We came for a yoga retreat in May and everything worked perfectly. The hotel itself has so much character and the gardens are an oasis. The rooms are super clean and the pool is just sublime but what stood out for us, was the staff who exceeded our expectations. They delivered in every way, from Carmen to Martina, to Alex, back and front of house staff were wonderful. Thank you for making our stay so pleasurable - our group loved every moment and we will be back.

We had a wonderful time at this fantastic dog friendly hotel We were so impressed it was so lovely to be able to have our dog with us every where including sitting by the gorgeous pool ( not on the sun beds of course!) we had a super room with a little garden ( we did swap rooms as the first one, which absolutely fine, Howe the AC wasn’t working properly) so the very kind and efficient Sabine couldn’t have been more helpful with this The breakfast was very generous buffet style and we had dinner one evening and the food was EXCELLENT All the staff were so friendly and kind and we were made to feel so welcome which sometimes when you have a pet with is not the case Can’t recommend this great dog friendly hotel highly enough Just to say they were other guests there with dogs and they were all superbly behaved, and the guests!!! Thank you we had a great break

We have spent a couple of nights in hotel les rotes. For the second time. And again we were very happy with this hotel. Very clean rooms, very friendly personal, lovely swimming pool, and very good restaurant. But special thanks to Carmen, the very lovely, professional and helpful lady from the frontoffice. She helped us to fill in the health form we needed for the ferry to Ibiza. Many thanks carmen. We will be back

Excellent boutique hotel. Classical virtues and a great restaurant on site. Not for messy young folk and families with small babies. We enjoyed the room, location and leisure area immensely. Will visit again in the future. Worth a small detour on the way further south.

Thanks so much to the staff at this hotel who were so friendly and helpful. Also it’s dog friendly which is great (we didn’t bring ours but others did, all well behaved and unobtrusive ). We had a room overlooking the pool which was immaculate and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was fresh and there was plenty of choice. Only had lunch here but was excellent. Would definitely eat here for dinner when we come back, which we certainly will.

I booked a table here for Christmas Day in the evening in the hotels “acclaimed” restaurant and was expecting a lovely dinner, I could not have been more disappointed. When we were shown to our table it was not in the main restaurant as this was closed, but in a conservatory like room next to it. No decorations, view, music or ambience what so ever. We chose from a set menu, but to start were all given a salad with cold sliced duck breast. It was a strange mixture of flavours which were not pleasing on the palate, bitter radicio lettuce, fresh pineapple, sweet corn, indescribable dressing all overpowered the minute slivers of duck which had a thick layer of fat which was gastly. A soup course was next, lobster bisque with a ravioli. It looked most unappetising as it was a dirty brown colour and tasted as bad as it looked, with one very overcooked ravioli floating on the top, which was terrible. My sons ordered the steak for two people which was the “biggest,” literally disaster of the evening. After being asked how they would like their steak cooked, they were presented with a huge, T Bone steak on a WARM cooking iron. This chunk of meat which I can only describe as looking like “a dogs dinner” was served blu and I presume the idea was that you cooked it to your liking. This was not possible as the cooking iron was not hot but barely warm as we felt it with our hands. I had to tell the waiter it wasn’t hot and without apology he removed it, but left the accompanying vegetable. It was returned finally sizzling and cooked by ourselves on the table, sadly it was tasteless with lots of fat, gristle and bone and I had to ask for fresh hot vegetables, which arrived almost when the meal was finished. The waiter was not attentive and when we complained about the food he very rudely laughed and walked off. I had monkfish which was also mostly inedible as insufficiency cooked. The plates were all stone cold and the food barely, much warmer. Overall it was without a shadow of doubt “the worst ever meal” I’ve had in a 4* hotel anywhere in the world let alone Dénia. I would not return here even if offered a week of free meals. It was my first Christmas in Spain and I can honestly say it was a gastronomic catastrophe of epic proportions.

This hotel is great! We got a room outside the main building, it was very nice. It was like having our own mini villa, with a small outdoor place with private jacuzzi and sun beds. Very good service and excellent food! After one night it felt like we had been on vacation for a week. Very relaxing!

We stayed for six nights in this attractive hotel, with lush gardens and interior. We had a room overlooking the pool and a slight sea view through the foliage. The beds are comfortable, the room was spacious with a large balcony. The staff were wonderful, we were always greeted with a smile. The hotel is sparkling clean, and smells of fresh flowers and polish. The restaurant serves high quality food, you can eat inside or out on the terrace. The hotel has a very large pool with day beds and sun loungers. You can walk down to the beach in 5 mins and then all the way to Denia which will take 40 mins, The marina in Denia is well worth a visit with lots of very good restaurants and a few bars. We had an outstanding six days again at this beautiful stylish hotel. Thanks to the wonderful team.

Just spent 5 days here and really enjoyed this place. Lovely room with jacuzzi bath in the bathroom. Spacious terrace overlooking the pool area and towards the sea. Pool area has lots of comfy sun-beds and seating areas, we took lunch every day and had great food and service especially from Elena the russian waitress. Fantastic manicured gardens. We spent one night in the restaurant for the taster menu which was beautifully served and most enjoyable on the outside terrace. Breakfast also taken on the outside terrace and a good selection including bacon and eggs. Bus stops outside the hotel so easy to get into Denia and if after 9pm taxi back. Nice walks around the hotel itself. All staff were very nice and most accommodating, we had an early start to leave and breakfast was put out early for us , nothing was too much trouble. In the words of Arnie “ we will be back”
