The resort Green Velvet is great great place.. Located about 9 kms from lonavala Market and about 2-3 kms from pawna lake the place is worth to visit.
The resort has 7 cottages and one 3 bhk villa with restaurant. The lawn is spacious with swimming pool and seating area.
We were 3 family so we took villa and it was huge with ample space. Hall is huge with dining table, sofas and 55 inch TV.
3 rooms were spacious, 1 room with lake facing, 1 with partial lake facing and the gem was 3rd room which had attached garden.
Each room had attached toilets and one common in hall. We had bonfire in the garden but make sure you carry any stand for bonfire as they won't allow on garden which is perfectly fine. Our package included breakfast which was veg but it was good in taste you can have egg items as well but on Ala carte and now coming to restaurant food we were not sure to have it or not as we were planning to go out and have but I guess we made right choice the taste was excellent whatever we order be it veg or non veg they so well made kudos to the chef.
Parking - They have parking for 7 cars and with shade.
Staff - Staff is very good, well behaved, polite.
Lastly, I would like to thank the owner Mr. Sujesh Shah what a gem of a person He is helpful and will guide and help you for all your queries. I would recommend this property as it has mountain view, lake view and it will give you luxury feel with a budget.

The location of this resort is outstanding - all rooms are overlooking the pawana lake and the mountains. Service is excellent and food is simple and tasty. Rooms are cozy with great view. Overall it is peaceful and serene and a perfect getaway to destress yourself.

This was indeed the most relaxing and the serene place that we have been to in Lonavala..We came across to this place on booking.com and after reading the reviews thought of trying it out..We spoke to Mr.Sujay who takes care of the booking part and I must say he was a great person to speak to as he was very polite and flexible in terms of bookings. For Mumbaikars this is indeed the best place to unwind yourself as it has the best location and the best food which can satiate your hunger. I must say that this place is so well maintained and everything is designed perfectly ..If you love nature and peace then you must try out this place without fail..we thought of staying for 2 days but couldn't resist ourselves and extended one more day..To talk about their staff, they were very co-operative and polite people. Swimming pool was in the best condition and well maintained. Overall this place is recommended to everyone who visits Lonavala , instead of spending bomb for Five star properties , stay in this cozy place surrounded by lush green trees and mountains !! Far away from city Approach roads does not have lighting Very Limited breakfast spread Room decor is average Bathrooms are small Food menu is limited and taste is average. No bar No good cafés or restaurants nearby Not much activity in terms of no indoor games etc. Kitchen opens around 8 am and is closed in afternoon as well Staff needs to be more customer centric Furniture is low quality

Value for money if you get a room at 4500 per night otherwise Vibhuti resort is way better. Need to carry your drinks , snacks , games , cards and swim wear.

The property is about 15km from the Lonavala Centre point, beside the Pawna lake. It has a picturesque position, can see hills and lake from room. Not a very huge property, so the staff give proper service. Room and Food is not great but good. The kids will enjoy the lush green velvet lawn and swimming pool. The only two disadvantages are:
1. Too much flies in the restaurant. This could be easily taken care by a fly catcher. 2. If you hire a cab for sightseeing it will charge Rs.1000/- extra for the distant location.

This is a beautiful property situated on the off roads to lonavala, situated away from the hustle-bustle from the main city and very close to nature. View of beautiful pawna lake can be enjoyed from its beautifully landscaped outdoors . You can watch the sunset right from this place , while sitting outdoors with your loved ones. Place is very beautifully located and cottages are very well designed with all modern amenities. Also the management was really very polite and co-operative. Breakfast was included with our package and it was quite a very good spread. Must visit place for an offbeat weekend getaway.

Beautiful resort located at a scenic location within the vicinity of Pawna lake. New property with all Morden amenities, clean bathroom with 24*7 hot water. Electric kettle with unlimited tea coffee sachets, mineral water bottles, room service was excellent and the food was great. A huge lawn & clean swimming pool We had gone with our families to celebrate the 50th Wedding Anniversary of my parent in-laws and we wanted garland and cake, Sujesh got it all arranged and Sagar went out of his way to Lonavala Market and got fresh cake from Monginis. The staffs were friendly, respectful and helpful. Making our stay a memorable one Would certainly recommend this resort

This is a nice, serene place with amazing ambience.
The Villas and Cottages are spacious and very well maintained. The open lawns with seating and swings were perfect to enjoy the captivating surroundings and the fresh air. The swimming pool is amazing. They also have a good game room with an option of Table tennis, Pool Table and Carrom. Also, there is space for a game of cricket.
The food is very tasty. The only exception was items like Veg fried rice and Manchurian, which were a little off mark. The Breakfast spread is very limited but what was served was tasty. Could improve the spread and provide for a few more options.
The best part of course is the staff and the excellent service provided by them. The owner, Mr. Sujesh is very helpful, accommodative and goes out of the way to ensure the comfort of his guests. Thanks for all the help provided.
Overall, we had a Delightful stay.

We regularly screen our staff, we check our quests at check-in (temperature and oxygen level)
We sanitize our rooms after checkout and keep closed for 24 hours and than do deep cleaning.
