おっさん一人旅で利用。ダイビング目的なので、ホテルは寝るだけでOKでしたので、ここの格安な料金は魅力的です。目の前のひまわりホテルで必要な物もほとんど売ってますし、日本食も食べれます。繁華街まで歩いてすぐ（５～１０分）ですし、立地は最高です。ダイビングショップが経営してますので、ダイビングする人にはいろいろな特典もあり、一人旅でダイビングする人にはおすすめです。
韓国人のお客さんも多いですが、夕食はスタッフと一緒に食べに行くので（希望者のみ）すぐに仲良くなり、その後ゲストハウスでも片言で話ながら一緒に飲んだりして楽しかったです。
韓国人のオーナー（日本語ベラベラ）と日本人スタッフ常駐してますので、言葉の心配はありません。深夜、早朝便でも送迎してくれます。有料ですが、１人往復＄２０、２人以上で＄１０で、タクシーを利用する事を考えると格安です。私は知らずに片道タクシーに乗りましたが＄３０でした(-_-;)
またサイパンにダイビングしに行く時には利用したいです。

경험이 풍부하신 사장님과 친절한 가이드 Hiro, Henry 덕분에 너무 즐거운 다이빙을 하였음. 그리고 SDA소유 보트인 Sun rider는 정말 시설이 좋은 보트로, 보트안에 화장실도 있고, 위층에 올라가면 사이판의 멋진 경치를 한눈에 볼수 있음. 3일 다이빙 하는 동안 포인트 겹치는곳 없이 다양한 포인트에 갈수 있었음. 사장님의 약간 무뚝뚝한 말투때문에 좀 오해하는 손님들도 많은것 같지만, 겉으로 표현하지 않으셔도 손님들 배려 많이 해주신다고 생각 함.

This a wonderful small guesthouse in downtown Garapan. The rooms have a kitchenette, the staff is warm and welcoming, and it's in a great location. The beds are Asian style, and the balcony is great for an afternoon beer.

ガラパンやヒマワリホテル（スーパー）が近く便利です。韓国人の方が経営するダイビングショップに併設しています。オーナーさんは日本語が堪能で不自由することは有りません。
ダイビングの後に車でオーナーさんがゲストの方々を色々な飲食店に連れて行ってくださるから、手間いらずです。
清潔感もあり、格安で泊まれる便利なホテルだと思います。

節約ダイバーにお勧めの宿です。部屋のつくりはチープさ漂っていますが、格安です。立地も買い物、お食事には便利。キッチンつきの部屋もあります。当然ですが、カップルには不適。

I stayed at the SDA guest house to get a license of diving about two days. I was trained by japanese diver and she was a awfully unkind person. I was not good at diving and thats why I had come there to learn. I lost my balance in the water and was floundering. That time she shouted at me in the water (I heard her voice yelling) and kept hitting my legs without giving me a hand signal. I was very shocked, I could not get over how rude she was. I believe a dive master has responsibility to take care of trainees in any situation and I think what she did that time was not professional as an instructor. It was very uncomfortable memory in saipan and I hope thats never going to happen again.
