I stayed here for two nights to visit friends and really enjoyed it. The room looked new and was very comfortable. The gentleman in the front was very professional and knew my name. Nice! I reserved a spa day for a friend of mine and myself - was exceptional! The manager gave me my message and it was one of the best - thank you! The facial was very nice as well. Their names were Jeamae and Sharon. I highly recommend them! It will be nice when the restaurant opens, but there were plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby. Thanks for a wonderful visit to Atlanta!

This is my first time staying at this property the decor of the lobby is speechless. As I was checking in the Bellman Jermaine assist me with my luggage upstairs. He is very professional and is easy to talk to as well. I highly recommend people to stay here and check out the newly renovation of the hotel also the restaurant americano.

I recently stayed three nights at the InterContinental Buckhead for a business trip and was thoroughly impressed with the property and staff. Everyone was exceptional – from concierge to room service – ensuring that I was taken care of at all times. However I want to highlight Jermaine who’s cheerful and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home. He went above and beyond to make my stay stress free from the moment I arrived. We loved our stay at the Intercontinental in Buckhead! The lobby is gorgeous and we loved our newly renovated room! Such beautiful decor and non traditional! Refreshing for a nice hotel! But what really made our stay special was Jermaine! He was always available whenever we had questions or needed anything. But most importantly, his overall good mood and cheerful demeanor just meant so much! It’s clear he loves his job and has such great energy, it’s contagious! Thanks for having us!

I believe our check-in POC's name was Mary who was absolutely wonderful. She was so accommodating. We had a recently renovated room that was meticulously decorated. Just one glitch - my toilet backed up, but the maintenance person was in the hall performing his other duties and he took care of it IMMEDIATELY. Sorry, I don't remember your name but THANK YOUTOO!! I believe it just happened as things do and the issue was resolved WITHOUT any fanfare. The hotel staff even followed up regarding the matter. DONE..AND DONE. I loved my stay.

Easy check in-staff was professional and helpful. Nice clean and quiet room-looked to be recently renovated. Pool area was open, clean and had drink service available. The restaurant and bar staff were great-excellent food and drinks along with great service. I enjoyed breakfast in the morning, and had a smooth check out. Every one I came in contact with was personable and professional. Thank you all for a pleasant stay. I have never been disappointed here-and look forward to returning when in the area.
