Sheraton service was pretty good with the exception of not enough pool service. Rays restraunt was attached and enjoyed watching the mana rays swim at night. A bus service free to Sheraton guests was very convient. My ocean view was amazing. Amazing sunrises and sunsets...More

Unfortunately, unlike Honolulu, there are no hotel shuttles. Well I guess I shouldn't say all hotel don't have shuttles since I can't confirm that, but Sheraton Kona and others I have stayed did not. Its rent a car, or take a taxi. I understand Uber is limited but also working on the Big Island. Probably going to cost you $40-45 for taxi/Uber.
