Aspiring Lofts was a brilliant find. We stayed in the East Loft, windows and the bacony had mountain and lake views. Claire and Jim are lovely hosts providing high quality, exceptionally clean apartments that are totally self contained with your own entrance. The breakfast variety is outstanding and the little extras provided are so thoughtful and give the feeling of a real personal touch. The lofts are close enough to the township if you want a walk of about 1 km, we used the car as we had too much to do in a short amount of time! Thanks for making our weekend in Wanaka very comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend. Cheers

We really enjoyed staying at Aspiring Lofts. It’s all wonderful studio suite which is only a short walk (or even shorter taxi ride to town) with its fine restaurants and within easy reach of the lake. Jim and Claire are lovely hosts and the room was incredibly clean, with lovely fresh linen, heated tiles in the bathroom and a lovely view too. Thoroughly recommended!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aspiring Lofts. Great location with lovely views in nearly all directions. Easy off road parking. Stairs up to the loft with a shared entrance to the other loft. Really nice, clean, comfortable accommodation. A huge bed, tea and coffee making facilities plus fridge and plentiful crockery and cutlery. Lovely spacious bathroom with an excellent shower. Nice balcony with views out to the lake and mountains. Lots of nice touches such as homemade muesli and delicious home baked cookies on arrival. Quiet, private, warm, cosy & comfortable, it was perfect for our ski trip to Wanaka. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect for us. The location, ease of booking, brilliant communication and of course a beautiful place with amazing views. A warm and cosy stay that’s well appointed and very comfortable, it lacked nothing. Claire and Jim made us feel completely comfortable and welcome.

From the warm welcome we received upon arrival to the amazing view from the deck, this property far surpassed our expectations. It is upstairs on a hill overlooking Lake Wanaka and the surrounding mountains. Wow! The apartment itself is tastefully decorated and every detail has been considered. Including the fantastic breakfast ingredients and bottle of lovely NZ wine. The skylight in the bathroom offers wonderful natural light there too. It is located 5 minutes drive from the town centre on a quiet street and includes off street parking too. The owners perfected the vibe of being unobtrusive yet also there if needed. We can't wait to come back.

My husband and I had a warm welcome from the hosts at Aspiring Lofts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great just a short drive into Wanaka township and within walking distance also. The breakfast provided was great and as I have celiac this was well catered for. Most appreciated. There was also additional treats, a nice bottle of Rose Wine, fruit and baking. The apartment was very clean, modern and the bed was very comfortable. Overall excellent!! We will stay again. I highly recommend Aspiring Lofts.

I had 4 relaxing nights in the West Loft which had a stunning lake view. Super comfy and spacious with lovely toiletries, yummy home made muesli and baking and lots of other supplies. Great light filled bathroom. Location is perfect, peaceful but only an easy 20 minutes walk to town. Claire and Jim are friendly and helpful hosts. Thank you!

This studio exceeded our expectations from the balcony with wonderful views to the extremely comfortable bed and luxurious bathroom (heated floor, fluffy towels, lovely products). The breakfast provided was so good too. We also really appreciated the little extras especially the home baking! There are two studios next to each other - nice and quiet and private. The lake is a short walk and the centre of Wanaka is also walkable or a three minute drive. If you’re looking for quality accomodation in Wanaka this is the place to stay. Thanks Claire and Jim.
