Amazing stay at the Four Seasons. The staff was polite, friendly and at the same time very professional. To accommodate my early check in, they upgraded me to a corner water view suite. The room quality and finishes (including amenities) was top quality. Each room has a ceiling to floor shower and a personal large sized bath tub. The in-room late night dining service was also immaculate, though the food was average at best. The hotel is at an amazing location, bang in the middle of downtown Seattle, and a 2 mins walk from Pike Place Market. Highly recommend a stay if you’re looking for a luxurious stay in Seattle.

This is my second time staying at this property, first time traveling with my husband. As soon as we stepped into the hotel, we could feel a sense of calmness. The hotel is very conviniently located in downtown within walking distance to Pike's Market. Even though it is a boutique hotel, the team we encountered throughout our stay were professional, polite friendly, with efficient, and clean spa, gym, and restaurant facilities.

The team accomodated our request for a quiet room away from the elevators. It was well appointed and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've experienced. We appreciated that the team acknowledged our anniversary with a beautiful anniversary cake. They also remembered and gifted me the Linzer cookies that I loved when I visited a year prior - very nice touch!

The spa, although small, had a comprehensive menu and my therapist Chelsea was amazing. Likewise, although there is only one restaurant on property, it was not overly crowded and we were able to enjoy nice leisurely meals in there during our stay.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back should our travels take us back to Seattle.

We're local, and decided to stay at the Four Seasons for one night to celebrate mother's day. This was our first time staying at a hotel since Covid started over a year ago.
I've had issues before staying at luxury hotels because staff tend to act very snobbish and make you feel like you don't belong here despite the amount of money you spend to stay there.(I guess you have to look a certain way to get the right treatment) This was not the case at all here. Everyone was genuinely very nice. Check in was very friendly and quick and when we got to the room they had put in activity packs for our kids along with some kids bathrobes which they really liked.
Room itself was great, very clean and we enjoyed the bay view. It was very thoughtful for them to give us masks and hand sanitizers in the room to use as well. We definitely felt safe about Covid here.
Hotel itself is in the perfect. One block from the Market, and the stairs right outside the front door can take you straight to the waterfront.
Dinner at Goldfinch tavern was amazing too. This was also our first time dining out in over a year and that was a perfect first meal that we thoroughly enjoyed.
One of the nice things they did for us was they saw us walk in with flowers that we had bought from the market, and they immediately sent us someone to arrange the flowers in a vase for us.
Next time we do a staycation in Seattle I don't think we'll want to stay anywhere else.

I’m only leaving 2 stars instead of 1 because the manager was somewhat helpful in refunding us our meals and providing a car to the port for our cruise. But the hotel room was a very basic room that should be at the most $300-$400 a night. It’s not even close to the $1,000 they charge for it. Plus the bed was worn out and uncomfortable. I stay at high end properties around the World on a regular basis and this one really missed its mark.

I tried to book a reservation for Sunday brunch for 13 people for July 28, 2024. I called and left a message on Monday, May 13. No one returned my call. I called again on Wednesday and left another message. Someone finally called me back the next day. I was told I would need to book a private room for $900 and guarantee a minimum food purchase of $1200, the equivalent of more than $160 per person. I asked if the restaurant manager could call me, but they never did. Finally, I called the hotel and asked if the hotel manager could call me, all to no avail. My advice is: Do not try booking a Sunday brunch reservation at this hotel!

I am not sure what makes Four Seasons so special and after this stay, I am still not sure. The location is good, but the view from the 10th floor was not different from other views from other hotels on Elliott Bay. The hotel itself is no different from a Westin or Sheraton, honestly. It's the same, but those other hotels are not as expensive.

The service was just OK. The front desk staff person asked after our dinner plans and we mentioned Cafe Campagna, to which she said she suffered a horrible allergic reaction there to escargot, and that we should be careful.

Prior to our stay at the hotel, I preordered 2 arrival kits, one with fruit and cheese, and another with microbrews and nuts, but they did not show up until later in the evening, well after we got back from dinner. I was disappointed they did not appear on our initial check in.

I ordered an in room breakfast for my husband and me the next morning and it never arrived. Turns out, they never received my mobile order, even though they had been promoting their mobile app throughout the hotel. Also, I had been using the Chat feature on the Four Seasons app on my phone just fine until that point. I was starving by that time, and I was quite displeased.

Also, their Wifi never worked for my husband and me while in the hotel. We had to use roaming/LTE/5G.

For $1000 a night, I was not clear what the Four Seasons difference was. Did I miss something?

Slightly dusty 5-star hotel (carpets in the rooms, lots of brown...). Absolutely nothing special. The view of the sea was nice if you had a room "with a view" (at the time of my stay that cost around €1100/night! Others do a 2-week package holiday for that. Breakfast is not included. Costs around $70 per person.
The pool area was nice with great service, you could get delicious snacks and cocktails there.
I didn't like the surroundings so much. The "waterfront" is currently a construction site and not very attractive. I can happily do without the chain restaurants there. Otherwise there is a lot of dirt and drug addicts all around.
Just like Seattle itself, I find this hotel absolutely superfluous on my travel list. There are nicer places in the world.

We came here for a staycation to swim at the outdoor pool and relax in the sun. For $1000 a night, I would expect a quiet, relaxing, and hospitable stay none of that occurred. The pool is tiny, there were no available chairs, And service was nonexistent. We literally had to swim and stand up to dry off in the sun. The guest room claimed it for people, but two double beds does not fit four. This was such a waste. I would never stay here again, or recommend it to anyone.

Four Seasons Seattle was the perfect accommodation for us during our 4 night stay enjoying time with friends. The staff went above and beyond to provide any assistance we needed and were always very warm and friendly. Location made everything very walkable and could easily get around to tourist attractions and restaurants for dinner. The pool while on the smaller side is as never too busy and has a terrific view. We enjoyed breakfast each day on the patio near the pool and it was delicious every time. The next time we are back in Seattle we will be sure to stay Four Seasons.
