The Premier Inn Wrexham North is always a pleasure to stay at. The staff are always kind and helpful both in the hotel and the restaurant. The rooms are a good size and clean. Definitely would recommend a stay if you are in the area. It is a little way out from Wrexham itsel

So we had booked into a different hotel near Chester but as we got closer to the date of our stay the other hotel (not premier Inn) had some issues with the rooms and had some extremely bad reviews. So I phoned up the premier Inn line and asked if there were any vacancy's in this

Do NOT stay in Room 9 whatever you do, particularly if you have vulnerable adults or children. I was shocked to discover black mould spores on the walls and all along the skirting board and on the window and net curtain. The room smelled of damp but we didn't realise until midnig

Hi. I've booked in for 3 nights in June. Can you tell me how far away Wrexham Racecourse is please? And how much in general are the taxis? Thank you Melanie.
Sorry I don’t live locally but see my niece Clare, who lives in Wrexham, has already given you a good answer.

Hi I have two rooms booked for 13th November for one night. Will we automatically be given rooms next to each other (or at least nearby) or do we need to request this? If so what is the easiest way as I cannot find an email address on the website. The booking is in the name of Heywood. Thank you
Hi Lin Our teams will try to allocate rooms together if they're on the same booking however it's not always the case. If you'd like to add a request for your rooms to be next to eachother, please call the reception team on 0333 321 9195 with your reservation number. Kind regards Elaine

Does the hotel have it's own restaurant, or is it nearby?
Hi Mary O Thanks for your query. The hotel does have a Table Table restaurant next door, otherwise the team would be happy to advise if there are any alternatives nearby if you wish. Hope this helps. Regards Amy Thacker Premier Inn Team

I'm interested in booking to stay February next year - family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children. Do you have interconnecting rooms? If not can we book 1 room for 2 adults and 1 room for 2 children ages 11 and 13?
Hi Joanne This hotel does not have any interconnecting rooms unfortunately. We do allow for your family to stay in one room, it will be set up as a double bed for the adults and 2 single beds for the children. Your children will not be able to stay in a room without an adult present. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Elaine King Premier Inn Team
