We got a great deal on this hotel for the week. It was very close to the beach and right in the heart of Waikiki. There are many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The staff at the Shoreline is phenomenal they are nice and gracious because that is who they are to their core. They have hired the right people who just get common courtesy and guest service. They are genuinely kind people. Not a slacker among them. The hotel is very very bright and decorated to make your vacation an adventure. There are bold colors and fantastic design elements. We will stay there again on our next trip.

Everything about our 11 night stay was wonderful. From easy check-in with friendly concierge Josh to the fantastic housekeeping (Adelle). We absolutely LOVE the location. We walked to everything & The Bus stop was right down the street on Kuhio. Our room was such a happy place to come back to after a day of sightseeing...bright, colorful & quiet. Our bed was so comfortable as well. We could not be happier about our hotel selection & believe me when I say "We wouldn't stay anywhere else."

I will start off by saying the hotel was nice with clean rooms and the front desk staff was helpful. However, our room was adjacent to the elevators, and boy were they loud. Every time the elevators moved it sounded like a freight train on the other side of the wall. We struggled to sleep through the night because of the noise.

Shoreline is best pick for my first time in Hawaii. The location is great, the rooms are very cute, and above all the staff are amazing. Shout out to Josh! This will definitely be the place I will be whenever I am in Waikiki.
