Me and my friend (both being young) thought it would be a nice idea to go away for a week to turkey. When we first arrived the receptionist was very nice but spoke very little English. We arrived about 4am to be told that we had got a family room. Once getting to the room and settled was a very lovely room, nice view ect, then wasn't till the morning that we got told we had to move after unpacking. We took are suitcases up to our new room, a box if you would like to call it. Heading back down to the old room to collect our other belongings we noticed that one of the mobiles had gone missing, surprise surprise the cleaners where in the room and where in complete denial. The staff couldn't speak very good English so we knew the phone was never to be seen again. When we got to our new room we already noticed problems, the air conditioning wouldn't work with the control and the only way our balcony doors would open and shut would be with force. Food was ok but if your a fussy eater there isn't a lot to chose from, I lived on bread all week. Pool was nice and never had any troubles getting a sun lounger. But we was the only English people there, would of made it more enjoyable if we could conversations with English people. Hotel was full off Germans and Russians which where incredibly rude. Would recommend going on a boat trip. That was very good, book direct with them, not the hotel or your rep, twice as expensive! DON'T go any where near the aqua park, last three days of the Holliday we decided to go, I ended up in hospital with 3 stitches and a £580 bill despite having travel insurance.

We're just back from a fortnight at the Kolibri Hotel in Turkey. It was OK for the price and previous feedback is still correct that mainly Russian & German guests. We did have a massage. I was very cautious as a previous review said she was groped sp I made my hubby have one too. A young girl did mine and a bloke did hubby, we enjoyed it - it was lovely.
The hotel is OK, pool is quite big for the size of the hotel and we didnt have any trouble getting a lounger, but as is typical with Turkish hotels no evening entertainment - expect one night we had Turkish dancers. Overall we didnt have any problems however a lovely Scottish couple had a beautiful diamond ring stolen from her room - so just be careful

Stayed at this hotel for a week in July with my fiancé. Had a lovely week break. Not many English staying there mainly Russians and Germans. We didn't find this much of a problem but would have been nice to mix more. The Russians were very rude an didn't even say thank you for saving one of there children's lives in the pool. RUDE. The hotel was nice an clean food very good one of the best I have had in turkey( more than chips for tea) even had a seperate chef in the evening for fresh food cooked lovely. But beware ppl don't steal your table whilst you are actually eating and just getting a drink. Now on to the massage........well I have massage every holiday I go on including other hotels in turkey however this time it was more of a grope. He touched my breasts and thought it was ok to pull on my nipples and to add injury to insult he added don't tell your boyfriend.was not happy and sort of ruined the last part of my holiday and my fiancé.but on a positive note this is not a reflection on the hotel as it was good value for money....

I arrived at Kolibri with simple expectations for basic cleanliness and functionality, only to be met with a terrible experience. The room’s dirty floors stained my white socks, and when I brought this to the attention of the staff, I was told it was my problem for wearing white socks. In search of power sockets, I was dismissively told to find them myself, forcing me to unplug the fridge to access one. While the staff did say ‘sorry,’ it was always without providing any actual assistance or resolution, adding to my frustration and disappointment. I wasn’t seeking luxury, but I did expect the most basic standards of cleanliness, functionality, and service.

The hotel is very good! The staff is always smiling, responsive and will make you feel taken care of! The food is delicious and for every taste!
I recommend visiting the SPA available at the hotel! I was so excited about the hammam that I was ready to go at least every evening! I can especially recommend a master named Aytekin, who performed the hammam procedures, an expert in his work! It was great! Thank you!

The staff of the hotel are very kind and friendly, even if we didn't understand each other sometimes because of the language barier. The pool was always very clean and they take care of it every night. Also the pool bar, try the sisha they have very good quality tobacoo and so many different flavors. The rooms are nice with AC, mini fridge, towels, hairdryrer and a balcony. Food is amazing you will definitely choose something, everyday we had fresh fruits and vegetables and a lots of salads with dressings, many different side dishes and a few types of meat sometimes fish and of course some dessert. The beach is nice we had no problem to find a free sunbed. Overall we had a nice experience with this hotel and big shoutout to the animation team, we enjoyed their show almost every night.

We had 1 mounth reservation for date 15.6.2023 to 30.6.2023 and we came about 16.6.2023 3.00 a.m. and hotel doesnt have room for us. Reception says only free room is another old house in 0 flor, room stinks and there are cockroaches. Next day we wanted change room again, because we pay extra money for travel agency for seaview. Night-reception promised new room next morning. And next morning, day-reception says this room is not free. Reception people are very arogant and lie. This situation shorts our holiday for one day. I add foto insect and room with view on garden, not in seaview who we had in reservation.

Everything was fine. Hotel is compact ,food are very delicious. Everything was clean. Sea is just two minutes by walk. At the beachhamburger and chips. Animation is the best that i have ever been. Animation manager Baris makes every night different shows to entertain us. At day time they have yoga, boccia, aqua gym. Aquagym was so much fun and after we danced around the pool. Absolutely i will come backagain

Stay here in july for a week with my boyfriend, wanted to go home from the moment we got there! The view from our room on the 1st floor u would tink they we're growing weed. Single beds in the rooms very tiny. Not many english at this hotel mostly russian and german's they had no manners pushing you out of the way. Staff hardly understood what we we're saying, got my sunglasses stole out of the hotel room. Food was terrible would not be back was glad to get home! The man that does the massages wouldn't recomend it for women feels their chest.
