GREAT priced hotel, I booked direct with hotel & its just off Legian St. and the hustle and bustle and is walking distance to Melasti/Garlic Lane and the beach. The rooms were really lovely and price was awesome, I have stayed in other Bali hotels that cost more and no where near as nice. The restaurant/room service has really good priced meals. The staff very good, although day staff had more understanding than the early evening staff. The General Manager Gustu was always available and an email sent to him was answered promptly and he really impressed me and made my stay amazing so big thanks there. Also the night before was able to extend for an extra day with no problems. Would definitely stay at the Siesta again.

Do not go to this hotel I repeat do not go here!!! The floor is so slippery I almost broke my neck a few times and there is black mold everywhere. They are wanting to let us pay something we didn’t broke. The reception said the manager said we need to paid it. We asked the manager to come, there was no manager AT ALL. We should stayed here for 1 day instead, we expended it because we got sick (Probably because of the bad airconditioning). Baddest decision ever to stay here any longer

What was a very enjoyable stay ended on a bad note due to a poor decision by senior management. The dispute was flagged when we arrived 5 days ago and we were assured it would be resolved by checkout time.
Must be very demoralizing for hotel staff to witness what should have been a simple matter based on written hotel policy.
If it weren't for senior management's decision not to abide by policy I would rate this hotel as "excellent".

Although we were there on a weekend, but we feel like been days and want to extend there. Stayed in the Suite, the rooms were still very wide to move, as well as leaving the area for prayer. Our afternoon, we use to enjoy the pool. You can see our activities on instagram with wewentweshare account and account eatandsleepinbali. Our evening meal was very impressive with Indonesian menu. If you are foreign tourists, and now plans to try some of the local cuisine, you should try it. The price is not so expensive hotel with spacious rooms and more reliable service. According to us, the money value at all.

Happy to know that now I can recommend people who ask me about where to stay in Legian with cozy ambience, and perfect for any kind of vacation: family, friends, or bigger group like office gathering or something like that.

I love this hotel! This hotel gives what we need from a hotel in Bali: strategic location near shopping center, restaurants and cafes, and of course just 10 minutes walking to the beach!

Siesta serves its guests with fresh smile and warm greetings that we can see through its fancy color of hotel designs: orange, blue and white color, and also eye catching mural on the wall, swimming pool near restaurant and kids playground.

The rooms area cozy and big, so it's perfect for family stay or trip with friends. I promise to come back and congrats for the grans opening this May 2016, hope you always trying to be better for customers!

I have booked 7 day trip to Bali via Thomas Cook. They have booked me this hotel. They don't provide you anything except room.

1. They have booked me under vegetarian meal, but there was no veg dish in breakfast. On special request for veg dish, they served me with egg noodles saying it's pure veg.

2. I have asked for water in midnight, they asked me to come to reception and pay first at 1.00 am late night. What a room service, extremely amazed.

3. No proper sanition facilities, no shampoo, toothpaste was not enough for 2 days even.

All they need is money for everything, but not provide any services you deserve even after you pay.

We had 2 weeks at the siesta and we absolutely loved it. Our room boy Wira was excellent and front of house staff Hendra and Wahyu were amazing. Resturant staff member nikita was beautiful. The food was beautiful and such a lovely family hotel to stay in. Interconnecting rooms and the staff were so helpful. Situated behind the Mercure at a fraction of the price. Booked again for end of July. Thankyou so much to all the wonderful staff and I hope I remember the resturant girls name properly. Looking forward to seeing you all soon. 😊😊
