We stayed here as most of the hotels were full. Here the staff was good but rooms are not that great. Ok for a night. Washroom was ok. There are not much options to eat around. They offer tea along with few snacks time

We were lucky to get a last minute booking at Hotel Lonavla, it is centrally located. Outside hotel you will be find buzzing Lonavala market serving hot savouries (vada pav), a lot of eating options, famous chikki shops and a wax museum. It is a budget hotel which has been recently renovated and has decent sized rooms. In-house restaurant has got good food options. It offers car parking as well.

Good clean hotel. However slightly shabby around the edges - sockets hanging out, no loo paper in bathroom, small mouldy patches. Would stay again but a tiny amount of extra attention would lift this hotel another star. Reception staff not friendly or helpful but we knew this from other reviews. Didn’t detract

We had booked three double rooms for 7 persons for 9th July night, as we had signed up to run the Lonavala Varsha Marathon on 10th July morning. The booking was done two weeks in advance and was confirmed through booking .com. One day earlier also the booking was confirmed by one Mr Sandeep. Credit card details was also provided, However when we travelled to Lonavala on 9th, and called on the way to inform that we were getting late, Mr. Sandeep informed us that the booking has been cancelled. No reasons were given. And after this re refused to take our calls. We were left stranded high and dry in the midst of torrential rains and the peak tourist season without a room. We had to run around till 6.00 pm in the evening and eventually managed bare minimum rooms at exorbitant price 12 kms away. Horrible attitude and horrible service. Never booking there again.

Pathetic service and new management. Very very bad experience after so many years I have experienced very bad service. Inspite of Informing the new Manager about cleanliness no action was taken upon, hair was found in the room same was shown to the supervisor. Also very bad quality food was also sent to us. I hope my message reach out to Mr. Jai. Who understands basic hospitality.
You have for sure lost your customer who has been staying during covid and weekdays days when your hotel has no business. Please book this hotel as your last option.
Really really so terrible this time that feel like never coming back to this place.

I stayed at Hotel Lonavla on 23 July 16 for one night..
Accommodation I stayed in a Non ac deluxe room..it is a small room but equipped with all the amenities and very clean. The bathroom is also well maintained and hot and cold water is available. Parking is also provided. So need not worry. Food They have a restaurant at the first floor , food was fantastic and served well. Location Definitely one of the plus point of this hotel is the location. It is in the city centre. Access to Bushi dam ,Karla caves, bhaja caves is very convenient. (Not recommended for those who want a valley view or peaceful ambience. As I mentioned above it's in a city centre so there will be a constant noise of the vehicles) Staff We were greeted warmly, the staff is courteous and helpful.
So overall I will say it's a fantastic hotel and a perfect place to spend a night. I will definitely recommend this hotel

I had visited Lonavala on 6th Nov with family including kids and ordered food from Lonavala restaurant in bulk for Lunch as well as dinner. It was the most pathetic experience I ever had in terms of food and service. The taste of the gravy items was like as if it's made from very old stock or maybe coznof using very low quality oil. Same applies to even Naan rotis, it was smelling and tasting like as if its picked from a dump yard. An absolute disaster... I paid the hotel 100% advance even before tasting the food coz I trusted its quality and its existing review. I was even coordinating with the owner of that place Mr. Jay Wadhwani who just did not agree on the fact that there was something majorly wrong with the food even after explaining multiple times. Then he replaced the food and sent a new one but that too had similar problem. We still compromised in it and had few morsels and left remaining food. But that was not the end of it. During the dinner too, same thing was repeated. We just could not eat that food anymore. After paying them 10,000 for their inferior quality food in advance I was left with no choice. The owner and the staff had no courtesy to accept their fault. Next day we personally visited the hotel to complain, the staff sitting at the reception was smirking when I was narrating the problem and the owner dis not answer my calls.. I have been visiting this place since a long time. The best thing about this place is that it is centrally located on the Mumbai Pune highway. Recently, I visited this place which is now completely renovated and beautiful rooms and also has a lift. Despite the central location, the tariff for the rooms is value for money. Had an awesome stay with now completely new rooms and clean bathrooms. I will definitely stay at the same place during my next visit. People please make sure u visit this place. Its worth the cost they charge as compared to other hotels located in the same area (which are a little expensive). Thank You

We stayed in the hotel on 23rd Jan 2016. We were on our way to Pali for astavinayak darshan. We took family room for 5 on 3rd floor. They have lift facility which makes it easy for senior citizens. Excellent service and very hospitable staff. USP is the location of the hotel.. Close to lonavla station and right in the market..Bus depot is also at walk able distance. The rooms are renovated and provide 5 star amenities like electric kettle, mineral water, refrigerator, toiletries. The bathroom is very clean and simply superb.. They have 24 hr hot water supply. They even have wi-fi service in the room which is the basic need nowadays :)
would definitely go there again and again..
I would highly recommend it to everyone
