My partner and I had the most excellent experience at The Whitley Hotel... the decor, the welcoming staff, and great food made it worth the trip. Our server Bassit was amazing and very tentative he was very welcoming and always made sure we had what we need. The manager Shonta however over exceeded our expectations. She greeted us when we arrived and seen our experience all the way through. She made sure our experience was exceptional. I will definitely be staying and dining at the Whitley again!

I have spent months traveling around the country and staying in many Marriott hotels at different levels. But never, never have I had the kind of follow up and consistent check up of my experience. Continuous texting to see if they’re meeting my needs and expectations. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are top notch, from my cleaning lady to the bar tends working our events, everyone had a smile and a greeting. Southern hospitality at its best.

The staff is absolutely amazing, from (fluid) reception, breakfast, the bar, porters, housekeeping, security, and car valets. There's a sense of genuine welcome. The pictures on the hotel's website reflect the actual interiors, well-curated and beautiful. It's the third time I stay here since Jan'22. Mine are relatively long stays (7-10 nights) and it's the same, flawless services day after day. A shout out to Ms. Fatu and everyone at the reception, Mr. Hassan, and everyone at porterage and valet!

This hotel has the most gorgeous interior design — the kind that makes you feel like you’re in an Architectural Digest private home vs a hotel. A minor issue with a shower was flagged to the front desk and had been fixed by the time I came back from work. I would definitely stay here again on future business trips to our nearby office.
