recently my significant other started a Nursing Job to help Emerson hospital. today was her first day and walk to work and does not have a car. She regrettable left her phone (with cards) at the hospital and needed to get back because she did not have her phone could not connect to UBER. I recommended her to ask front desk to call her a cab and the clerk REFUSED. He said his name was Matt and when I call clearly upset that a Hotel Would not call a person a cab HE HUNG UP ON ME! I will attempt to call The manager Samatha tomorrow but unless there is a significant personal apology to my significant other by Matt I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU NEVER STAY AT YHIS BEST WESTERN!!! I have travel extensively and provided multiple reviews and this has by far has been the WORST customer service and most inconsiderate attitude I have ever observed. If this employee work for me he would be gone with prejudice.

Was a nice room, great location, and decent otherwise for stay in Concord. In not one instance were hotel staff wearing masks inside when we were in the reception area. Once asked, the two employees put on masks with check in. But that, of course, does nothing to control potential virus spread in the room when they are by themselves. My mask protects them. Their lack of masks while alone in the reception area puts guests at risk. Didn't both mentioning to the clerk in the morning who likewise was not wearing a mask. In fairness, few businesses in Concord has employees wearing masks inside when customers were not present.

We chose this hotel for the reviews about its safety and cleanliness during the pandemic. We were pleased with our room and the front desk staff. Our room was very clean. As we were told, it was not entered during our stay. Breakfast was a "to go" bag with water, banana and granola bar. We would definitely return when we are back in the area.

Tanya and Sam at the front desk are so nice and very helpful! Lionel keeps the place looking great! I didn't catch everyone's name but they all deserve credit for a job well done! I really enjoyed my stay.

I feel confident I will haven a good stay if I reserve here. The shower has plenty of hot water and an adjustable showerhead. The only drawback is there is no elevator and the breakfast room is on the second floor.
