Well from day 1 the staff were very welcoming, I could not check in until after 2pm, but that was ok, amazing service from all staff, did not see 1 staff mbr not smile or greet as you walk by them jncluding cleaners.
Brekky is amazing, I have been to bali now probably over 20times past 18 years, with me going once every 6months now as my girlfriend indonesian, will def stay again here if pricing is good, booking direct through their website is cheaper.
I even went to Jakarta, left a lot of personal items in room and were not tampered with including money, overall pretty close to 10/10.

Staffs are very kind, nice and easy to contact & respond fast. I arrived hotel early but they helped me to check in. Room is small but clean and has cozy balcony. Pool also clean and I'd like to stay on 1st floor(Pool access) next. It's little bit far If you walk to kuta beach, recommend to take public transportation or motor bike. Very Reasonable price (actually cheap) and I can pay more for this hotel. I stayed here for 2 weeks and there was Nyepi day during stay, they provided buffet and all-day movie on specific TV channel. Buffet was over priced but on nyepi day, there's no option. And you can use pool on Nyepi day.

This hotel is located in favourite site of Bali, Kuta. It is very close to the beach (only walk for 10 minutes). I Was staying in the deluxe room with my small family (2 boys ). The room is spacious enough, and they provide wide additional sofa so my kids could sleep there. But for the best experience, we suggest to book family suite. The pool is clean, they arrange sandy playground close to the pool and resto so we feel like eating on the beach. The only thins that we regret is they don't have pool towel at the time we were swimmimg, and the pool staff did not make any effort to provide them. Overal it is worth it if you have low budget on hotel but still want to live around Kuta area.

Was looking forward to our stay here that family recommended. We got taken to our room and it was terrible! Mice poo on the floor in afew places including the sofa/lounge were our toddler was going to be sleeping .. that also had white stains on it! balcony door wouldn't lock. We booked this hotel atleat 8months in advance so you think the room would of been clean Atleast. I went to the lobby and complained straight away asking to please be changed rooms... i got told to go back to our room and wait. They were not sure if any other rooms were available so they would call me to let us know. 30mins later a nice gentleman come to help move our bags to the otherside of the hotel in into a much nicer room, We still had mice poop in the room but it was much cleaner. Food and drinks are abit pricey. The wooden decking around the pool needs replacing had to be careful were you stepped! Breakfast was was nice lots of selections! Staff always said hello.

If you’re lost for ideas on where to stay , this is the place ! The staff are extremely accommodating and helpful , the hotel itself is beautiful with a big pool, the restaurant has an array of food including western and Asian for reasonable prices (basically street prices ) , fans and AC keep you cool both in and outside your room. Daily room cleaning & laundry services available all for a super affordable price. Stay here you won’t regret it !

Very good location,walkable from beach and bazaar. Rooms are very comfortable, cleaned daily and have all facilities like AC TV mini fridge and balcony. Only defect is lights are too dim. Complimentary breakfast is satisfactory but not much of indian food varieties. Restaurant staff are very friendly. But for airport cab avoid the hotel vehicle as the charges are almost double of cabs booking from outside. Restaurant food is tasty. Some tips for bali tourists. Do not buy water bottles from hotel or outside shops instead buy from chain departmental stores which is very cheap.

I'm came here for business purposes, I chose this property because the location is very strategic. But the hotels ruined my expectation, for the first time I had a scary experience while staying at the hotel. For the first time i see bat hanging in the hallway at 3rd floor. At 11 pm someone one knock my door, i open the door and there's no one at the hallway, shower turns on by itself at 1 am. The pool are very cloudy, didn't see anyone swimming during I stayed. The only pros for this property are the great locations and the staff very helpful. I think all of my bad experienced caused by pandemic.

This place was absolutely amazing!! I’m so glad I chose to stay here. It was super clean and had the most friendly and bubbliest crew there!! It was off the main touristy location and was in a quiet area that had an ATM and little supermarket next door. Security was on point and would check the cars when we dropped back for anything we may have left behind, or they would take a pic of the cars number plate when we were picked up by transport.

Nice to know you, regarding your questions, I will try to answer it.
1. There are lots of restaurants nearby the hotel. The hotel itself is very close to Legian Beach (5-8 mins walk). If you need to visit bars, you can try the La Favela or surroundings in Kayu Aya Street (using grab around 10 minutes). Finns Beach Club / Cafe Del Moar are thise two beach club that just opened up and located in Canggu (15 mins drive).
2. Monkey forest, treetops, and elephant sanctuary are located in Ubud area, it's 2 hours drive from the hotel. I suggest you to book a hotel in Ubud for 1 night to accommodate those activities.
3. If you need to book the car, you can simply find the street vendor since it will much cheaper rather than you book from hotel.
I do recommend you to bring a roll socket for the electricity since inside the room there will less power outlet.
