I stayed 3 nights at Discovery Tower one bed room with my family-2-year son, 0-year daughter and wife. It has nice pool, convenience store, kind staffs so it is nice to enjoy vacation. Pools were the best thing. Kids pool at hotel building was best for my children. and had 2 more pool at condo minion. You can swim with your children or can swim like professional swimmer. Room was so huge to stay 2 adults and 2 children. and had many tools like microwave, big refrigerator. But room condition is not good. especially floor was too dirty. I guess cleaning is well, but mat is old and dirty. I couldn't make my children play on that floor. It should be changed, I think.
새로 명칭이 바뀐 콘도에서 지냈습니다. 디스커버리타워 원베드룸(트윈베드)이었는데 룸 크기가 커서 4인 가족이 지내기에 부족함이 없는 크기에, 전자렌지 커다란 냉장고 등 편의 시설이 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 그리고 걸어서 1분거리이며 콘도 내에 위치한 마트에서 기본적인 식료품을 그리 비싸지 않은 가격에 구입할 수 있어 편리했습니다.
리조트 내에 이용 가능한 세개의 수영장 역시 만족스러웠습니다. 호텔에 있는 수영장은 아이들과 놀기 좋고 콘도에 위치한 두개의 수영장은 어린이나 성인이 놀기 좋아 만족스러웠습니다.
불만인 점은 방안의 매트가 매우 더럽습니다. 청소가 잘 안된다기 보다 매트 구조상 먼지가 계속 붙어있을 수 밖에 없는 매트여서, 아이들을 바닥에 내려 놓기가 매우 조심스러웠습니다.

Spent two nights here for a fitness competition. While the resort could be very beautiful, the buildings are not in great shape and are in need of some major maintenance. The rooms & bathgrooms were not very clean. There was one pillow per bed provided and a limited supply of thin towels. The two bedroom condo we stayed in was very spacious but very plain. No wireless internet in the rooms.
Weekend dinner buffet was very good but pricey. Lobby area was kept too warm to be able to spend any time there. Ballroom facilities were good for our event. While I understand the resort caters to Japanese customers, a few more English signs would be a nice touch.
Was surprised upon checkout where no one at the desk even bothered to ask if we enjoyed our stay. Strange...

Stayed B building but smells moldy mildew. Many guests have been mentioning it why it has not been fixed?

Day 1 Guam: UA Flight arrives at 4.40am & after picking up hire car, we arrived at Leopalace Resort @ 6.15am after 24 hours of work & travel. Guess what? ABSOLUTELY no Check In until 2pm unless you want to pay a further (discounted) $160 US. So here we are - little or no sleep after 24 hours on the move, stinking hot & just plan stinking & dressed in our winter gear ! What is my first impression? Day 1 of an 8 day stay? No hospitality here - avoid!

Looks as if the place was meant to be a major resort for the Marianas but failed to bring in the clientele. It reminds me of those old run down ski lodges and slopes at Big Bear hug trout the snow. The rooms have a 1970s ish look and feel with lime green accents. It's just missing shag carpet. It's way way way far from everything interesting to do on Guam.

Majority of the clientele are from Japan, however, they have local rates that are attractive and affordable due to the many activities located there. There are several Restaurants as well as an awesome buffet in the main Hotel. The Club House has an awesome Brunch and there is an outdoor Bar-B-Q at the top of the hill. Be forewarned, this is a dinner show, so don't mind the crowds. Of course the kids will love the Table Tennis, Bowling, Darts, Billiards, and Karaoke booths, as well as the several swimming pools on site (left out Golf). Keep this secret to yourself, but if you take the elevator down at the Club House and go outside, you can watch the Tilapia feeding frenzy on a slice of bread, talk about gone in 60 seconds, more like 5 seconds (A thrill for the kids). Because the place caters to Japanese Visitors, the bathrooms are fascinating and Large. Treat your Family and stay the weekend, you won't regret it.

WoW, that’s all I can say, from the Food to the Customer service the new Medallion Club floor is amazing, a new buffet every night, a breathtaking view of the Ocean while you enjoy nightly cocktails and the best customer service on the Island hands down. I’m already looking forward to my next stay.

Overall disappointed i have to say
Christmas family holiday, book the room long time ago, y pay 250usd night and seriously the room was dirty, not equipped at all and overall outdoor building looks hold and refreshment
Y have a balcony and no chairs and table to enjoy it, y ask for 2 more chairs to make sure y can have family dinner and they tell y sorry no chairs available and we are not talking about a 20 rooms hotel
No room clean up unless y ask basically
Service in general average, only 1 restaurant open for lunch
Overall staff pleasant but not trained enough
So if was paying 100 night i would say ok but 250 seriously disappointed!
Best is the pool top for kids
That is the reason i picked the hotel and at least my boys had a lot of fun.

それ以外は、タクシーかレンタカーしかないと思います。
レオパレスは、立地条件的にも、レンタカーがある方が、
断然時間も有効的に活用出来ると思います。
そのレンタカーを空港乗り捨てを検討されてはいかがでしょうか？
もしくは、レンタカー事務所から、空港送迎とか。
金額も安くて、親切なのはスマイルレンタカーさんです。
ちなみに、レオパレスまで配車もしてくれます。
我家は、大人x２名、子供x２名で、
グアムは回数覚えてないくらいのリピーターです。
ご参考になれば、うれしいです。
