NO POOL (They claim they were waiting for county approval to open) Who waits until May 15th in Atlanta, GA to open their pool? AREA The surrounding area is a little sketchy. I really question having a conference here. Not the hotel's fault but the College Football Hall of Fame was closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Staff was very good which helped keep the rating up. Sincerely Greg Carnes
My stay here was better than expected, being that it was downtown amongst the roaming vagabonds. Security was tight and kept beggars on property entry way, AWAY! I felt safe traveling and staying here alone as an older woman.
This was a great place and great experience. Very clean and nice. The shower was a plus! Besides not being able to see a front side balcony view everything else was exceptional. Most definitely in my top 3 hotels.
Stayed here for my birthday. There’s a fridge with no refreshments. Food from the restaurent tasted mediocre. For the three nights I stayed there was no housekeeping. With all I payed for my stay, I would have rather stayed somewhere else. Brighter side, members were nice. The check in was rather quick and the app is very useful, I do recommend downloading it. It is very close to a lot attractions in Atalanta. Lastly, the fitness center was great! View from room was beautiful. Lots of lights in the room, bed was really comfty and I had no trouble sleeping.
The hotel is huge, beautiful and busy. Check-in/out process went smoothly and the reps at the front desk were extremely helpful. Customer service is key to me and they did not disappoint. The small details in the room caught my attention...for instance the motion sensor lights that turn on when you step near the bed. Definitely beats stumbling around in the dark or having to turn on lamps!! The early check-in/out option (for an extra fee) was a huge plus. Despite the size of the hotel, we didn't hear any noise in the room from other guests, which was much appreciated when we were ready to sleep. The hotel is right in downtown Atlanta so it is convenient to a lot of things. I would definitely recommend staying here when you're in Atlanta.
