This is our go to hotel for overnight stays on the island. Simple but well maintained. They don't have a proper lobby as they share their front desk area with car rental counters. The rooms are on the small side but the fixtures are updated, and the beds have clean white sheets and generous pillows. The bathroom is better than some of the bigger resort hotels on the island. This is located in a tourist area on Garapan so going to restaurants, bars, and shops is easily done on foot. Have wifi, ref, tv. Better than the one across the street.

Hotel was pretty expensive for what it was. $98 with taxes per night. Stained carpet, hair in the shower, tv that doesn’t work...it really is just a hostel with a private bath. Anywhere else in the world this would be a $25 per night kind of place.
If you want your towels or sheets washed it’s another $10 per time.
Walls are pretty thin. Can hear all the sounds in the hall and other rooms.
There’s a large fish tank down the hall that makes a lot of noise. And it stinks. Really stinks. Needs to be cleaned really bad.
Nice people. The house keeping guy goes down the floor and does all the rooms beds. All the rooms floors. Etc. which is fine, but the room cleaning process takes all day.
But if you can afford any of the overpriced resorts or the Hyatt, do that instead.
