Was very happy with our stay. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Bed linens were very nice and had a fresh smell (not fragrant but clean smell)

Rooms were very clean looked new. Close to restaurants and all shopping and walking distance to Amera centre. Highly recommend to any staying in the area. Awesome coffee machine. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Wonderful place we stayed, big rooms and clean. New hotel, they keep it clean and safe. They Serve a hot breakfast, 24 hour coffee available and filtered water. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Good size pool, close to highways. Recommend this place!

I was quite disappointed in the "kitchenette" that we booked. That was deceptive. A kitchenette in every place I've ever stayed previously had a sink and some cutlery/dishes/glasses etc, and often a tiny stove and pots. This was just the same microwave & mini fridge that is in a regular room, with just a small counter and empty cabinets making the "kitchenette". I would never have paid an extra $30 for that had I known, since it was useless. Also, come on, no smart tv? What year is this? It's a nice, modern hotel.....people expect these details, especially when it costs more than twice what the little hotels down the road charge. I booked here solely because of the kitchen.....I could've paid half what I did here for a regular room closer to the historic part of town. It was super overpriced for what it was at $212 USD per night.

The two attendants checking us in were extremely pleasant and provided where to eat in Liverpool after 6 pm. Breakfast was a positive surprise and the attendants were very friendly and kept the area spotless. The hotel and room was very clean. The pricing rate was very good. Will definitely advise others to stay there if in the area.

This hotel is near a busy highway, but we did not hear any traffic noise. Check in was quick and easy and the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly, kind and greeted us with a smile. The room was very large, bright and clean and had a comfortable king sized bed. The a/c worked well and was quiet. The breakfast room is open 24 hours for coffee or tea or you can make a latte, cafe mocha or hot chocolate. Breakfast was good…offering scrambled eggs, sausage, beans, hash browns and toast. There are also cereals, yogurt and muffins. There is a gym and pool. I would recommend this hotel and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

The hotel is quite new so everything inside is clean, modern and comfortable. However, it looks like a prison from the outside and was built on what I would call a wasteland next to the highway. Very uninviting.
It is conveniently located - if you want to be close to fast food, gas stations, grocery stores, and the highway. It is also just behind the Emera Sports Complex. I suspect it might be loud and busy at times when there are visiting sports teams staying there, but it was quiet when we were there. Our only noise complaint was the heating/cooling unit fan that ran loudly all night.
The breakfast was okay with a variety of breads, bagels, toastable waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereal, boiled eggs, etc., but apparently no gluten free bread for anyone who is celiac. The staff member who was replenishing breakfast supplies had no clue about gluten-free options. Regardless, I was able to put together a breakfast, sans a bread product. They use all disposable plates, etc., for the breakfast. That isn't unusual, but hotels today should be trying harder to be more environmentally responsible.
I found the hotel to be overpriced for the location during the off-season.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay here last week. Rooms were exceptionally clean, beds comfortable, staff amazing! Due to a boil water order the staff made sure we had plenty of bottled water to use.
Kudos to Andrea for taking such good care of us and arranging our reservation. She made us feel so welcomed, she went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay.
The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we ever had. Plenty of selection and very accommodating with other dietary options available upon request.
Linda, the guest services attendant working the breakfast room, was a ray of sunshine, her friendly demeanour put us right at ease, she was very attentive to all the guests needs. We will be back “Best Western Plus Liverpool”!!! Very much looking forward to our next visit.

A very nice clean hotel with a very friendly & helpful front desk staff. The bed & room were very comfortable & clean and quite large. The bathroom was spotless. Kudos go out to the housekeeping staff as they do a terrific job.
The room included breakfast the following morning and it was very good with plenty of available options to choose from. After spending a week & a half on the road the choice of fresh fruit was a welcome one. They also had an assortment of muffins, breads, bagels, eggs, sausage, etc. as well as a 24 hour coffee station that served the best coffee I have had from a machine. The triple espresso was very good.
I would certainly recommend this location to anyone going to Liverpool.

My wife and myself have been frequent customers for years! No complaints. Wonderful staff, very clean rooms and all over well maintained. We take our grandchildren to this hotel and family members. Birthday celebrations to family get togethers. We always have a wonderful time no matter when we go during the year. Each year for our anniversary my wife and I enjoy a trip to Liverpool and stay at the Best Western Plus in Liverpool. My wife feels very welcome there. Today, I called to book a few nights for myself and my wife to stay at that location for our anniversary. I was completely shocked when the nice receptionist answered my call and told me the new price increase on the rooms! I understand with prices of everything going up but a $100 more increase from what I paid in the past is rather unjustified. The lady told me that the reason for the extra upheaval in price is due to demand. We never had any problems with getting rooms, anytime of the year. Even me being a platinum status makes zero difference. It is very unfortunate that it has become this way. Myself, my wife and family and friends ,all loved it there very much. It is with a sad heart that with these very outrages price increases have forced us to search for other hotels within a more reasonable budget. The Hotel is and always will be one of our favorites. we sure will miss going there.
