Jenny at the reception was wonderful, she warmly welcomed us and gave us suggestions on where to go and what to do.
Our apartment had an amazing view of Wanaka. We chilled on the balcony and had breakfast there the next morning. Wifi was great as I had to make a 2-hour long zoom call the first evening. We slept very well, beds were comfy, kitchen was well-equipped, though we didn't get to take full advantage of it!
If I had to be picky, it would have been nice to have shower gel and conditioner provided as I didn't bring any on my trip and only shampoo was given in the bathroom.
Beautiful view, light filled rooms, comfortable bed, great location, friendly accommodating hospitality. Stayed four days with friends in Family Rooms beside each other separated by 4-5 stairs making it super convenient. Definitely would stay again.
Views over the lake and town.
Close to town... Easy walk there.
Beds were good... Lots of coffee and tea on offer.
Bit pricey at 150 a night though for what you get.
location great. Stayed an extra night .
The rooms themselves are a little tired and the fittings and fixtures aren't high end but for the price you get good location, large rooms with lake view, sky TV, kitchen/ cooking facilities and free wifi.
My only major gripe was the proximity to the very noisy main road. Between the noise from the road and people stomping away above me meant that sleep quality wasn't great which is always a let down.
Top tips: stay on first floor and request a room as far from the busy main road as possible.
