和老公蜜月旅行住过这家酒店，感觉里面的游泳池很大，很漂亮，房间内很干净，尤其是园景房的阳台很大，离海边很近，大约5分钟就到海边了，好像那个地方叫海门吧，浪很大，呵呵！

风景很漂亮，环境很优雅，非常不错，屋里虽然装修很简单，但是很明亮的感觉，很舒适,装修属于很简约，现代的，是以木色调为主的,设施还可以，上网不太方便，大堂有网线，我们是去大堂拿自己电脑上网的，网速还可以，免费的。

We came as backpackers, so that said we weren't expecting luxury or anything. But really, this hotel is really horrible. When we first came they tried to trick us, saying that i hadn't paid and that i had to pay again. I showed them the receipt and said politely that there had to be a mistake, they didn't believe me and did nothing to straight things up. I myself had to call the booking company, talk to an indian guy on a poor line and spent a fortune on phone bills. The booking company, i think it was agoda, was thankfully very helpfull they could however not explain why the hotel hadn't gotten the confirmation. Anyway, things were sorted out and we could after about an hour get our room. No one said sorry or admitted the mistake, i experienced the staff as pretty arrogant and rude. We had planned to stay for three days, but left the day after. Of course the staff would be sitting on chairs with stupid expressions staring at us while we carried away our luggage, no help at all. I asked one of them if i was working, aiming for maybe he could take my girlfriends bag as i had my hands full. He replied he had taken a break.
Summary of the hotel and the surroundings: Hard beds, the room smelled like an ashtray, there was no water in the pool and the area around is quite a boring place. Muddy seawater, the restaurants keeps endangered sea turtles which you probably can eat if you can pay enough. There was also some horses there full of wounds and scars tied up on the beach under the sun looking exhausted and dehydrated, I think they are there for chinese tourists, which seem to like being photographed on them. The chinese tourists comes in flocks, stay there for ten minutes taking pictures and leaves again, the rest stay at this hotel and leaves early the day after. If you are not a surfer, (i saw there was a surf club there) its pretty much a nasty and unwelcoming place. We tried to find a peaceful, real Hainan coastal village, it is not here by far.

感觉地理位置有点偏，晚上挺荒无人烟的，但设施什么的还不错，房间比较干净整洁。早餐也还不错，中式的，品种也比较多。就是配套设施还不行，买份报纸都买不到。

风景比较好，可以看到海，还可以下海玩，房间里面就能看到海景，晚上可以吃到自己捞上来的海鲜之类的，海边有娱乐项目，有骑马，有捞鱼。房间挺大的，这里面给人感觉还蛮好的，装修风格比较现代。离看红艺人的地方比较近，也就半个小时，就是看人妖。购物不方便，度假村里面就有店的。

四星级酒店还不如三星级酒店呢，内部装修不是很好，它算个老四星级酒店了。还有里面的饭我觉得不太好的，因为我是东北人吃那边的饭菜不是很习惯的，它的早餐跟我们东北这边的不太一样的，咱东北人喜欢吃咸的那边吃的都是比较的淡的，我不是很喜欢的。

它这里的酒店装潢就不像我们这边很注重那种装饰感，金属啊什么的，它的窗子是木制的，是那种老式的伸拉的，它的门也不一样，像那种拧的、转的，酒店不像天域那么的大，房间也不是很大，不过你要是说它那的配套的泳池啊、温泉啊还是都有，还可以看山景，它这也是它的卖点，不过我觉得它这个地方的山景不是很好，因为它的树很多，是那种热带的，不是很高的树，就蛮多的虫子、蚊子，它服务员也不先跟你弄好，我们当时去的时候，它房间里的窗子是开的，所以里面就已经有了蚊子之内的，跟服务员说咧，她们就说那里有蚊香你们可以点着睡觉，就这我觉得很不好，而且它那客人很多，服务就不是那么及时，也不是很热情，就感觉有些拽的样子。

挨着海边，景色很美，空气又好，而且它所在地就是日月湾景区，到处都是椰子树，很漂亮！酒店内部的装修和设施都很棒，酒店里面有私人的游泳池，很方便。设施是属于那种特别简单，但是全部都是木质结构的家具，给我的感觉住在里面很温馨、很干净！
