This was one of the best experiences I’ve had on holiday in many years. We stayed in one of the large one bedroom villas which was beautiful. It was immaculate, beautifully comfortable and private.
Really easy to access and use the tech in the Villa. Housekeeping was brilliant. The pool was meticulously cleaned every day as well. The smallest of complaints would be that there could be more and better tea and coffee but that was easily solved by buying Revolver and Livingstones out of their blends.
I didn’t take anything away for the food and I’m sorry to say this as I loved the breakfast but I would not eat the restaurant food for dinner - there’s way too much amazing food nearby. The breakfast though was amazing every day without exception. The fact it’s delivered and they go to so much effort on the presentation is lovely.
Every single member of staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful. They made the stay a complete pleasure. For how close it is to the chaos of the roads you cannot hear a thing - it is completely tranquil. There’s so much within walking distance but equally we never struggled to get a Grab or Bluebird right out the front. The transfer is really steep for Bali at 450k BUT it was seamless, our driver was lovely and they had fresh juice, fruit, water and cold towels for us
I have already started planning our next trip back to Bali and Javanah will be our first stop in Seminyak. Highly recommend for a quiet, relaxing break in the middle of what is a chaotic place!

The staff were fantastic, so kind and helpful. They all treated you like an extended family. The food at the villa was fresh reasonably priced tasty and well presented. Reception staff always greeted you with a smile and happy to assist The layout and cleanliness of the villas was exceptional. The Bar and room service staff, always happy to help and made your stay memorable. The security staff, highly professional, making you feel comfortable and secure as you came and left the establishment. Always sharing a beautiful smile with a hello and good bye.

I stayed in a one bed villa. The key selling point is the large 13m x 3m pools which were fantastic. They are 1.4m deep the whole length so good for lap swimming. The pool was clean and got enough sun to stay refreshing and cool.
The villa facilities were good, big bathroom, comfortable clean beds. The staff were all friendly, especially the guards on security at the gate.
Food was also good with large breakfast spreads and some items done very well - the Shakshuka eggs was well executed and wouldn't be out of place in one of the fancy cafes outside.
The location is set back from the very, very busy Jalan Petitenget but you have no road noise in the villa. There is some building work opposite but the noise was minimal when I stayed and it didn't bother me at all. All of Seminyak and surrounding areas is a quick cab ride.
Out the door you have some excellent restaurants very close - I highly recommend 'York' across the road for dinner and superb cocktails. Taco Casa for excellent Mexican, Pison Cafe for the coffee lovers and gourmet breakfasts.

The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and the beds are extremely comfortable. The air conditioning in each room kept us cool during the hot days, and the quiet surroundings ensured restful nights. The bathrooms are luxurious, with plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure.

Very warm and hospitable staff. Everyone has always smile on their faces. During our 8 nights stay in the property, we felt like it is our home. The security guards are always there to assist us and to always greet us with a warm smile even on the late night evenings. Very charming villas nearby good restaurants and spas! A little bit far on the beach but a good 20 minutes walk won’t hurt much. The villa and the whole area is very well maintained. Special mentioned to the housekeeping team for all their efforts. It was a very memorable stay for us. ❤️

We absolutely loved staying here for our 10 day trip! The room was much larger than expected and the pool was lovely and clean. It’s located at the top end of Seminyak but still close to favourites like Ling Lings, Ingka and Kynd for food. Our room was cleaned at least once a day, sometimes twice! When they came back to give us dessert in our room it was lovely to come back from dinner to a fresh room. The only downside they did not have a scale available to weigh our bags upon checkout but you could easily bring your own from home which we forgot.

The villa is clean and hygiene wonderful housekeeping staff, near many interesting places in seminyak, beaches and dinning venue. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future
