Detailed Reviews
We arrived from Sydney on Saturday afternoon and was booked to this villa we found it was so convenient to be in especially with young kids as opposed to having separate rooms. Breakfast buffet was good and the kids loved to pick their favourites as the table heights were certainly a convenient to their heights. For the first time they chose their own. Staff from reservation to the House maids were very helpful and a quiet environment oblivious to the noise of traffic from the Town.
Spacious accommodation!
We were able to cook in the Villa with relative comfort close to the poolside for the kids too.
Its well worth the spend considering value.

Our first overseas family holiday and I don’t think we could of picked a better resort! We loved our time at Sheraton Denarau.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom garden view villa that was spacious, modern and well maintained.
The staff were very friendly, personable and accommodating. Milly and two other ladies that were taking care of our housekeeping went above and beyond. They not only cleaned our room daily, but they remembered my childrens names and chatted to them every time we saw them.
The Kids club team members Mr Happy (Orisi) and Pizza Banana (Pesa) have left such a positive, lasting impression on my son. He can’t stop talking about his friends.
We used the nanny services a couple of times during our stay, both in the kids club and in room. It was a little confusing to book in as we got told different prices/times when we asked but this additional service was great to allow us adults to have a dinner with no kids and enjoy the facilities at the resort.
Several activities were available to participate in during the day set up through the “side by side” program but we were entertained enough with the multiple pool options.
The service of staff in all the restaurants and bars was always excellent. We never waited long for service or our food/drinks. We traveled with another family and there were 5 kids in total, some (most) meal times were a bit crazy and the staff never made us feel uncomfortable. They would talk to the kids, took the kids for a walk around the restaurant and ask if we wanted kids meals to come out first.
We were able to organise, book and pay for day activities at the activities desks at the resort.
Bula Bus passes are available to purchase at the resort and can get it at the main foyer or the villa foyer- super convenient!
A convenient store located on site that sold snacks, confectionery, drinks, alcohol and other fashion stores.
But the most convenient thing the resort had was the Fiji Air check in on site that took your luggage to the airport, printed your boarding passes so you didn’t need to get to the airport too early.
We will be back!

We stayed at the Sheraton Villas for the first week of October and we were absolutely blown away. The hospitality and generosity of the Fijian people was amazing and characterized every part of our stay. Our villa was clean, comfortable and so convenient and very soundproof- there were many other young families staying and we never heard anyone. The pools and surrounding areas were well kept and great spots for relaxing and every member of staff we met was helpful and warm. But what really set the Sheraton Denarau apart was their treatment of our child with allergies (coeliac disease). He can rarely order off a children’s menu from typical “kid-food” options and has often been exposed to gluten in Australian restaurants even when we are told items are gluten free. But the staff went above and beyond and were so unbelievably accommodating of him so that he never felt that he was missing out. The head chef Rakesh gave us his mobile number and we were able to communicate before each meal regarding choices for our son. Miriam, Molina and another male chef whose name escapes me also made meals so much easier than we are used to at home. They prepared special pancakes for him each morning, allowed us to choose his dinners (even if it wasn’t on the menu, they would always find a way to serve his favorites!) and Miriam made him some beautiful desserts that made the rest of us jealous which was great for him as he’s usually the one watching on. We honestly couldn’t recommended this resort and it’s staff more highly. If you’re looking for a place to stay but find travel hard because of allergies, do not go past the Sheraton Villas. We hope to return next year and bring friends with us! Thank you for giving us a week we won’t forget, those memories are so precious to us.

We had looked at staying at Sheraton Denarau Villas months in advance of when we eventually booked, and we had written to many managers, having received their email addresses from Sheraton (now Marriott Bonvoy). Our request, and we did not think it was a difficult one was requesting black out curtains on one of the bedroom windows of the two of the two bedroom villas that we had booked. We had also booked a room at The Westin (which was 'upgraded' to Sheraton Fiji). We had spent about $11,000 AUD dollars for our eight night stay for our family of twelve people.
The month before we arrived, we wrote to confirm the blackout curtain situation and received reply emails to assure us that this would be done.
When we arrived we all had to check in at The Westin and the reception staff mentioned the blackout curtains to us and that if it wasn't done, we could just call and someone would come and put them up for us. The reason we had written in advance was so that they would be up when we arrived.
We got to our villas and the blackout curtains were not up. The room was for two young children and luckily our daughter had brought her own black sheeting and she spent her time putting these up as the wait for the Sheraton black out curtains did not arrive in time.
We have stayed at the Sheraton Denarau Villas many times before and we have also stayed at The Radisson Fiji. The one advantage that the Sheraton has over The Radisson is that the Sheraton include breakfast with the room price.
The staff were nice enough but the Kids Club was not at the same high standard as The Radisson. We had 'Nannies' that looked after the children and it took us a few 'Nannies' to get the right one, that is a nice way to put it I hope.
I should have re-read my last review of the Sheraton Denarau Villas as that suggested staying at The Radisson, and The Radisson will be our hotel for our next stay in Nadi. It is not just the blackout curtain issue or the Kids Club issue, it is just that The Radisson felt much nicer, the rooms were newer and the staff friendlier.

We visited here while staying at the adjacent Radisson Blu. It is a nice deluxe hotel with a great set of pools and is right on the beach. Unlike the rest of the hotels in the area their security takes a very rude proprietary interest in their little stretch of beach and will only allow their guests to walk on their beach although they are more than happy to take your tourist dollars in their overpriced restaurants and bars! They have their own lending library and nice multiple bedroom suites with kitchenettes and lots of space. The Radisson, Hilton, and Westin are often better buys although the Sheraton does have a nice tropical vibe also. They have their own mini store also!

My wife and I stayed in a 2br Villa for 4 days. The property really could do with a makeover as it really is dated. It could be a great property but it needs some love and attention. Fiji boasts a lot of fresh food, but I can’t understand why the food here is so poor. Dining at the restaurants is ok, but Room Service is terrible. Surely Sheraton you can do better than meals in a paper bag, which were always cold. Sadly no other real option in Nadi

We arrived to a warm Bula welcome. We had a 3 bedroom oceanfront villa March 2023 and travelled as a family of 5. This is a place for you if you like that resort vibe.
The lobby was unorganized and chaotic at the time we went. Taking 1 star off for that.
3 bedroom villa was very spacious and clean. Kitchen was fully equipped and had a decent sized fridge, dishwasher, single sink, microwave, two burner cook top. We had extra family that were staying at the villas and at other properties visit us. We were able to entertain in this unit with 11 adults. Probably could’ve had 2-3 more people. Every b/r had a full size bathroom. There is a b/r upstairs with king bed, two bedrooms on the main (1 W/ king bed and 1 W/2 doubles). You can’t hear any noise from the neighbours.
Housekeeping: Fulori was our main housekeeper and was very thorough in the cleaning and helpful when we needed extra bedding and towels. 5 stars for housekeeping.
Activities: there’s a schedule of daily activities. I went to a bookmark weaving. However, they apparently didn’t have the supplies available for us to make the bookmark. I was promised a bookmark when the supplies came but I never got one. Taking 1 star off. However, the instructor (I forgot his name) showed us how he could weave a hat out of coconut leaves that he gave to a guest that wasn’t at the demonstration.
We called the night before we were leaving to arrange transportation and for someone to help with our bags for a specific time. Nobody came at the time so we had to call again in the morning. Our transportation wasn’t there and we had to ask the Bell desk to do this for us. We were also quoted wrong information from the front desk on the phone.
Unfortunately the ball was dropped on a few things. I didn’t feel the Fijian hospitality like we did in some other places we stayed at during this trip.

Bula Vinaka Happy2travel8, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we are glad that you enjoyed our well appointed villas and the efficient service from our housekeeper Fulori, we have noted the areas which could use some improvement. In particular, a need for constant training for knowledge check with ou team and updates on our daily activities. Your valuable feedback has been shared with the concerned leaders as our team is continuously working to foster a culture of excellence in the hospitality industry. Training and upskilling are valued by our hotel and we will ensure our associates are equipped to deliver flawless yet friendly service. Once again, we appreciate your positive comments regarding some of our associates, who continue to carry and share the ‘Bula Spirit’ with all our guests. Travelling as a family of four adults (two grandparents) and two children aged 10 and 5, staying in a three bedroom villa.
Credit where due before any gripes, the staff are all lovely here. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful, a pleasure to be with.
The resort itself is in clear need of a refurb though, the main Sheraton facility next door within the complex puts it to shame currently.
It’s the little touches which annoyed in what was allegedly a five star resort. Things like ice machines not always working, no power outlets beside the beds, wifi which had a very weak signal in most of our rooms, neither of the baths in our villa had plugs, drinking water not being replenished by the maids some days, etc. All very fixable quality of life issues which would surely be fixed when it’s the turn of the villas to get renovated.
The kids had a blast in the pools and that’s where you’ll likely spend most of your visit. Don’t expect to be able to have a quiet time by any of the pools, they’re all lively to varying extents as this is a family resort.
Avoid buying snacks etc in the convenience store within the Sheraton lobby, the prices are ridiculous. Walk that extra 20 seconds to Yees Deli immediately outside the complex and pay reasonable prices for the same things.
For all the moaning here, we actually had a great time during our visit and will be keeping an eye out for news of a refurb to maybe come again.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom - sea front villa for 8 nights.
The room was HUGE and was very well kept.
Breakfast was provided with our accommodation which we split between the Sheraton and the Westin. The breakfast was everything you’d expect from a buffet breakfast. The hardest part was deciding what to have.
We visited the Wet Edge which is part of the Villas for dinner most nights (6 dinners over our 8 nights). The food was delicious, the staff were great and it was very well priced.
We would definitely recommend staying at the Sheraton Villas and if we visit Denarau in the future we will definitely be staying at the Sheraton Villas again.

We loved this resort! We stayed for a week and it was everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and the staff were happy to help us with any of our requests. Traveling with a toddler we were very thankful our room had a washing machine and dryer.
Our housekeeper Orijoa was lovely and we even came in to find our shoes all tidied up and I am sure she even folded our washing pile one day. One night my toddler was very ill and they sent two staff late at night to help us clean the room and replace linen/laundry. Amazing service!
The buggy drivers were amazing, and invaluable when traveling with a tired toddler. And Waisake (sp?) the towel attendant at the Villas was always friendly and smiling.
Thank you to all the staff at the Sheraton and the Villas for your warm hospitality!

Bula, our Villas do not have a coffee pod machine. You may view our resort website for kitchenette inclusions. Vinaka
I never saw anyone swimming in it. It is a man made island and the water is dirty.
The buffet is for anyone staying at the Villas.
