Perfect stay in Hahei. This was our 1st New Zealand stop off and our favourite. Hahei is magical and this cosy and cute little studio was the perfect place to stay for it. Less than 5 mins to the most lovely beach and the beach epicentre (also small with a lovely welcoming/ buzzy atmosphere) which included cafe/shop and pub. Also good distance to get to popular Cathedral Cove, hot water beach etc. Short drive to hot water beach (and the property provides a spade for this activity ) and clearly directed pathway 2 mins away for Cathedral cove plus were given helpful instruction from owners. The property itself is lovely, clean and well equipped. The owners are very helpful and friendly. They have thought of everything. It's unlikely I would look at anywhere else to stay if I came to Hahei again and as it captured my heart, we would definately love to return one day. 5 stars! X

Hi All, what a great place to stay! The weather in January was so wonderful too! We had such a great stay at this little slice of NZ paradise! The accomodation & rooms are so clean, modern & private. Location is right near the beach, a park for kids to play in or if you feeling active - can play tennis at the nearby court. The restaurants and shops are also not even a 3 minute walk away. We absolutely loved our stay and already planning another one! Highly recommended

Stayed just for one night right before Christmas and it was absolutely perfect! Could’ve stayed for a few more nights!!! The hostess was absolutely awesome - the perfect amount of welcoming and friendly mixed with giving you privacy! If I am back in Hahei I will definitely try and stay here again! Ideal for going to cathedral cover (about an hours walk - quite long if you’ve done a long old hike the day before so bare that in mind), also perfect for a visit to hot water beach with a spade provided!!! The location is perfect and walking across the lawn for dinner in the pour house was lovely! Would highly recommend!!!

We’re able to walk to local beach and to Cathedral Beach. Reasonable nice place to stay for a few days. Great cafe across the park and Brewery/restaurant The Pour House close by. Quick drive to Hot Water Beach.

This is what you hope for, when you're on holiday in NZ. The Zwart Family are "born" hosts and their apartments offer a fantastic bath with rain shower, great bed and all of that cleaner than the 4 or 5 star hotels we've stayed in! The location is superb, having the small towns facilities right at your nose. Right across the lawn, "the Poure house" offers very nice food in a casual manner (from ribs to mussels) and home brewed beers (I recommend the "gold is good"). For breakfast the Cafe next to it served the best eggs bene(dict) I had so far in NZ. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this to anybody! Renee and Mike, we miss you already and certainly will be back!!
