds, mini fridge, coffee machine. Also the EV charging stations for our car (not a Tesla) weren’t working. Luckily, we had plenty of charge left.
