I stayed for one night in this lovely lodge to camp. It's under construction at the moment but never the less they'd let me stay! A kitchen with all the needed tools and aplliances and a neat, nice warm shower. The owners of the place...More

Perfectly run lodge, everyone very chatty and welcoming. Some of the best coffee you will find sat in front of a classic alpine log fire. I sheltered from an April snow storm on the motorcycle so the warm bunk room appreciated. Thanks, will be back.

We are spending a few months near the Mt. Lyford Lodge and pop in for meals sometimes. The lodge provides food all day and a small dinner menu. Every meal we have had has been excellent. Chatham Island Blue Cod, Cajun Chicken, Duck and Marinated...More
