Excellent place to stay. The rooms are great for socializing with other guest that maybe staying at the same location and even offers the ability to prepare your own meal in your room. The staff and service were also excellent, fulfilling every request I made. The Free breakfast was delicious and served a variety of options for all. If in Cincinnati I would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our room, it was so clean and a nice size. I am always super concerned about the cleanliness of hotel accommodations. Our suite was a corner room with a king bed, large kitchen and decent living area. The separation between sleeping area and living area is always a plus. My husband is a night owl and I am early riser. My husband's only issue, not enough towels in suite.
The breakfast choices were abundant even with covid restrictions. We took advantage of the closed food containers and enjoyed breakfast in our room or outside. Another positive point, we didn't have to arrive too early in order to eat like you usually need to at hotels.
The downside, the hours of the main floor lounge were early or non existent. The roof top bar was only available one night out of three. My husband and I are not huge drinkers but it was a bit of a disappointment after a day of site seeing not to be able to sit and unwind. A lot of other guests where surprised and loudly shared their dismay during the visit. You can go across the street to that hotel establishment, as many people did. Eating establishments are a bit of a walk from this area as it is the business district but if you are able bodied you can do so.
Parking...if you do not want to pay for valet you can park at the curb, if you know how to parallel park. You can also use parking garages near the hotel.
The park across the street is cute and one of the oldest in the city. The architecture in this historic area is interesting and enjoyable. It's not a difficult walk to the Reds ballpark which was our reason for choosing this hotel. All the staff we encountered were cheerful and appeared happy while working.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and efficient and the room was very comfortable spacious and clean. We especially appreciated the fact that their were reading lamps and outlets on both sides of the bed. we would have given the hotel a 5 but for the prices that are being charged we expect not to have issues with things like: A TV not working (We do appreciate being given points to make up for the inconvenience.), a breakfast that they were already cleaning up and not restocking even though when we went down there was over 30 minutes left until it officially ended, both key cards not working when we tried to return to the room after breakfast, the Bonvoy app not working properly so we couldn't check in or out with it and really slow service in the bar in the evening and the bar being out of basics like salt(!) and cherries. None of these by themselves were a big deal but they do add up and take away a little of the enjoyment.

This is a decent hotel with mostly decent and helpful staff. The hot breakfast buffet is quite good. However, it has one annoying practice. On the day of your checkout, your room key is automatically deactivated at 9am. So if you have breakfast downstairs on the last day of your stay and go back to your room at 9:05am to pack up and leave, you can't get into your own room. Our wedding party had multiple rooms at this hotel, and this happened to all of us on the last day. One snooty front office clerk blamed us for keeping the room key too close to our credit cards and cell phones. (I had my room key in my shirt pocket, whereas my wallet with credit cards and my mobile phone are always in my pants pockets.) This is not a customer key misuse problem, it is a software problem in the room key management system. A simple policy change (e.g. "Don't deactivate the room key until the normal check out time on the last day") could be implemented by a small software fix, which for some reason this hotel refuses to do. Instead, the front office blames its customers for misusing the room key by keeping it too close to their cell phones.

Another annoying practice is that housekeeping will not visit your room unless you request housekeeping prior to 8am. If you are staying for several days and want your sheets changed, room vacuumed, or fresh towels, you are out of luck if you don't call them before 8am. Nobody tells you this when you check in or at any time beforehand. Instead, when you call for housekeeping, they say they can't come because you called after 8am.

We got a 2br suite at this hotel for a family of 4 needing some room to spread out after being cramped in a few 'traditional' hotel rooms the last several soccer weekends. What a great change of pace! Very nice facility, great breakfast options, extremely helpful staff (Josh and Ken especially - hooked us up and helped with a lot of things we asked about). Highly recommend.

The air conditioning worked well as did the water pressure & everything else in the room. Our room faced a construction site. The loud machinery threw a lot of dust from 7:30 am until 5pm. We brought pasta that I prepared in the kitchen. The kitchen cabinets, pots & pans & the lamps & furniture in our room were pretty beaten up. The room felt more like a dorm than a hotel.

The staff here really made our state special; everyone was so friendly and helpful. Appreciated the breakfast it was nice to have a different hot meal each morning. The real eggs, real bacon, delicious coffee were a hit. There were fresh fruits, pastries, hot cereals, cold cereals and juices. They were also at least two people working for breakfast shift and food was always replenished, tables were clean. The valet was very helpful as well.

I used the laundry facility on our floor. The hotel has a small fitness room. There is a patio and a rooftop bar that's open from 5 until 10 PM. The lobby was very comfortable with seating, a bar and work spaces.

We stayed here to be close to Christ hospital check in was super easy and friendly from taking my bags to my room and walking my uncle to his room. The room was immaculate it had fresh clean white non stained bedding and clean white towels. Room was so clean I felt comfortable walking on carpet without shoes on. But the best part was the great breakfast not the ordinary muffin and donut breakfast. I am allergic to eggs and gluten they offered to made me a plate so I didn't have to try to pick around the eggs. Whoever is cooking in the kitchen you are the best! My husband ate off of the individual buffet meals (each meal served in a closed takeout containers) several choices to choose from then they had the best fresh tasting fruit I've had in a while. So we had a great night's sleep in a quite room even though you are right by an interstate but to top off a good night's great breakfast. Definitely would choose this place again!

I have stayed at this hotel a few times this year for business travel and each time the staff has been so friendly and personable.

During this stay, I actually had an issue with a “funky” smell coming from the bedroom. I went to the front desk to report at 8pm and they were right on it with changing out my bed linens and gave me a $10 beverage/food credit to use at the bar, so i can have something while I waited for them to fix the issue in my room.

This is what great customer service should be. So special shout outs to Brian and Jalen for making this a priority to ensure I had a great night sleep. To Jarvis for changing out my linens and to Kat for the awesome and very tasty espresso martini!

Top of the Park at the Phelps, was perfect for a private event. I held a surprise engagement party at the Top of the Park rooftop bar and it exceeded all expectations. On top of the great views and food, the staff were great to work. I worked closely with Laia, who was extremely helpful in reserving the space and recommending catering options within a set budget.

The day of event event staff were amazing as well. Rain came half way through the event and they quickly pivoted the event inside to keep the party going.

Extremely friendly and flexible staff throughout the entire process!

Came into town for a volleyball tournament. We were told breakfast would not start until 7 because it was a weekend. We were disappointed to hear this because our team had to be at the gym by 7am. The kitchen staff consisting of Debbie, Angie and Tasha went above and beyond and started breakfast at 630 for our girls to have a nice breakfast before playing on both Saturday and Sunday! Debbie, Angie and Tasha were so friendly and pleased to do this for everyone! Could not have been nicer and more hospitable! Made it a GREAT stay!!!
