A group of 6 of us who live locally went down for the Taster Menu yesterday evening. We were all surprised and delighted by the consistent high quality of the food and it's presentation. This is top notch quality food in a very ambient dining room with terrace adjacent to enjoy the lovely views. Steve and Debbie are not only very accomplished chefs but very welcoming hosts. Thank you for a great evening.

What a great relaxing place. Steven and Debby are very nice, friendly and hospitable couple. the food they serve is good. The place is clean and the room was big. The swimming pool is great too. All and all a great place to stay and relax, or ride your / a dirt bike.

We have stayed at Los Sibileys many times and it just gets better and better. Our son always has a brilliant time on the bikes and is taken great of.
The food is superb and pool is a lovely place to laze away a few hours with an amazing view.
Thank you to Steve, Debbie, Ben and Emma.
Can't wait for our next visit!

As we live in the area we have only been for meals, but family members have stayed in this lovely B&B. Debbie & Steve are great hosts and make all their guests, either staying or just a meal feel very much at home. The meals are superb & Steve was even willing to cook jacket potatoes & beans for my Grandaughter, her favorite meal, but said in all the years he had been a chef that request was a first!! Nothing is too much trouble when you visit Los Sibileys. If you feel like a thrill or something different try the off road biking, or quad bikes. Our family loved it

We came to the beautiful Hacienda Los Sibileys, for three days of tranquility as we live in Spain and it was our villages fiesta which basically means fireworks all day and night.

Well what an absolute delight and treat. We were greeted by Steve and Debbie, the hosts and what a fantastic personable couple who made us feel at home instantly.

We booked in for an evening meal, and it was absolutely delicious. For my starter I had smoked haddock rarebit, with advocado and lime salsa, my husband had fried mushrooms, both were exquisite,. For the main course I had rib eye steak cooked absolutely perfect for me , the peppercorn sauce was not over powering and complemented the steak beautifully. My husband had a ham hock, which fell off the bone but still retained its moisture.

On the second night we were served a tasting menu based on Thai food. Wow, Wow Wow. The pork satay melted in your mouth, the duck spring roll was incredible, the wan ton soup was amazing. Steve, thank you, this was one of the nicest meals we have ever had. You asked us if we liked offal, and your suggestion that the final taster of the night, chicken livers were divine, my husband was quite brave, because he normally eats everything cremated, he now agrees that he will have them rare again.

On the final night my Seabass was fantastic and the tarragon sauce perfect. My husband had pork in a Thai sauce which melted in his mouth. By this time we didn't expect anything else.! Steve your food is excellent, And Debbie your servic was exemplary.

Thank you both for a fabulous time, we will most definitely be back.

What a wonderful place and an amazing family. This is our 4th visit and it just gets better. Debbie and Steve are the perfect hosts. The motorbiking is brilliant and my sons smile could not get any bigger when he finished his day with Ben and Steve!
The food is the best tasted in any hotel. Don't go anywhere else to eat.
Perfect hotel, perfect location.

We stayed for an enduro holiday which was absolutely superb but, the riding aside, it would still make for a great base to explore the countryside. Debbie and Steve run a great b&b and the food is amazing. Can't wait to go again next year.

We (four adults) visited for our 7th year in a row and booked for 2019 before we left.

We love the accommodation, the food and the riding. The biking is the main reason for our visit but the hotel would make an excellent location to visit surrounding areas. You might visit other areas but make sure enjoy an evening meal there. Steve is an excellent chef.

The hotel is set in lovely quiet countryside and the biking does not interfere in anyway with the tranquility. Nothing is too much trouble for Steve and Debbie.

I scarcely know where to begin - I am not often given to superlatives when it comes to food, On the contrary I may be guilty of being a bit hard to please. I can't recall when I had a more memorable meal in the very best sense of the word. Steve has a real understanding of balance of flavour and his food explodes in the mouth in a medley of beautifully blended tastes. Presentation is of the highest standard - pictures on the plate and enough of it not to leave you hungry. We were spoiled for choice on the menu - it all sounded too delicious. I settled for the salmon teryiaki followed by Moroccan lamb. Food this good would set you back three times as much in most cities if you could find it.
We (and the dog) had a warm welcome from Debbie and Steve and our room was clean and comfortable, simply furnished in rustic style with lots of wood - not the orange pine often found in Spanish properties. What more can I say other than that we have already booked a second visit and we consider ourselves fortunate to live only an hour away. I strongly recommend anyone visiting the Lorca area to make a detour - you will not be disappointed.
