Stayed at this place on a weekend and had a very seamless and quick check in. The rooms I felt were decent but the washroom were good.
They had full sized shampoo, body wash and handwash soap which felt good. We ate at their restaurants and the food was good as well with live music on Saturday evening. I was very impressed by their breakfast spread as well. I didn't see the pool but I tried the indoor games room and it had chess, table tennis and billiard.
It is at 5 mins distance from Lonavala market but without very serene.

Although the staff was polite and helpful, everything else about the property was overpriced and not worth it at all. The rooms were too simple and not very clean and the facilities were poor for the price they demand. This hotel does not live up to the reputation of the Citrus chain and I’d advise anyone to spend their money elsewhere.

My stay at citrus hotel was quite good. Couple of things I would like the hotel to improve too.
Best : Location, easily accessible to the main market but was at a location you would want to stay little away from crowd.
Rooms, maintained and clean.. one problem was the quality of bedsheet and quilt.
Food, best food i atill cant get over the schezwan chicken fried rice, hakka noodles ane chicken club sandwich. The breakfast was yum and my daughter enjoyed the pancakes too.
Value for money, this is the best part
Staff was welcoming and would be accessible to all our needs
All in all a perfwct stay for our family and we enjoyed. I can say this because most of the time we were in our rooms.

The rooms need some serious maintenance. The hotel might have seen some better days but the rooms are in a very bad shape. When we pay the "special" inflated weekend price of 5000 for an otherwise 2500 room, we have some expectations out of it. Found the following issues: 1) Stained Sofa, Couches and pillows. 2) Leaking bathroom ceiling, most probably from the floor above. 3) Broken bedside lamps. 4) Flimsy locks for door and windows which barely manage to do the job. 5) We were charged 18% GST on food even though the room tarriff is below Rs 7500/night. I tried reasoning along with a couple of other guests who had the same complaint. But we didn't get any satisfactory answer. I will highlight this with proper authorities and see what they have to say about this policy of the hotel.
Pros: 1) Very helpful staff. Always eager to assist. 2) Good spread in the breakfast buffet 3) Nice layout of the restaurant. Enjoyed having breakfast and a couple of drinks there. 4) Hotel provides dental, shaving kit, slippers, Hairdryer in the room which I appreciated.

Had an amazing dinner at the citrus. The staff is very friendly including chef Yogesh (Indian food) and chef Prakash (Chinese food) we had some lip smacking Ravas fish curry, rogan josh, tom yum and thukpa soup. The server / Stewart Shivam Mishra is a very friendly guy and he is now our friend. Manager Nigar Rathod too is a gem of a person. This is a very friendly restaurant. The server is our friend now :)

We visited this hotel for a weekend break. The decor is good but rundown. Our room had a peculiar smell which didn't go even though they put AER sachets. Overall we felt there is less attention paid to cleanliness. Leftover food plates, bottles, cigarette butts from night before were not cleared from dining area or outside rooms till the morning. Boric powder was not cleaned from floor of games room and everything was quite dusty. Food is average, but they have variety of items. Room service takes 1 hour. Probably lockdown has been hard on them. If they improve these few things, it's a decent budget hotel very close to Lonavala market. Staff is polite and helpful especially waiter Gaurav. Front desk is helpful. We enjoyed playing table tennis, pool & carrom and sitting poolside on their comfortable deck chairs with a hot cup of tea.

Great experience. Very supportive and gentle staff, right from the person who receives us at the entrance to the receptionists. Housekeeping along with restaurant waiters, captains are superbly active and swift in delivering what’s needed. Hotel, room, restaurant, swimming pool are classy and clean at all times. A must visit. Seldom we find a blend of good hospitality and amenities. But my stay at CITRUS @ Lonavala was a very pleasant experience. Right from reception you are greeted with great courtesy by all staff members. Amenities like the pool, game zone, live music are all set to lure you on your vacation.
Special mention of Mr. Kapil, exceptionally humble guy, who made us comfortable in every way by giving us the best possible service. The entire staff was courteous.
Mr. Suresh, Manager In Charge of Citrus Hotel has great management skills to give you best comfort possible.
I hv made my mind to stay at Citrus Hotel whenever i want to unwind. Good going👍👍👍

We had just visited Citrus in Nov as we were planning to arrange an event for our parents to celebrate their 50th Wedding Anniversary. However we were not sure if we could do it during COVID. We had visited hotels that would make my family comfortable during this pandemic. And Citrus and it's staff ensured that it was an absolute safe place for us. Right from temp checks to room hygiene, everything was balanced. We were offered a large variety of their food delicacies. The staff and special mention to Suresh and Puja who were completely flexible and supportive to our requirements. The food was yummy, the rooms were clean. The staff always had a smile on their face.My entire family was very happy and the event was a complete success. Thanks Citrus Team, Special Thanks to Suresh, Puja and all the staff for making this a wonderful experience for all of us. A memorable experience. Will visit again and again.

We recently visited Citrus, Lonavala. It was a wonderful stay with very helpful staff. Mr. Kapil made sure that our room was sanitized properly with all other necessary arrangements already done. Swimming pool is very clean n maintained.
