Detailed Reviews
We stayed for 2 nights in this villa. Had a little trouble finding it, but google maps finally showed us the right location. I called the staff when I was trying to find the villa and they were very helpful and even offered to pick me up without charge. Turned out it was in the heart of Kerobokan (which is within walking distance to Seminyak).
I booked the one bedroom villa with a private pool but they gave me two bedrooms villa instead. The room was spacious and lovely, the furniture and building looked new and stylish. I lounged on the sofa, playing around with the iPod dock for the rest of the night while enjoying the welcome drink they had prepared for me.
When the day came, I can't resist the urge to swim on the pool.
The bathroom doesn't have toothbrush and toothpaste or hotel sandals, luckily there were mini markets 10 m on the right side of the villa. The breakfast can be upgraded, to be honest. My eggs and potato were already cold when they arrived. The same can also be said for the cleanliness. I found some questionable staines on some towels.

We spent 5 nights in jan 2015, 2 bed villa number 1.
Open air living area and no fence around pool, but our kids are 7 & 10, so no issues.
Room cleaned daily and beds turned down every night
Reception staff always smile and hello, no language issue at all.
Breakfast was fine, hubby complained no bacon, but was happy with scrambled eggs, omlette, pancakes etc. delivered on time and hot every day.
Was worried about bugs when sitting in lounge area, but made sure sprayed ourselves every night, had no major concerns, nice breeze coming through most of the time.
Pool is great, kids loved it, first swim at 8am everyday!
Although we had 4 ppl in villa only 2 beach towels provided, but got extras no issues.
Free wifi accessible in room, was great.
Some good little restuarants within walking distance and market right next door
Noise wasnt too bad and our villa was the one right at front.
After reading the reviews on here before we came, i was very nervous, but in the end had nothing to worry about at all!!!
Overal for the price and service i would deffinetly stay here again!!!

Pros:
Staff are amazing, couldn't be better! Nothing is too much to ask, they're incredibly friendly and helpful and will do anything for you.
Wifi is good- 2 of us worked from the room and used Skype with no problems.
Spacious villa- plenty of space and was great for 2 of us to work in different rooms.
Firm bed and cool aircon they let you leave on when you're out.
Personalised service from the staff
Breakfast delivered to your room each day and delivered on time.
Awesome drop pool- was incredibly clean and nice and cold.
ATM right next door.
Cons:
Location is ok but you'll need to hire a scooter. It's not walking distance to anything. (Ask reception to hire you a scooter for $6aud/day and in much better condition than anywhere else. You can park at reception and its safe.
No room service or restaurant on the premises. There is a little Italian cafe next door though.
Not the villas fault- but no taxi drivers know where it is so you'll need to know your way back and direct them.
Mosquito central- there's an open air space in the bathroom which you can't cover and all the doors had a bit of a gap in them making it impossible to keep the Mosquitos out. We bought spray and coils and the hotel sprayed for bugs each night but we still couldn't keep them out. Oh, jam something in the upstairs balcony door otherwise it rattles like crazy in the mornings ruining a perfectly good sleep in!
Although there's a kitchenette there's no cooking utensils whatsoever! Not one item. Can't even make some 2 minute noodles!
Not child friendly- even if you kept the door to the court yard and pool locked there's a decent size pond in the lounge room and the stairs have no railing so would be dangerous for small kids.
Overall still a great budget friendly villa I'd strongly recommend- but you will need to hire a scooter.

Worse villa I’ve ever stayed in my entire life! If you like living in the zoo, Then this is the Villa for you… lizards the size of cats pooping all over the kitchen every day. Bats and cockroaches and other disgusting on animals running freely. Old, moldy, dirty in general horrible hotel. Would never go back! Would give zero stars if I could!

The villa is very ugly, the pool can be used to enter the room, it smells and the AC won't cool. It has been reported 3 times to the staff without any response. In fact, the employees are smoking in the office. Please, if this is read by the owner, please look for another employee because the employee is working. on April 20 2024, you are not eligible to be an employee

Nice private pool and relax area. Dim lights and dark entrance. Otherwise this place isnt really in our budget. The staff are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The room is big and comfortable with TV, fridge, kettle table & chairs

Our AC only had air, no cold at all, we felt hot all day.
When the TV arrived it didn't work
The kitchen set is just decoration, all equipment is not available.
This was our worst experience while traveling, all because the facilities were very poor
But don't worry about the staff, all the staff are very friendly, we were a little relieved by that.
They checked our AC 4x even though there was no change
They checked our TV twice until it finally turned on
4x they reminded us of our breakfast menu
Funny and sad experience

We were booked to stay at this villa hotel for over a week but only stayed one night. Honestly I could not get out of there fast enough and the manager constantly asked me if I was checking out because of the room (this raised alarm bells immediately as I hadn't said anything). Plus side - lovely staff who tried hard to do their jobs with the tools they had. It is only because of them that I am not being harsher in this review and did not say why we were leaving. Negative side - this hotel is falsely advertised as in Seminyak but is literally down the road from Kerobokan Jail and next to a very noisy night market. The room was advertised as self contained however there is no pots, pans or cooking utensils. The hot plates in the bench top are not connected to anything so you cannot use them. There was no dish liquid or even a sink plug to wash up you plate. Upstairs bathroom was large and good water. The bed was rock hard and probably the worst I have ever slept on in many many years of travel. Cobwebs galore under the bed. The pillows were not adequate/lumpy and the glass doors to the balcony upstairs and the little pool in the back yard were both not fitted correctly, leaving a 5cm gap in the middle so you are inundated with mosquitos (no bug spray or mosquito coil). The stairs to the upstairs bedroom are a major accident waiting to happen. The indoor fish pond in the lounge room with koi looks lovely but smells and is a bug magnet. Not recommend for anyone if you have another option. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The villas are nothing like the photos...it was old and needed updating...such a shame...the area out on the street was crazy...scooters up on the pavement where you are trying to walk.....and there is nowhere to eat or drink on the streets....checked out and went to another hotel...staff were very nice tho......
