If you want to stay in the touristy area in Garapan and be able to walk around the bars and restaurants, this will do. Or if you absolutely need a bed and all other rooms in Garapan are booked. But for the same price range I would rather stay in the hotel across the street. Not really impressed with this one.

スカイマークがサイパンへ就航し、サイパン島観光の際に利用しました。1階が中国料理レストランとバーで2階がホテルです。2階の受付が閉まっていたので、レストランにいるスタッフさんがチェックインしてくれました。3連休だったので、土曜日、日曜日と2連泊しました。土曜日の夜はバーで生演奏がありました。部屋番号206,207,208の真下がバーです。夜10時頃から生バンド演奏が盛りあがり、207のベッドは、文字通り音楽で振動しました。耳栓をしてましたが、全く寝れません。あまりにうるさいので、夜11時前にホテルを変えることを決意しました。よく見ると、ホテルは結構大きく、中華系のホテルでコロナの影響もあり、ガラガラです。バーから離れた奥の方には音がましな部屋もありました。幸い受付に人がいたので、英語で交渉し追加料金を払って228号室に移動しました。ここも音はうるさいですが、耳栓をすれば寝れました。ベッドとクーラーとイス、テーブルのみのシンプルな部屋です。ボディシャンプー・シャンプー・リンスは持参がおすすめです。部屋はきれいでした。WIFIは無料でつながります。レンタカー利用で、店の前が駐車場です。台数は少ないですが、すいていたので無料で駐車できました。

The hotel has no parking of its own, you must park on the street.It is located upstairs from a bar. This is only a problem for sleeping when the bar is up to full speed from about 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. The check in experience was okay. The room itself--no television, the "bathroom" is a shower enclosure including the shower, a sink, and a toilet (it was described to me as "old Chinese style" by a staff member). By the way, the bathroom is two steps up and the second step has a lip to catch the shower water. Plenty of booby traps there. The bed was simply a box springs and was very uncomfortable. The chek out experience was the best pat of the stay.
