Nestled in a scenic location, Radisson Resort & Spa Lonavala is celebrated by guests for its spacious rooms and commendable cleanliness. While the hotel's cultural atmosphere and vibrant entertainment are highlights, the warm hospitality of the staff often receives accolades.
Despite the praise for its extensive amenities, including a luxurious spa and diverse dining options, some guests feel the value is diminished by additional charges. Reviewers suggest service can be slow at times, and while the location offers picturesque views, a few desire more privacy and uniqueness.

Detailed Reviews
We are just back from this beautiful place. This place has a different charm not only for it's decor and built but the warmth and the calm that the staff has to offer you. The quality maintained for hygiene is absolutely perfect and if you are travelling with kids, one can be assured of all the care being taken. With different amenities like spa, gym, kids play area and scenic beauty of clouds capped mountains surrounding the property, the place has something for all age groups. Their breakfast buffet had a vast variety and each dish was selectively chosen to suit different taste buds. The spa service is also reasonable unlike other properties where such services are pretty heavy on the pocket. Staff is great and always on their toes to help.
Special thanks to Varsha from reception for her love, my kid is her fan now and that is why I remember her name.
Not to forget Mr. Sahil from Hirkani restaurant who patiently kept an eye on each and minute requirements and followed up wonderfully so that no guest was left unattended. I was truly amazed at how he did it.
A special thanks to Mr. Alok (Manager), a true devotee to his profession. He takes complete onus of his professional responsibility and guides the guests about how the architect of the property has made an excellent attempt to blend the old world beauty with modern amanities. The fort like structure has a very rustic design but on the inside it provides you all the calm. The property exhibits various maratha cultural heritage through their stone encrypted information about history and also through various cultural depictions like tukarli ( blowing of trumpet as was done in the Shivaji's darbar).
Highly recommended for a romantic as well as family get away.

Radisson Lonavala is like a warm mug of chocolate on a cold rainy day. It is an island of warmth and comfort at a stone's throw away from a buzzing city. The only thing that creates a buzz here are butterflies, and birds.
The staff makes this place what it is - they are there for you with a smile on their face, ensuring you have a comfortable stay. I had an amazing time because of them. Chefs Ravi and Anirudh ensures that the food is as delectable as is homely. Biplab who checked us in carries the hospitality of his hometown, Assam. Bubu at the restaurant is as attentive to our requirements that it almost feels she can hear our thoughts. Tamal Das at Malhari is a super talented mixologist who makes the most amazing cocktails that match your personality and taste.
Avinash for being so enthusiastic and participating in a game of TT at this recreation room that they have very thoughtfully built. There is a kids corner but the room has so many games for adults that it is quite a treat to be able to play all of them.
I have to mention that their Spa services are top notch, and their healers actually are that. Budget in time to enjoy their spa services. I felt rejuvinated.
The architecture is marvellous - a mix of modern and traditional. The icing on the cake is ofcourse the skyfull of stars you can see standing barefoot on drew-drenched grass.

We had planned our first short trip post covid near mumbai and found this perfect luxury property at Lonavala. Its an eco friendly resort with themes of nature abundantly visible and at play. It has 2 wings connected by a bridge with gardens on either side and views of the Sahayadri ranges. Only one wing is currently operational. The water curtain at the entrance, the maratha welcome and the umbrella seatings speak of luxury
The rooms are well designed with a balcony, a bath tub with stunning views of the Sahayadri hills & waterfalls, the mist and rains coming through the balcony grills and some luxurious bathroom amenities. They have a well equipped gymn, a play room with pool, TT, carrom and board games as well as a good play area for kids.
The bar by the pool has a wide variety of cocktails and the magnificent dining hall is a place to satisfy one's gourmet search. The breakfast spread is wide with live counters for south indian, non veg and pancakes. Various cuisines are available and the Chef Nandan More and Sadanand ensure amazing and fresh food is served at their abode. We were served by Vishal, Soma, Kushal and a few others in the team who were all very friendly, professional and welcoming. The Paneer Lababdar and Paneer Tikka masala were out of the world and so was the Greek salad.
We were pleasantly surprised with the flavoursome and fresh pineapple cake, a beautiful bouquet of flowers and an excellent room decor provided by the staff on our anniversary. The GM's cocktail party on Saturday evening with musical performances was enjayable.
Vidya was a perfect housekeeper who kept our rooms well stocked and impeccably clean. His animal art from napkins was captivating. The heads of f&b, hr and customer care were all very approacheable and friendly taking utmost care of every need.
The spa had not yet opened however that wing has some amazing viewing bridges for insta lovers. The Tungarli dam is a pleasant 25 minutes trek from the hotel which provides amazing views of the lake, the valley and the hotel. The lonavala town centre is about 5 kms and local taxis are available through the reception. Addition of self drive scooters and bicycles would make it convenient for going around many places as roads are well constructed.
Lastly, the Independence day celebration including flag hoisting, march past, performances by local artisans, cutting of a 750 pound massive cake and playing the nationalistic songs made it a memorable occasion.
Overall a pleasant place to enjoy the luxury in the hills particularly during the monsoon. Highly recommended.

At Lonavala one would expect serene surroundings and an excellent view from your rooms, but nothing of that sort at this resort as its surrounded by many houses of locals. More over, the rooms are in two multi storied blocks that gives a feeling of staying in a hotel rather than in a resort.
Its newly opened and as it appears, still trying to settling. While the lunch and dinner have options of alacarte menu and buffet and were found to be quite satisfying, the breakfast was of very bad quality, might be the staff is different and still under training.
Overall, low on value for money if you compare with other resorts in this area.

We checked in to this hotel on 28th of may 2022. The area is very huge and is very nicely maintained with many plants and a lot of grass planted all around the property. The room is very nice. The food is outstanding. One of the issues i have is that the service in Hirkani is not up to the mark. We were six people on the table and even after a long time nobody kept the required extra plates and glasses on the table. The non veg and veg starters' live counter took a lot of time to get ready even though we came for dinner a while after the buffet started. Once it did get ready, one of the veg cutlets was raw. The taste of both the veg and non veg starters was amazing. The house keeping was done nicely but they did take a while to send extra items to the room. On the other hand, I personally likes the room and swimming pool a lot. The room door's design from the outside was very unique. Rooms that were side- by-side were connected through doors which could be unlocked by requesting the reception to do it. Overall, our stay at this resort was very good with a few minor improvements to be done. Almost all the games in the recreational hall were chargeable which is also one of the issues.

We visited Radisson Resort and Spa, Lonavla for our Marriage anniversary celebrarion. The service and hospitality offered right from the welcome till the checkout was exemplary.
The welcome was in traditional form with tika and diya. The rooms were spacious and clean. Bathtub is available with deluxe rooms and suites and the arrangement is in the balcony (with enough privacy).
We happened to be present during valentines day. The dinner was a wide spread of multiple type of cusinies and was exquisite. Not just the variety, but each and every food item was delicious. It was arranged with the valentine theme.
The team sent a cake for our anniversary and Soma, Ayappa and Ourandze arranged a special table for us which was beautifully decorated.
Overall, the place is one of the best to relax and do nothing.
Would like to make a special mention for the food. It was the best I had in luxury chain of hotels.

It was a great stay on a weekend and we were welcomed by Samapti with a smile and tilak ceremony, we had a small request for a view with a pool view which Suleman fulfilled it generously as it was our Anniversary I had requested them for small decoration in the room which was done beautifully by Sanket and Suraj and Sanket was generous enough to give us a tour of Radisson and tell us the significance of the place, and also we received complimentary cake with two cute chocolates from Rahul and coming to the food experience it was great and we were helped and our feedback was taken by Soma which we liked. Lastly our checkout process was hassle free and there Vicky ,Pankaj took our photos and guided us with which view was good for the photos. Also the Valet team made sure our luggage was kept in the vehicle properly, i remember the name of Prince from one the valet team who helped us with the Luggage while the check out.
Thank You Radisson for Making our Stay Memorable.

We arrived on 7th July and checked out at 9th July. 2 days went by in flash and we enjoyed every bit of it. Special thanks to Ayyappa resturant manager and Riya for decorating the table for 25th anniversary celebration of my parents. Special thanks to Yasin for helping us with the reservations. We were surprised that upon arrival our rooms got upgraded to deluxe room. The rooms were excellent. The staff are courteous and always ready to help. The food here is excellent must try once. The weather was excellent. Even though they are still renovating they are managing well to keep it dry during rainy season. Overall a great experience that will be remembered.
A small things that could be improved
1. Tea and coffee has to be improved a bit taste wise.
2. Before guest enters in the room kindly keep it odor free especially during rainy season.

An impromptu plan to do a day trip turned out to be one of the best trips we have done in a long time. Right from the checkin at Radisson Blu to the point of checkout, everything was beyond perfect. The couteousness, kindness and humility of the staff will win your hearts. The hotel was well maintained, clean and adhered to all covid protocols. All our concerns vanished when Shaheen helped us with a seamless checkin experience and gave us a well guided tour of the property. Avinash helped us with our bags while we made it to our room. The room itself was airy, well ventilated and extremely clean and good size for the 3 of us. In-room dining was prompt and the lunch served was delicious ( we tried the mutton biryani and kung pao paneer). On the occasion of Makar Sankranti a kite festival with high tea was organised. Hotel guests and staff seemed to be enjoying themselves at this event. We then set out for a short drive to sunset point and on our return were greeted with traditional Tutari and there was some staff singing melodious songs on karoke. We also indulged in a game of carrom and table tennis in the recreation room.
For dinner we tried alacarte and Sujoy in the restaurant looked after us and ensured we had a splendid meal.
The buffet breakfast was elaborate and had plenty of options, Shoma ensured all our requirements were met and also arranged for a wonderful gesture of a Bon Voyage pastry which was delicious !
Checkout was a breeze and Megha ensured we had a pleasant stay and helped us settle our final dues.
Overall each staff member we interacted with was extremely humble and genuinely ensured we were taken care of. We are definitely returning to this property and would highly recommend a stay here.

Hello! don’t wish to start with a bad review about Raddison Lonavala but today being my first review of any hotels would suggest not to stay at Raddison Lonavala
Very bad checking experience! My friends have arrived here unfortunately at 7 am and asking for one room for children. We all understand that it’s subject to availability but at 1.45 pm also were not given rooms. On constant requests also we did not get any rooms
One of the staff Megha Raikar and Ankit Dimri we’re rude . They told us rudely checkin timing are 2.00 pm so we wd get rooms at that time
Their manager Mr Shaan vaaz Sheikh is not ready to listen Infact he likes to speak only where sometimes you have to listen to your customers too and teach your staff how to behave with the guests.
Overall not at all worth to stay . As they have an event today for some private group in public lawns which should be atleast available to guest in weekend or they shd have informed us in advance.
Food is good but no one likes to eat when you feel insulted
Not worth visiting !!!! or come after your checking time and talk less to staff 🙏🙏

Dear Boradia, Thank you for feedback. The front desk team team has been addressed with regards to the same. As we were sold out the day prior we were not able to offer a room early morning. I have personally investigated and it has com to my knowledge that all 5 rooms however were handed over to you on the same floor by 14:00 hrs, including the first room at 12 noon. Please feel free to contact us directly for any further assistance. Trust you already are in touch with the Duty Manager as well. Warm Regards, General Manager Radisson Resort & Spa Lonavala.
