Stayed at the property for a couple of days during our visit to Lonavala. The resort is located just on the end of the main bazaar road and has very easy connectivity to the highway as well as places of sight seeing. The main market is just few minutes walk from here. You can easily get autos to visit nearby places. The rooms are spacious and have all the basic amenities, one would expect under an economical range. The hotel though looks slightly under renovated (due to recent pandemic) offers a good stay option in Lonavala. The staff is really courteous and friendly. We had booked all our meals at the hotel and they were very well cooked, fresh and tasty. Overall a perfect place if you are looking for a budget stay in Lonavala.

Went first time for corporate meeting. Good old hotel but we'll maintained. Spacious Rooms with balcony. Swimming pool neat and clean. Sher E Punjab restaurant for Ala carte prep good.
Overall services are good and staff members are really helpful including Mr Tapas and entire team.

I read previous reviews which definitely seemed paid and booked this hotel for a night for family. It started with unclean bedsheets and blanket. They were black and unwashed. Paid extra for a person and a bed but were refused when asked for an extra tea packet( had only 2 in room). The intercom dint work. The lights inside room did not work, sat in dark dim room with only one yellow light. Manager refused to change the room said there is a power failure and no use shifting you anywhere else. The ac was noisy and we kept it off for the whole night. If you value your money I would say skip this.

Change 3 rooms but all have damping and smell. Basically stink and you can’t bear.

First the manager Dinesh is irresponsible. I went to book the banquet for wedding and he said he will send the quotation by next morning. But he didn’t send and after calling twice he said quotation me kya rakha hai apne book kaha kiya hai. I was shocked to know that a manager works without quotation. We were having tight budget so selected this resort but the managers here are pathetic. When asked about his professionalism he said i wont take your event in our banquet. So suggest you to not book event here at any cost and waste your money. And most importantly I asked for quotation because initially Akshay said something else and later Dinesh said usko kya pata? This is their attitude. I feel like a busing these people so you can imagine how frustrated i am.

Its a little bit away from lonavala. The rooms are clean and decent. Has a swimming pool,restaurant and a bar in hotel. Duplex rooms are better with provision of mini fridge. Overall decent hotel with standard facilities

Disappointed with the quality of room that we got. This resort requires serious upgrade
The room has leakage from ceiling.
For the price they are proposing, not worth the money at all considering we had opted for deluxe rooms.

The Day we entered we got okay room, in place of couple Bed we got two moving beds kept near each other as if it was a couple bed. We even did not got the room in proper hotel, it was in another building which is facing on back side of the main road. Room were not having toilet paper. They charged us 85 Rs/- for 10 cubes of Ice in Room. Breakfast was same everyday, no change at all.They don't have WiFi, if your ordering food expect it post half an hour, such a pathetic service. Swimming pool is so bad, not all clean all with flies & Green color water. If your expecting Hot water to bath, hotel manager didn't inform us that Hot water will come upto 11 am only. Very slow & pathetic service. Night Staff is very rude. Female at reception is not all helpful.

This is to inform you that we keep buffet almost everyday and of course with different menu. It's highly impossible that you get same menu in b/fast everyday. Well for ice bucket, each and every property is having their own customized rates. I even know few properties they charge 150/- bucks for a bucket which you get 10-15 cubes. Please be assured that your feedback has been taken positively and address it to the concern person to investigate on those above mentioned issues.
