This hotel is very inaccessible - the only access road leading to this Hotel is still under construction (as of end of Dec. 2018). It's a dirt road with many potholes.
The hotel is located on a cliff section isolated from the other parts of the Shenzhou Peninsula, e.g. Ala Mona town where for example the Four Points by Sheraton resort and a small shopping mall are located.
There no Taxis or Didi cars available and for sure no public transport.
Being located on the cliff it is also extremely exposed to the wind.
As grass is planted into the walkways of the hotel, the walkways get muddy very quickly.
The hotel has two high priced restaurants, one western style and one Chinese, where customers are forced to eat at, due to it's isolation. E.g. the breakfast buffet costs e.g. 158 yuan per person and matches of the food quality expected for such a price.
The hotel advertises its-self of having beach access, which you would expect being located in a beach resort area. But in-fact the hotel only has a micro-beach of not even 50 meters, which is only accessible by walking over a rock section, with the risk of slipping into waters of the entrance channel of Potou Bay.
The pool area quite small and does not have a lot of chairs to sit on.
By the hotel, there is also no bridge across the entrance channel of Potou Bay, as indicated e.g. on Google Maps and Baidu Maps. If existing, this bridge at least would provide direct access to the beach along Potou Bay.
So it is absolutely not recommended to stay at this place.
