Stayed in the Deluxe Wing and really enjoyed my stay.

Was there for five nights though only really used the pools a couple times as ended up cancelling catching up with family nearby.

Staff were very friendly, and I liked the availability of hand sanitizer around the place compared to other hotels.

Room itself was spacious, bathroom was fine though had a little bit of mould in the corner.Breakfast was nice, though didn't eat there every day, but that's just my choice.Great to have a choice of two pools

Awesome location close to beach, garlic lane and many restaurants. Breakfast was very good and staff were lovely. Two awesome pools one roof top with beautiful views of ocean both have swim up bars. Rooms were basic but clean, fresh water and cleaning every day if wanted. Pillow on bed was extremely hard (I like a soft pillow) but staff happily gave us a second pillow that was a lot softer. We had a room ground floor below restaurant 1103 internet was shocking only really worked outside television channels a lot of them only one channel would work the rest were crappy but other quests in other floors said internet and tv were fantastic. Noise from y bar we could only just hear with our doors closed. Doors were a little dodgy if you don’t get them just right there was a cap couple inches that let the mozzies in. But great location and staff

Given the poor reviews it’s just as I expected but certainly didn’t exceed any expectations. No running water most mornings, staff weren’t attentive and would leave rubbish laying around the pool for days at a time, rooms were run down and needed serious maintenance, housekeeping was always done extremely late, food was average, so I think scoring 3 stars and saying average was very generous.
They also tried to charge an exorbitant price of $20 AUD for a cot per night when the rooms were only $35 per night including breakfast so I just felt that was daylight robbery.
We stayed here purely for convenience and location but I wouldn’t be staying here again and nor would I recommend it to family or friends

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel when we go to Bali from the Uk. Reception staff are friendly, room is clean and tidy. The housekeepers will clean the room every day if you would like them too, However if you dont want your room cleaned they will still leave extra toilet roll and fresh bottles of water at your room. Lovely little location right by the beach and is very good value for money.

I went with eight other men as a reunion holiday. Some stayed in the cottages which were on the lower end of the scale. Coldwater showers while standing in a bath. No replenishment of basic tea/coffee supplies. Late room service. Sometimes free bottle of water not provided.

I stayed in the more expensive 'luxury wing' which was far better than the cottages. My room was near to the reception and entertainment area and noise could be heard during the night. Room was never serviced before 6:00pm.

When I booked out reception tried to charge me a large amount for meals and drinks booked up to the room. I viewed the paperwork and my room number was listed and I had a hell of a time convincing staff I was not responsible. Luckily I had booked up a Bintang beer on the evening of my arrival and I’d filled out my name and room number details and signed same…such details were far removed from what they showed me on the outstanding account.

Whether it was from the previous room occupant or someone pulling a swifty but they were determined to make me pay. In the end I received no apology.

Also one had to get in early for a beach/pool towel.

Breakfast was okay.......…nothing to write home about.

Never again.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Staff were friendly and we were able to check in a lot earlier than expected. We stayed in a room overlooking the pool and breakfast area, which we initially thought would be quite loud, but heard hardly any noise. Beds were comfy, only downfall the wifi connection was not great, but this would not deter us from staying here again.

This was a return trip, from the get go staff were super friendly & remembered us from a previous trip. Room was clean and very comfortable. Very well situated, short work to all the major shopping areas, restaurants & beach. Will definitely return soon. Just request a room away from the front if you want a quiet stay as the Y Bar can be a little rowdy at night.

Lovely hotel in all ways. Whit an amazing roof top pool area, overlooking both the ocean and the mountains. Also very friendly staff and nice room, so it felt like good value for money. We will definitely come back one day. And I loved that there was two pools, one on ground level for all ages and one on the rooftop for only adults. Big plus!

The bathroom was disgusting, mould, leaking shower head, dirty shower curtain. The towels, sheets and bed were nice and clean, the room is large and the aircon is good. The fridge leaked water all over the floor, plenty of storage space for clothes but only 3 coat hangers. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room rate is cheap but the cleanliness of the shower and bathroom floor are terrible. The roof top pool has an awesome view of the ocean and is in full sun but the wooden floor is broken and uneven, very easy to trip over and hurt yourself. Some parts are roped off as the floor boards are completely rotten. Lots of pool lounges.

I am not sure if they have a strict closure time there seemed to be a few people swimming after dark in the downstairs pool but not sure about the rooftop pool. Enjoy your stay.
