This motel is grimy. Extremely disappointed that Wyndham lured me in with their brand name. The room had sticky carpet, thin and old pillows with thin pillow cases. The 1980’s air conditioner’s face plate was detached and would not close. In doing so, this reveled what is probably years worth of dust, dirt and grime. I seriously doubt that the filter had been changed in years. Very disconcerting due to Covid. I seriously doubted how healthy I would come out of this experience. And I am not a fear porn believing germ freak either.. this was just ridiculous. The bathroom mirror was broken. The iron did not work, the “hot” water took about 3-5 minutes to warm up. The daytime front desk guy never ever wore a mask and the “housekeeping” staff Never wore one either.. even though there are two signs stating that a mask must be worn. This totally looks like a family run operation which is fine but seems like there is very little accountability due to that. I highly doubt that they take any sanitation protocols seriously as they don't state anywhere that they do so( at the Sheraton properties and Hilton’s, they really throw it your face that they take sanitation seriously, even so far as to have “Lysol sanitized” stickers on the door as you walk into your room) It sounds like I’m exaggerating but sadly I am not. I have pictures and videos that I hope the site will allow me to post. This felt like a “rent by the hour Mo Mo” instead of a Wyndham property. Maybe I overestimated the Wyndham brand name. It was so bad that I forfeited my second nights deposit and just went to the Four Points Sheraton down the street from what amounted to $15 more a night. That place is night and day compared to this trash dump.

Twice we have tried to use their service and pay their fee to park in their parking lot while we took a trip from the Salt Lake City airport. Both times it has taken them almost an hour to come and get us. The first time they said their policy had changed while we were on the trip and they only picked up once an hour and we missed it by 3 minutes so we had to wait. The second time they did come sooner, but it was in a van marked with another hotel name so we did not know it was them. We had to call 3 times before the driver got out and said the name of the hotel he was driving for. It again took 54 minutes of waiting.

Its smells like mold really bad. My room was good. But the hall is horrible smelling of black mold. And big water stains.. Other then the trash outside all over the parking lot. Everything else was great.

Here's what happened when we tried to check into the hotel: #1 waited over half an hour #2 they refused to give us 2 rooms. Which we prepaid for #3 we finally got hotels.com to get them to give us the two rooms and the front desk staff screamed and yelled at us and verbally degraded us abusively then proceeded to yell across the lobby to another customer about us. #4 we finally get to the rooms and both rooms have BLACK MOLD. One of the rooms was a very large amount. About 18"X 24" in size. #5 we call hotels.com and they refused to relocate us. At this point it is 130am. Mind you I am traveling with grandma who is on oxygen. We refused the room with the large amount of BLACK MOLD and all shared the other as we had NO other options. And all of us stayed in the one room as the mold was only in the tub. #6 We checked out as soon as we woke up from our 3hrs of sleep. They refused to provide any receipts or refunds. I am still working with hotels.com and the hotel to get a refund.

-Poor customer service -Front desk employees were very rude -Non Smoking rooms that smells like smoke -Hot water doesn’t last -Specific requests was not provided (single bed and joint room with family) -Dirty towels -No Phone to call front desk so you need to use your own phone -Toilet papers were not new (this is during covid time too 😂) After reading several negative comments here, I felt the same way or worst. This hotel encouraged me, from now on to read comments of visitors before booking! Advice: Please book somewhere else and pay just a little more extra just so you get a clean, decent room.
