Visiting lonavala for first time we found the place on online , saw few review and decided to book this hotel , on weekdays, we were 2 couple found the place exactly near NH48 Highway , entrance has no gate security person is humble helped us to move our luggage, Reception staff is trained and quick to respond we have premium balcony room booked which has a beautiful view of mountains exactly from our window the bed is super comfortable and interior of room Is awesome , hygienic and spacious , They served us dinner in the room and it was delicious we order a cake and it was delivered on time Next morning we had our breakfast in restaurant with lot of various varieties swiming pool was clean but we were in hurry to go , We enjoyed the stay here and if possible will come again 🙏 Thank YOU

I have booked this resort to celebrate my first wedding anniversary. During the time of booking they have promised me to provide free candle light dinner and decorations at room. But when I visited they charged me for the same. Also they have only decorated my room but refused to provide candle light dinner. I have very worst experience of this resort. Not recommended to others.

I have come to this hotel from my client to attend a conference. The atmosphere we received throughout the 4days was very warming. Rooms were particularly very clean and all luxuries with a balcony giving perfect view of mountains covered in clouds. The conference hall was also having ample space and a nice pool area.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at hardly 1.5kms from railway station and bus stand, extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. It possesses a cool and mild climate and is surrounded by high mountain ranges.
allowed us to check in early, We got to the hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well.
Room was very neat and clean with a balcony from the mountain view. Extra Ordinary view from balcony. 24hrs Hot & Cold Water available, Swimming Pool was also neat and clean.
Staff was so friendly and prompt service with personalized approached.
Well maintained restaurant with so yummy and delicious food.
The food was excellent and the hospitality extended by the staff made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, giving all of us the rest we needed.
I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Lonavala. Will only stay here if I go to Lonavala again.

Great food and service with no questions asked for the returns and a very friendly staff. Also there’s clean swimming pool and hot bathtub to relax after long hours of travelling and fun. This hotel is located at a prime location as every tourist attraction of lonavla is just 10-15 mins away.

Visited the mayur retreat with friends completely enjoyed the stay and enjoyed swimming pool, games, stay in room. Location of hotel is proximity to road which is really good. Had a wonderful experience, all the staffs were very polite and humble.
We have a smooth check in as check out at reception
Food was delicious and breakfast buffet was lavish nice menu to choose in
In door game like carrom and table area should be improved .
Swiming pool was clean but water was cold we like the natural things no semiheated pool that cool
Bathtub room was spacious and worked properly . On request the rates were discount
A suggestion please make shade for bike parking
Rest every thing is good we will surely suggest this hotel to friends and family 👪

I have come to Mayur Retreat with my family and I was surprised with the hospitality and service quality that I experienced here while check in right from reservation of room till check out rooms are clean and spacious for 2 people got a room with balcony and had a Mountain View , room service excellent and the food menu has a lot of variety of Indian dishes on the menu, property located just 2 mins walking distance from main road
There are more places to choose from in the Lonavala area.
