Accomidation was nice, when we arrived one of the lounges was soaked in urine, one of our children had been sitting on it without realising and it had transferred to his clothing. The reception was closed so we sent an email, which wasn’t responded to, so we called a number we found. The room was checked and we were told that they couldn’t smell the urine, but they replaced the cushion and spared they room.

The investigation into this matter was initiated within mere minutes of this guest's check-in. The assertion that we failed to respond to her email appears preposterous, and the subsequent review is equally questionable. It may be advisable for this guest to engage in a dialogue with her child concerning toilet training – a suggestion, of course. As a precautionary measure, we opted to replace the sofa to ensure absolute satisfaction. It is worth noting that, at no juncture, was it damp or exhibited any odorous attributes. Yet, here we find ourselves discussing this matter in an online forum. The husband, however, departed with a contented countenance.

Lovely accomodation, spacious living area but cosy feeling which was perfect for the cold month we were visiting. The central hot tub facilities were easy to access and use. We thought it might be over crowded but it was great and we often had it too ourselves. Staff were easy to deal with and the whole experience was lovely.

Awesome place, really handy to everything, we found a shortcut walk into town, along the lakeside - 15 mins. We had a gorgeous soak in the spa after a big day on the mountain. Really comfy bed and nice layout. Nice touch with the gas fire. Thanks for a great stay!

Quiet luxury just out of town. So nice to have your own space having been just in hotel rooms for a while. Comfortable seating and sleeping arrangements. Gas fire a lovely touch for winter and the pool in summer I am sure would be a hit.

The location is close to Wanaka township and roads to treble cone and Cardrona. Clean and well presented. Only downside was our inability to get the gas fire working. Might pay to get one with a dedicated higher flame, or maybe remove it to prevent others from possible frustration. Good bath and daily cleaning appreciated

Staying here was excellent; large size apartment with a fireplace and a kitchen, spa bath and great size bedroom. We actually asked to stay and extra night. Staff were very kind and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!!

There is absolutely nothing to fault with this accommodation. We stayed for 3 nights with our young son and it proved to be a perfect base for us to explore Wanaka. We arrived after 5pm on arrival but the check-in process was very simple and clear instructions on how to access the apartment/pool/wi-fi etc. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment and while not having access to the garage consider this is you have lots of equipment (boards etc) that you may need to store for a longer trip. Apartment was quiet, cosy and offered washing machine, heating and a very easy stay. Also a nice stroll into the main town with an uncomplaining 6year old. Check-out uncomplicated. Highly recommend.

The check in/key collection was easy and the instructions we received were clear. The apartment was clean and welcoming, nice amenities. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and there was lots of space. Garage connected to the apartment, making loading/unloading luggage very easy. Dishwasher and laundry machine were easy to use, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils/plates/kettle/toaster etc. Checking out was also very easy. The location was quiet/peaceful in a nice neighbourhood, but still close to the town centre, lake and restaurants.

We found the accommodation to be warm and comfortable, the gas fire was a real treat. We did not find the bed comfortable, this would be the only downside, everything else was great, location was good, easy to get into town. Would definitely stay here again.
