Very Nice Resorts with good amenities. Guest Services was splendid and very prompt with any request with follow up. The unit was complete, it was a home away from home. The ambience and the naturals setting was a plus.
Large clean units. Easy parking. Nice pool with ocean view, bar and restaurant. Good location to town or to head to Volcano National Park. Close to Magic Sands beach, grocery store, movie theater. Welcoming staff. We were booked to go here when the shutdowns hit and we’re lucky enough to get booked in again, very glad we did. Would gladly go back and highly recommend.
Was a breath of fresh air coming from a few days at Hilton Kings Land to Kona Coast. For one, at Kona they have working wifi! The pool is not ginormous but fully functional for all my teens wanted. Bar/food service at the pool is excellent. They even deliver to your poolside chair! Basketball hoop on property. Was locked at 9ft but we didn't care, we had fun. 10-15 min drive to the city for restaurants, that are open past 8pm unlike Waikoloa area. Movie theater close by. Pool has locker rooms for changing. Located adjacent to golf course which is adjacent to ocean so nice views. Would stay again.
I highly recommend the Kona Coast Resort! It's a great family-friendly resort. Everything about this place is great and I highly recommend a drink at the bar at sunset. We had a wonderful, spacious and clean suite with a large bathroom and two bathrooms which was perfect for my family of four. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and we travel more than most.
Disappointed in this place. My parents have owned here for over 25 years so been coming a long time. Today a kid pooped in pool so you closed it for 24 hours. I get it. When I first asked if you were going to move chairs to quiet pool which maybe only have 10-12 pool recliner you said no. Then you came back and told me your would over hour later still no chairs up there and no where to sit. Not even regular chair open. Sad service. People pay lots of money to come to Hawaii and expect to have place to sit by a pool and when you are in no hurry to please customers just makes feel like you have no care about your customers or customer service. We will see what time the pool even opens and if it does tomorrow. I don't have much faith in you all and your have so many people on your property!!!…
Loved my stay at this resort. The staff was nice and my room was updated and clean. The little bar and grill on-site had decent meals and drinks. My ocean front room in building 21 was gorgeous with the view from the living area balcony.
This resort was awesome! Room was spacious, clean. Well equipped kitchen, patio off the back room was wonderful to sit and relax, listening to birds. Spectacular sunsets! Short walk to pool. Restaurant by pool had great food and service. It was great to have the shopping complex right up the hill from the resort.
We truly enjoyed our stay and met some great people as well. The room was clean and the location was very easy to get in and out of. We will definitely be back the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Only one thing that was a disappointment, No beach access on the property but the views were Amazing. Appreciate all the amazing time Thank You!!
Excellent resort. We stayed with another couple in the Ohano Suite Naia. This spacious two-bedroom Ohana suite measures approximately 1,624 square feet. We enjoyed a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the guest bedroom, and it also had one sleeper sofa in the living room, which we didn’t need. Additional amenities include a full kitchen dining area, washer/dryer, and a private lanai or patio. Maximum occupancy is six. Private sleeping area sleeps four. The washer/dryer were small as expected. We never got a chance to use the facilities of pool, gym or other outdoor activities. There was an outdoor gas grill which we didn’t use. The sunset was breathtaking. Checkin was a breeze even though we arrived at 9:30 pm. Parking was very convenient right at our door. We received a gift (box of chocolate covered macadamia nuts ) for our 50th anniversary and visiting our 50th state!…
Very large 2 bedroom with large kitchen, 2 showers and large jacuzzi bath. Our lanai overlooked the golf course and a small piece of the ocean. There is no elevator so be aware of that for 2nd story apartments. The pool was large for kids and great view of ocean from there as well as nice bar although we did not utilize it. Very close to grocery store, pharmacy, small restaurants and manta ray/ snorkeling experiences
