As a vegetarian I have visited this hotel several times now for a menu del dia which is available for non-guests. Booking in advance for a vegetarian option is advised. The dining area is either air conditioned inside or outside under umbrellas and palm trees with a gentle sea breeze. The atmosphere is peaceful typical classical Spanish, friendly staff who can speak English. Two hotel cats, friendly but must NOT be fed - and sparrows under the trees chirping with ambient quiet Spanish music make this one of the better establishments for a classy meal at a competitive price.

Hotel's Favourite
An amazing hotel with friendly and attentive staff. We stayed in the superior room. It was large and very comfortable . The hotel is only a 2 minute walk to the beach and also has a great little pool with plenty of sun beds. The food at the hotel is absolutely amazing, I've been a chef for many years and I was so impressed with the quality. The authentic Spanish menu changes daily using local and fresh ingredients. The chef's are so talented and the food feels like any top restaurant in London. Patrick's knowlege of the food and wine and his past experience in top hotels in London really shows. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Hidden gem 💎

This hotel is a modest hotel and a very good value. The rooms are basic, but comfortable. The location of the hotel is okay. It is not in the center of town, but walking distance to the beach and restaurants. There was a nice outside patio where they served breakfast that is included in the price of the room. Good value. You can also have dinner or order drinks here. The staff are nice, but din't get our orders correct and it was a little slow.

This is a quaint little hotel short walk to the beach and also to the centre of Denia. The room was cosy and the bathroom recently renovated. The noise insulation isn't the best so we kept being awoken by either people walking in the corridor or the kids next door.

We stayed during the October midterm with two teenage boys. The hotel is very charming and well run by a hard working family and loyal staff. There is grest attention paid to cleanliness, which is really reassuring. It is right on the beach which my wife and I swam in most days. They have a tennis court and rented out the tennis rackets to the kids for almost nothing. Its a bit of a walk to get to town but the value maked it worth it. Dinner menu, if you go for it, is ridiculously cheap and very tasty. Well done to everyone at Hotel Rosa, and thanks for a very enjoyable stay.

This small hotel feels quite Spanish, although fairly basic it has everything you need. It is located 1 minute from the beach and a 15/20 minute walk to town either along the beach front or along a paved road. It is spotlessly clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed in bungalow 1, last one on the left hand side. It was quite spacious but the outside space at the back didn’t get the sun and wasn’t that inviting, having said that the seating around the hotel is lovely. We could hear some noise from the room upstairs such as chairs moving and the plumbing when water was running but it wasn’t too intrusive. It did however feel very private. The sun hits the front of the hotel in the morning and the back gets the evening sunshine. The pool is a good size but the area around it is a bit small but nice. We ate at the hotel one night and the food was good and cheap. Breakfast which is included is again basic and can be a bit repetitive but as we were in a bungalow we chose to make our own arrangements some of the time. On the whole we had a lovely time here and would have no qualms about returning.…

Hotel Oasis restaurant is always one of my must-go's when I have my yearly holiday in Denia. I was so happy to see it still going strong after Covid. The chicken wings are always top-notch, as is the friendly service. Their cocktails are also delicious and sitting looking out on the sea just can't be beaten. Definitely recommend for lunch or dinner, Jorge will take care of you!

I would like to thank you and your staff for the excellent menu-del-dia on Sunday 27th June (2pm reservation). We were a party of four - with one vegetarian. We were not guests of the hotel but our table reservation was accepted. We pre-ordered our options at 10am. The meals were top class in presentation and quality. Serving staff were polite and friendly. The vegetarian meal was prepared as a special effort and this was very much appreciated. A most enjoyable afternoon in the shade of palm trees and umbrellas with a cool sea breeze. The menu del dia price was extremely good value. Thank you. David von Janowski

Second time at this hotel and I love it. May be a little dated but it oozes Spanish charm. Big rooms with balconies and lovely palm fringed location. Staff are very attentive and friendly and the restaurant is just brilliant. Lovely clean pool. I know I’ll be back.
