The Georgian Terrace is a very nice hotel. Excellent location in Midtown. Steps away from MARTA North Avenue subway station. The room was very modern, clean and quiet. The only down part is check in is at 4 pm. I checked in at 3 pm and it was not an issue. I Googled "average hotel check in time" It said 12 noon.

We have stayed at several iPrferred properties. After trying to get to Atlanta for the last 2 years, we finally made the trip. Very disappointed…when we checked in after hours of traveling, they could not find our reservation…then they couldn’t find the rate we were given in our confirmation…then they did not have room that was confirmed. They upgraded used to a one bedroom suite…. 14th floor view of roofs…our bedding had tears in comforter… We mentioned this to our server, Chris, who indicated he would contact management. Chris followed through as he left a message for us, but management has not contacted us thus far.

Jeremy at the front desk was spectacular. He welcomed us and attended to all of our needs. This hotel is 10x better with employees like him. Gorgeous hotel with tons of history. Great location. Tons of things to see and do around the area.

I had the pleasure of lodging at the Georgian Terrace Hotel and it was wonderful!!!! The front dest was helpful and accomodating, which made my stay more memorable. It's was conveniently located to many resturants and venues. I have to give kudos to the staff that made this stay special....Desirae, Malcolm, and Tanika! These 3 are a great addition to this establishment and I will definitely stay here for all my staycations, and recommend this historical hotel to all my family and friends. Ashanti Allison

Soaring atrium. And that is IT. Nothing to see here, folks. Completely swamped with teens for a prom, everyone off the street. No restaurant. Outdated room. Had a kitchenette with appliances, counters and cabinets from the 1970's. The microwave had no handle and was unusable. No drinking glasses or wine glasses. The fridge was just plain frightening. The premier hotel for Gone with the Wind premier at The Fabulous Fox history has been completely erased. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
