We stayed here as a getaway for my birthday. We wanted a place in the mountains with a hot tub and this was perfect. I was concerned that there wouldn’t be enough privacy for the hot tub but it was great. We didn’t see anyone any time we were out there. The room was decorated cute and looked recently remodeled and was very clean. It was furnished with dishes, oil, salt and pepper and k-cups of coffee and hot chocolate. We did buy coffee of our choice. The shower had shampoo, conditioner and shower gel and there was a hair dryer. We did not try out the jacuzzi tub but there were robes and slippers for walking out to the hot tub. We stayed in cabin 2. I’m sure each one looks different inside. I highly recommend this place. We will come again in the summer.

Was great and we didn’t want to leave. The river viewed and heard from the room and balcony made it so worth it. It’s in a peaceful spot just outside one of the RMNP entrances. Kitchen had everything we needed to make our breakfast - fridge microwave dishwasher and dishes. Couch was very comfortable in our room and it even had a fireplace and spa tub. Bed was hard to me, but hotel beds always are so I think it’s me. Loved it!

We stayed in Cabin 7 which was sooooo nice! The room was very clean and cozy with a gas fireplace controlled by a wall thermostat which made it so easy to use, a Keurig coffee machine, a microwave oven, a small refrigerator/freezer, and an indoor jacuzzi as well as our own private outdoor hot tub only feet away from a clear/cool running mountain stream, which was great for sitting in watching the stars above (we even saw a shooting star!). Teresa and the staff were all sooooo nice, friendly and helpful. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about Stonebrook. Unfortunately we only had time to stay one night but if we ever come back to the area I would LOVE to stay several nights. It’s such a cozy little romantic place to stay! Thank you Stonebrook! You guys really know what you’re doing!

We arrived at around 3:30 on Thursday afternoon and upon opening the door to the office to check in, a very large dog rushed toward me and the door, which was a bit alarming. The gentleman in the office saw this and did retrieve the dog to place him in another room and did apologize. He handed me our keys with some basic instructions and with little enthusiasm. We stayed in unit 9B. Immediately upon carrying our suitcases and other items up to the room we became aware that one of the keys did not work, so we decided just not to use it during our stay. But when I checked out, the gentleman simply gave some excuse about not ever really knowing if the spare keys they request actually do work rather than just simply thanking me and apologizing. I was also not asked about my stay before we left.
We booked this place because it was quiet and adults only while being only a few miles from RMNP and from a wedding we had to attend nearby. In terms of quiet and adults only, it definitely did not disappoint. We enjoyed the beautiful views from our second floor balcony of the mountains above, trees around, and river below. Each night we kept the giant window cracked open so we could sleep to the sound of the flowing river below. One afternoon we sat on a swing near the river to just peacefully sit and relax while enjoying the views and sounds. It was a nice retreat nestled in the mountains.
The room was quite spacious. Upon entering, the balcony door was open with the screen door shut so that the fresh and cool mountain air could be let in. We would have also done this more often ourselves during our weekend stay, but we noticed a huge hole/tear at the bottom of the screen door, so we were concerned about bugs getting in. We appreciated the mini kitchen area with large fridge and countertop space to store our food items. The bed was a bit firm but comfortable for us. The pillowcases had visible stains on them, which gave the appearance they might not be clean. They also didn't smell fresh or clean. Any hotel I've stayed at has very bright white and crisp pillowcases with a fresh or clean smell, so this was a huge negative here. We actually had to use our own clean t-shirts to wrap around our pillows just for our own peace of mind. The bathroom was ample and well equipped with anything needed. There were very plush thick towels that felt great; however, they had a bit of a musty smell to them as if they had been in storage or something. The remotes and wood bed frame had thick layers of dust on them as if they hadn't been cleaned in months. I used my own Lysol wipe to wipe the remotes. The rug on the floor in front of the fireplace appeared as if it had not been vacuumed properly because upon first walking in, I noticed a few specks of debris.
Overall, a perfect location with peaceful quiet and impressive views, but needs some tidying up before being all around the perfect place to stay.

We stayed in room 11B, even though there was only 2 of us, the space was great. The kitchen was really well appointed, and you had everything you needed, even dish soap etc. The indoor jacuzzi with a view was great, we loved sitting on the balcony listening to the river, as well as cooking on the bbq. Check in was super easy, and communication from Teresa was very simple and straight forward. We would definitely stay here again

The location of StoneBrook Resort can't be beat. Away from the chaos of downtown Estes Park but close enough to shop and visit restaurants and only a few miles from Rocky Mountain National Park, StoneBrook is in a beautiful area along the Fall River. Stayed in Cabin 4 which is an efficiency with a comfy bed, sofa, fireplace, TV and kitchen all in one spacious room and a small bathroom. Everything was spotless, sheets were super soft, nice but simple decor. Basic toiletries are provided for the bath and there are plenty of dishes and pots and pans in the kitchen. Note, there are no condiments, spices, cooking oil, etc. in the kitchen other than salt and pepper. This wasn't a problem, but you'll need to bring all food items you need for cooking. There is a Keurig coffee maker with good selection of cocoa, tea and coffee pods. Didn't actually spend a lot of time in the room since we were visiting RMNP, but it was a clean, comfy place to return to in the evenings and I did take a short walk along the river behind the property one morning. I would highly recommend StoneBrook Resort!

My husband and I just spent a very enjoyable 4 nights in cabin #15 at Stonebrook Resort. The cabin was very clean, comfortable, well-equipped, quiet with a wonderful hot tub right down by the river. The bed was very comfortable, shower had great water pressure and the location is just a few minutes to the Fall River RMNP entrance and a few minutes into Estes Park. We will definitely return to Stonebrook the next time we visit RMNP!!

We loved this place! It is perfect for a romantic get away. The kitchen has everything you need. You can crank up the heat and make it toasty. You can take several baths and not run out of hot water. It is simple and well decorated. The couch and bed were both comfortable. WIFI worked well and we were able to bring a chromecast to plug into the TV for use. It was clean and very spacious (had the 10A 2 story unit). It felt very private with the creek and no buildings out of the windows. The bedroom is on the lower level and everything else is on the main level of that unit. We will be bask!

This place checked all the boxes for a mountain stay.
Babbling stream yards from the deck. Recently remodeled and nicely decorated. Spacious room with dining and sitting areas. Fireplace. Decently-equipped kitchen with range, microwave and dishwasher. Weber gas grill. Private Jacuzzi. Spa tub inside.
Friendly family-owned and run establishment. The owner came out and got the jacuzzi jets working the second evening in 20-30 minutes. The sleeping alcove can only fit a queen bed though.
Next time (and there will be a next time) we would stay longer and take advantage of the kitchenette.
Minutes from the heart of Estes Park and RMNP.

My friend and I stayed in suite 11A. It was plenty roomy for the two of us and had a lovely jacuzzi in the main room and a nice patio for sitting outside on a chilly morning to listen to the stream running out back. We were there in early November, the beginning of the winter season, which was a very quiet and not crowded time to visit Estes Park. Mostly we did a lot of catching up, but RMNP was very easy to drive to from StoneBrook, as was downtown Estes Park--everything was 10 minutes away and had no line at that time of year. The property was very quiet and everything worked well in the rooms, including the jacuzzi and the fireplace. The trails out behind the property were covered in snow, so we didn't go back there much, but we did walk along the main highway into Estes Park. The office staff are there only in the mornings, but when we did encounter them, they were always very friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay there again.
