It was a good stay the staff and the restaurant staff(Mr.Rahul) were quite polite and the room was clean the location was ok not that bad and not too good and close to some famous places,overall a great experience with good hospitality.

We celebrated my brother’s wedding at Meritas countryside and had an amazing time! All our guests had a really fun time while staying safe during the times of Covid.
Food: 5 stars! Every dish that was served was delicious! Not too spicy, very flavorful and well portioned.
Service: 4 Stars. All the staff were very courteous and hospitable. We had a couple of instances where we had to follow up on a request multiple times, but apart from that, we were very well taken care of
Facilities: 3.5 Stars. The location and property is really nice for a cosy 50-70 person wedding. The rooms are nice and comfortable. However, not all rooms have a mini-fridge and Iron which I would highly recommend Meritas to provide.
Maintenance: 3.5 Stars. Meritas took health and safety very seriously and provided masks and hand sanitizers and also reminded all guests to wear masks. I think they can do a better job of overall maintenance of the property by leveling the lawns so they are more even, cleaning the stairways and common property and allowing the use of their rooftop.
Overall: 4 Stars. We had a great time celebrating my Brother’s wedding with close friends and family and everyone left feeling very satisfied. I would happily recommend others to consider Meritas for their next family event.

We had our wedding ceremony in Meritas Countryside Resort. The hotel has a beautiful setting for small destination weddings and can host 50-150 people.
With long layered lawn in the middle and surrounded by well structured rooms on both sides the resort makes a perfect wedding venue. The resort has ample parking inside as well as outside and has 31 modern and well equipped rooms.
The entertainment room with table tennis, pool, darts and a playstation makes it easy to manage kids and family gatherings. The resort also has a trampoline which was perfect for the young ones as they whiled away their time on it through the day.
The best part of the resort was the food and the hospitality! Mrinmay and Gagandeep ensured that all the requests of the wedding were catered. The resort also has vendors in their panel who can help with all requirements from decor to entertainment activities.
Meritas Countryside Resort is definitely an awesome place for a weekend getaway and an even better location for a destination wedding!

Meritas TreeO is a beautiful property located just 3.6 Kms from Lonavala Station, Its at the center of the city and all the beautiful spots and locations are almost at same distance from Meritas TreeO. Deluxe Room is very nice interiors are very well done, ambience at this place is calm, Rooms are very neat and clean and place is very well maintained, They have free High Speed WiFi available. Room service is very good, they reach you out promptly in order to get your request completed on time. Bathroom is fully loaded, hot water cold water just at the tap of your fingers, shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste brush everything you can think of in a bathroom is there already you don't need to carry anything. Food here was so tasty, they have a wide range of meals available, Don't miss out on the complementary buffet Breakfast. They have swimming pool which is good enough to enjoy with group of people, proper sitting area near pool to have a cup of tea/coffee by watching other enjoy the pool, Play room is very well equipped with multiple games, They have Pool, Table Tennis, Carrom, Foos Ball, also they have a cycle seperately for you to ride, play area garden for kids which has swings and trampoline. Parking space is good. Special Thanks to Vinay for smooth execution of booking, check in, stay and other activities He was very helpful to complete all our requests. And Bilal Helped us get the tastiest food on table all three times breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was a memorable experience and stay at Meritas TreeO.

I visited the property over a 2.5 day long weekend in Jan 2020. The property is conveniently located close to the main market, yet away from the traffic and chaos, tucked away into a little lane. About a year old, the Resort is neither too huge where one can get lost, nor too small to feel cramped - and has ample open, green spaces, where adults can lounge around and children can play too. They have rooms on the ground and first floors with small patios outside each room to enjoy your morning cups of tea. Apt for senior citizens and kids alike. The weather was great, so we could enjoy a lot of free time on the property taking in the ambience. We were very well taken care of by Aqib and Mayur at the Reception and Pankaj & Nitin at the restaurant who were prompt and very helpful in their service. Even on a busy Sunday, they catered to all Guests' demands with a ready smile! Will recommend this place for a relaxed, luxurious getaway to where your agenda is to do nothing but chill. Downside: don't expect any views from the rooms. They have none. However that was made up for by the beauty at the property :)

One of the best hotel in budget at lonavala. Equipped with all facilities like sports room, pool and restaurant. The rooms were very clean though deluxe rooms were small in size but it's worth money The staff is very well trained and cooperative.

We had a lovely time at Meritas. Even though the resort was completely booked, we had space to ourselves and did not feel it to be overcrowded. The games room is awsome! It added to the fun of our trip. During our stay, our car battery died unfortunately. The staff extended all help necessary to help us out and at least 4-5 of them were continuously there to support us till we got our vehicle fixed. We thank you for your graciousness. A 5 star rating to this resort as we had the best time with delicious food, service and a wonderful place all in all. The garden, swings, benches, lighting has all been maintained well and the surroundings look beautiful. Definitely book this resort for your next trip with family or friends. 👍🏼

The Treeo Meritas Resort is excellently managed by professionals. The hospitality is upto the mark. The staff is very cooperative and humble. The food was very Delicious and served in a very hygienic way. The pool was clear with proper depth The Amenities and rooms of the Resort are clean and tidy. If you are visiting Lonavala with your family, this is the place to be, away from the hustle and bustle of the market. Highlights of this place are well maintained and luxurious rooms, kids play area, place to chill in the lawns, and a gaming room with pool, table tennis, chess, snakes and ladders, etc. Mr. Vilas and the operations manager Mr. Gagandeep went out of their ways to ensure that our stay was memorable. Had a small issue with the door lock not functioning, which was promptly addressed. Will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommended for families.
