The hotel has a great pool and entertainment . Great tasting food (plenty of options also and plenty of it) and a very large selection of drink options. The staff are very friendly staff and there is great atmosphere in the hotel, whilst also being relaxed. It is suitable for couples, families and solos. The location is very convenient for the harbour, beach and town. I have stayed here twice now and will definitely go back. Great value for money.

Spent a week here. I went with Saga. Hotel has good facilities, is clean. Large bedrooms, I had two double beds in.my room. Staff work very hard and are helpful. Reception staff speak English. Quite often a queue at mealtimes but staff very.good at finding tables so generally don't have to wait too long. Guests are not allowed to put towels on sun loungers before 9am if they do, staff will remove them

My room was very good but would have liked a balcony. The room maids were excellent.I I liked the garden and pool area but felt that more shade was needed. My friend used the indoor pool every day and enjoyed the Jacuzzi. Entertainment was very good.

Hotel clean, staff at reception excellent. Room very good but dated. Insufficient pool loungers to cope for residents. Food good with plenty of variety. Position of hotel less than 5 minutes walk from small beach with easy access to esplanade leading to town centre approx 20 minutes walk. Overall 8.5 out of 10

The hotel itself was excellent with very friendly staff. The pool area was quite large but sue to covid, they were limiting thw numbers allowed. The dining hall was large with a great variety of food on offer every day. My only negative point is that you could see there is maintenance work needed to the exterior of thw building, under the balconies.

Been to this hotel now for many years, although there has been changes over the years we still think it’s our favourite hotel. The rooms are adequate, the restaurant food is exceptional good and the staff very helpful and friendly. The only problem we find is the lack of shade around the pool, there are approximately six umbrellas around the pool of which some guests selfishly accommodate two of these plus up to seven bed chairs for two adults and two small children. Their idea is that they have chairs both in the shade and the sun, these I may add are only used 25% of the time leaving their towels on all day so denying other guests of chairs and shade.

This is the 3rd time staying at this hotel, we stayed all inclusive 10th May till 24th May The hotel is great with entertainment every night, it is clean and well laid out the staff are friendly and helpful, the food was as with previous visits excellent with something for everyone, daytime activities were varied and enjoyable and the kids had all manner of things to do. All in all an excellent hotel that I would recommend to anyone. In our opinion this hotel deserves a bigger star rating.

We stayed at this hotel for a week recently on a Saga all inclusive holiday. This was our first time booking a Saga holiday. From the moment we were picked up at the airport to the minute we left there was excellent support from the two Saga reps, Sylvia and Dave. We felt very well cared for. Also hotel reception staff were helpful and always pleasant. The food was exceptional for a cafeteria experience. Always a very wide choice of dishes, including excellent vegetarian choices. The salads were very fresh and well presented. The sweet selection was amazing as was the fresh fruit. The Excursions we went on were great with very knowledgeable guides. Evening entertainment and daytime activities were varied and we had some good laughs. The hotel and our room was exceptionally clean. We had a great view on the fifth floor. Outstanding hotel, the food choice was brilliant. We stayed full board, excellent choices at every meal time. The children entertainment was really good and inclusive, when we visited my daughter was often the only child speaking english, they included her every time and always translated instructions. The rooms were clean and always lots of hot water. Drinks were reasonably priced.

The hotel, in all aspects, is run very efficiently. Service in the restaurant was excellent, even during the busiest of times, and there was always a wide variety and very high quality of food on offer. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with a generous assortment of complimentary products in the bathroom. In all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and won't hesitate to return.
